M LM: Attempted to purchase tickets with a service dog n. Was denied entry. Showed cashier medical documentation that my dog was a service n was still refused entry. Asked cashier to have manager come to front gate we waited 20 minutes n left. Called zoo n asked to speak with manager who admitted the cashier was wrong. If u have a disability like I do stay away from this place they have no regard American disability laws or how they inconvenience guests.

Literally had to wait 15 minutes for a mom and her kids to unpack the stroller and leave the only parking spot I was going to get.The Lion was sick... No giraffes n and their tiger recently passed away.That said, if I could give it 20 stars, I would give it 18 or 19.The animals are incredible, and well cared for!Staff does a great job, beautiful setting...Please go there if you get the chance!

nicolas K: Malheureusement certains enclos étaient vides… exercice en cours, pas de lion, tigre décédé « récemment », sans compter l’exercice d’évacuation avant la sortie. Les animaux ont peu d’espace et malgré beaucoup de bonne volonté, les espaces et les infrastructures sont mal gérés…Aucune réduction pour autant, donc en résumé nous avons fait une belle promenade, vu certains animaux à l’air blasé, et payé 40€ dans le vide…Cela dit, en saison, et en famille, le parc a l’air chouette : de nombreuses infrastructures et aires de jeux pour les enfants sont proposées, ainsi que des espaces en contact avec les animaux…

Laura Eichler: Staff was friendly, the animals seemed to be well kept. It's a smaller zoo, but a very nice excursion for the day. We only spent about an hour and a half to two hours and were able to see everything available.

Santiago Aguado Torres: Nos gustó mucho!Es un zoo pequeño, pero con animales menos comunes, en su mayoría son animales del continente americano, lo que para nosotros resultó ser muy curioso, ya que eran menos conocidos.Las jaulas en las que están son pequeñas, aunque están bien ambientadas. Y el entorno del parque en general es muy bonito.Tienen varias zonas de picnic con sombra, y fuentes de agua.Estuvimos en la exposición de las lechuzas con Val, una lechuza de 13 años con mucha personalidad. Y en la de los Osos. Ambas fueron muy interesante, las dos especialistas que las dieron incluían en todo momento las preguntas de los asistentes y nos contaron datos muy interesantes. Fueron muy agradables con los niños. Y una de ellas, al ver que nuestros hijos no hablaban inglés al terminar se quedó para resolver sus dudas en castellano.Fue una experiencia muy positiva.

The food we had (chicken fingers, hot dogs, and fries) was great. All of the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful!We've had a Zoo New England membership for years now, and it's worth the investment. No wait to get in. Discounts inside. Etc.
