Victor Juan: Jared seems nice and happy at first when you go to look and or buy a car from them. His uncle owns the dealership and is never there, jared basically runs it by himself. I bought a car off of them and there was a noise in the rear, they said they “fixed” the issue, which they claimed were the brakes, but they did not fix it at all, i took it to the companies dealership (the make of the car) and they told me the breaks were 1/12 millimeter, the brake pads, drums, pads, spring everything has to be replaced. When i asked him for paperwork on what his “3 mechanics” did, he ignored and blocked me. They have poor customer support, they refuse to fix issues with their own vehicles. I do not recommend going here unless you want a headache and stress, because they simply dont care about their customers. Its sad because he drives a brand new mustang too, but terrible terrible customer service and support.

Tommy Taing: Where do I begin? I was a bit skeptical in checking out this used car dealership but heard so many positive reviews via word of mouth. I’m so glad I did because it was such a fantastic experience from the moment I stepped foot on Jarek’s lot. I worked with a gentleman named Jared and honestly, he made the typical stressful car buying process go by so seamless and stress-free. He was very friendly, genuine, accommodating, and most importantly, HONEST (not like other dealers who just try to get the most money out of their customers). After test driving the 2014 Kia Optima, he was able to get the gruesome process of necessary paperwork done in no time and I was out cruising away happily. I just cannot thank Jared enough for his A+++ customer service!!

I told him exactly what I wanted and he went above and beyond my expectations. I needed a car that was equipped with a three seater due to my large family and Jared had the perfect family vehicle to acommadate me and my large family. Justin Cataldo: Buyer beware DONT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE. Purchased a car within hours being off the lot many issues only to be denied help by Karman. Engine had many issues including needing a whole new timing chain, roof was leaking all over the place, rodent damage from engine bay all the way to the spare tire bay in the trunk, headliner had rodent holes under passenger visor, ac system chewed away by rodents, brakes shaking when claimed to be brand new prior to purchase, multiple check engine lights and the car failed inspection in mass. car has left me stranded multiple times they were no help at Karman to fix anything yelled at me hung up on me didn’t answer my calls. I had to get lawyers and they still won’t budge very unprofessional we will let the law decide this case. Buyer beware don’t ever purchase a vehicle here and if you do have it looked at by multiple shops prior to purchase. These were auction cars for a reason

Marvelous MQ: I bought a car on April 8th and was told everything was just changed on the car, new brakes, new oil change and a week after the oil light came on and the brakes are squeaking. I went to Karman on Monday April 25th to tell John about the car. He said he did the oil change and he came into the car with me to check the brakes. He told me come back Wednesday April 27th and we can bring the car to his mechanic to check the brakes out. When I got there today Wednesday he gave me attitude Infront of his customers and even yelled at me becuase I was frustrated about him not wanting to fix the brakes after he said they were brand new! I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND ANOTHER SOUL TO GO THERE. After he sat and said we’re all a bunch of honest retired guys and he did nothing but lie! Save yourself the aggravation!

G Mac: Recently bought a 2012 vehicle from CSAS. First, I let them know I was coming and what my budget was. When I arrived, cars I was considering (via info on Auto Trader) had been pulled out and were ready to test drive. There was no pressure to consider something that was just a "little" above my budget (and that was refreshing!). I brought a trade along with some "issues" (to say the least) and CSAS offered me more than twice what any other dealer had up to this point. So...I made the purchase, having not only bought the car but added a 5 year warranty and still came in $1000 under what I planned to spend. Three days after the purchase, one side of the rear tail lights failed to work. Hey, the car's almost 10 years old - so these things are going to happen, right? Anyway, I called the dealership - brought the car up, received a loaner at no cost, and had my car back in 2 days with the work covered under the warranty. Say all this to say, my total experience with this establishment was very positive and I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car. I HATE car shopping...and this experience was far better than what I'd expected pulling in to the lot...
