ZARA: what do users think?
Virginie Cosset: Impossible to return items, lines are really long, worst customer experience
Katie Polum: Terrible Shopping Experience:Even when the store isn’t that busy I had a terrible time. The staff were so unhelpful and snappy, they had a long line for the dressing rooms downstairs and didn’t let me use the dressing rooms upstairs (closed), they wouldn’t grab different sizes while I was trying on, and did I mention they were just plain rude? Based off their average rating, seems like management just doesn’t care.
Marie Hyvernat: Worst zara i test in my life, sellers aredetestable, 0 help, no smile, no sympathy, it was pitiful
Dena: Love me some Zara ;)
Javier De La Madrid: Worst Zara store in the world.
Jeremy Brown: I like shopping in other Zara stores, but this store is scruffy, has rude staff, changing room closes an hour before store close, and has the slowest checkout
Jenna M: The longest lines to purchase/return in retail history.
Arpit Patel: Bad customer service
Valeriya Gutnik: I spent 1h waiting for the fitting room to be available just to try a few things. The fitting room upstairs wasn’t working and it’s not the first time I face this. There should be a little more respect for my time and energy.
Nanaama O'Hene: It’s always hot at this location i don’t understand! They should do something about this it actually makes me not want to go but it’s one of the few Zara location in Mass
Marc de Lecea: Lines for everything are way too long.
Jack Stenhouse: hell on earth, without fail, every single time. no changing rooms, horrible stock, understaffed, 30 min wait to checkout.
Jon Eaves: The slowest store in the world. Making the clothes is quicker ! Allow 1 hour !
Martha Schick: I usually don't shop at Zara for environmental reasons, but I had to pick something up there. The store was disorganized with boxes everywhere and clothing on the ground. I think they must have been understaffed, because it was hard to find anyone on the floor to ask for help, and the pick up sign was just in a corner next to an elevator with no one around. The employees themselves were pleasant, but it still took a long time to get my order after finding someone to check in with.
Deborah Jordan: Stood in line for about 15 minutes just to be told returns are on the second floor so I join the line upstairs and another 20 minutes went by and I finally got the front and I told her customer service said I could bring in my return and immediately she said I had to prove I talked to customer service in order to do the return! Sounds like she just picked any lie so she wouldn’t help me as she turned away the person before me for some other bogus reason. Last time I checked you scan the barcode on the receipt and the product barcode to do a return but she was playing gatekeeper. I went back downstairs and luckily the lovely people downstairs helped and did my return no issues :) overall if you have to do a return follow the policy online and just ship it back. Don’t. Go. In. They need support there or just shut it down!
Robert Barnard: Ridiculous long lines staffed by only 1 or 2 employees (despite multiple tills available)- you get the privilege of queuing for 20/30 minutes downstairs before being sent upstairs to queue for 20/30 minutes in the actual returns queue (there is no clear sign postage that returns are upstairs and purchases downstairs )- if you like excessive queues then this is the place for you
fan chunxue: 1. second floor fitting room closed permanently2. the closed time is 9pm on Friday, but close the fitting room on 7:30pm, how amazing !3. Checkout cashier not enougha store Lack of management and with chaos! A waste of the good location
Shiran Soholitsky: It's really crowded. The lines are very long for the fitting rooms and the cashier, clothes are basically everywhere, even on the floor. Unfortunately, it is the only ZARA in this area, so there are no other options.
Ally B: Shortage of staff, always have long laneTip: Try clothes to find out your color and size, and order through online
Anastasiya Baltsevych: Completely disorganized. The fitting rooms are always closed. A lot of clothing is just on the floor. Stark difference between the Zara set up in European stores. I truly wonder why. All the deficits above are not exclusive to this location.
Fawaz Alhenaki: It’s too hot in this place! I’ll

ZARA: what do users think?
Vinit Modi: Worst shopping experience. They have checkout lines until the entrance but still they would not have more counters open. Slowest ever checkout process. Shop only if you have time to stand in long checkout lines.
Kamiya Thakker: Worst store and staff!! We went there on weekend and they said our trial rooms are closed on weekends because we can’t accommodate so many people!! If that’s the case then why don’t you close your store on weekends as well?? How can we buy things without doing trial? I won’t recommend visiting to this store.
Chad Williams: Understaffed and no fitting rooms open, just winging it these days
Patrick McKenna: This is the first time I have been to this Zara. Normally I go the one downtown in Boston as it is closer. That being said while the selection seemed to be decent, the line was the whole way to the door to checkout. Not to mention when I asked to try something on, the employee rudely stated that they were closed and you will need to make an educated guess. There were people just trying stuff on all over the store!!!!I’ve realized it’s pretty normal for the line to checkout at Zara to be super long and slow, I never expected the dressing room of a clothing store to be closed!! I was shocked and speechless. I won’t be coming back as I’ll stick with the one downtown. The only plus is that it’s in the mall on the second floor near Nordstrom. It was really easy to park under Nordstrom and take the elevator up.
Raquel Sunshine: Wonderful place , wonderful clothes
shardul pathak: Very common for these guys to keep just one register open and make 30 l(sometimes more) people wait in a line. Three sections(mens kids womens) and one register. What kind of joy the store manager gets by doing this I have no clue!
Rasheed Wande: Haven't been here in awhile but this is my favorite store in the world! Before they opened a Zara in Providence I would drive to Natick just to shop here. Side note; Natick might be one of the best malls in New England! The Zara store has a great selection of men's clothing. Customer service always outstanding!
Bradley Reitzel: Fitting rooms closed. Forced to use self checkout (put clothes in dirty bin, remove all security tags yourself), rude store employees/management
Cansu: I drove all the way from New Hampshire to shop at Zara and fitting rooms are closed for no reason.
LuLu Jersey: The store manager rocks 🌟 she helped me with a situation that I could say to her. Thanks forever.
Ash C.: As everyone else has already stated, shopping at this store is a dreadful experience. VERY long lines, pretty much every time you come here. Doesn't matter if it's day, night, week day, or weekend. There's typically only one cashier, and if it's the younger man, he's awful and rude. Last time I was here to make a return, I waited for 45 minutes, and the cashier put out his hand and shouted at me "hold on, wait! Please be patient!" Even though I hadn't done or said anything. I was just standing there with my return bag. This store needs a new manager, ASAP. And they need to hire more employees and TRAIN them to work with customers. I've worked in retail for over a year. This store is really a disgrace on all levels. They recently installed "self check out" machines, but it still doesn't solve the problem of one cashier, no open fitting rooms, and VERY LONG return lines. Shopping here is extremely frustrating and exhausting. It's not worth it anymore. As much as I love the clothing, I have decided not to shop here anymore due to my last few terrible experiences. Not to mention, the store is always a mess, clothes all over the floor, and the fitting room is still CLOSED for no reason. Please, save yourself the headache and either shop online only, or go to other stores.
Anabelle Skalleberg: The worst customer service. I drove in fromboston to buy a coat that was only available in that store. I knew what I wanted, easy customer. Could not find anyone that spoke English or willing to help me find the coat that the app was showing as “in the stock room”. Corporate, if you read this, you need to look into the poor management of this location. I’ve never experienced this at a Zara before.
Christine Zaki: Very bad management.
Neisha Shacklewood: Sad to say that this will be my last time shopping at Zara . Waited 30 minutes in line to make a return only to hear that returns are done upstairs . One hour to do a return is ridiculous. Severely understaffed, closed fitting rooms and inconsistencies with sizes. Zara has gone down hill since the pandemic.Same issues are present at both Natick and Boston location . Good luck !
justin le: checked out and forgot a bag and worker made me go back and swipe my card for 11 cents for a bag - good job 👍🏼
Ahmed Alhosani: اكبر زارا في الولاية ، ناتيك مول يبعد 30 دقيقة من داخل بوسطن
Ramon Ham: Nice store, great prices.!!!
Seda Gyonjyan: There always a huge line and only one cashier... weekends, holidays, doesn't matter, they don't want to make an effort and hire an extra person. So frustrating every single time I have to go there. And this is true for ALL the Zara stores
Saul Cermeno: Buen prodoto
Jared Weiner: I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Store is a disaster, it looks like a bomb went off. Line to the door, return process is a nightmare. Not worth shopping here anymore..
Joan M: Love this store 😍 ❤️

Queenia: what do users think?
Jade Beausoleil: Great customer service!
Guannan Chen: I bought my wedding dress there a year ago. Tumble into this place and found a perfect dress below my budget!
Lindsay G: I love this exquisite place I stumbled upon this summer. It is a princess store built on elegance, very prestige and my every childhood dream come true! The last time I visited- the lady was very nice (sadly I can't remember her name). She was personable in a genuine way- not forced and fake like some sales people. She told me the history of the owners and I loved our connection with the show Emily in Paris. They have their own designer who does a remarkable job. Their shirts are one size fits all which works for me but I wonder how it would be for plus size ladies or really any woman that's above a size large... Anyways if you're a girly girl princess like I am- you have to check out this store! Their online website never seems to have anything stocked but it's a beautiful experience so definitely worth going in person! I hope they bring back their princess Diana choker necklaces. I adore mine and want more!!!
Connie Coneja: I really like the clothes that they sell and also the sellers are really friendly and nice…im so happy with my dresses 👗 and i will come back soon!!!
SwiftJack123: Great place to let the wife and kid shop. I would highly recommend this place. Staff was very friendly and helpful
Rachel Sexton: I stumbled upon this store while in Boston on a business trip. The dresses in the window were a deterrant - lots of sparkle and not my style at all (I thought it was going to be a prom-dress store like the old Cache) - but most of the mall's other stores were closed and I had time to kill, so I went in. I couldn't believe my eyes as I got further into the store: some of the most beautiful pieces with incredible details! They're feminine but on trend; structured but form flattering. Even better when I tried them on - of 4 dresses, 2 fit like they had been made for me and had the same feel of dresses I've paid many times more for (reminds me very much of the Maje label in quality and uniqueness). I hope they stick around - really excited about this place.
Yana Osmecki: I bought a sweater dress from Queenia (CambridgeSide Galleria) that was a bit big in the straps (All their clothes are one size fits all). When Queenia learned that I brought it to a tailor and they said it can't be altered, they offered to tailor it in the store for free. The staff were super friendly, and Frida did a great job on the straps. Thanks!Just keep in mind that they don't do exchanges or returns!
Maedeh: I really love the design, their dresses are really pretty, I hope they grow and start their online shopping
MOUNIKA T: Please dont visit this store. There is no way to return/exchange dresses once its bought. I bought a dress just a week ago, didn’t even remove the tags but they didnt accept the return, neither they allowed me to exchange it. Came to know that each item in the store is on final sale. Think twice before buying anything here!
Kexin Chen: Great store! I feel like a princess!!
