I’ve actually been ignored standing there to order and have had the employees take people behind me first?Overall the bowls are great and always has fresh fruit so I’ll keep going back for them. Customer service could be stepped up a bit though.

A Loranger: So glad I found this place. The location is a little hard to find, but it is worth the extra effort. I called to order a big batch of multiple juices, smoothies, and bowls and every item was exactly as ordered. They even offer curbside if you call ahead. The smoothies and açaí bowls were still perfectly chilled even though I had ordered them as takeout. The açaí bowls were a real hit, they genuinely felt like indulgent desserts. I will be adding this into my regular rotation for sure. Bonus points for really polite service on the phone when I called to order ahead.

siddanth rai: It’s a cute little place. They do server amazing coffee and breakfast wraps. During summers they also have outdoor seating. If you are working from home and would like to have some change in ambience, then this is the place. There are similar cafes in and around the lowell downtown area. They only have a street parking, it could get hard to find a spot over the weekend. There is a garage which could be used, they charge around $1-1.5/hr.

Chels: Usually very delicious sandwiches, coffee and cookies. I hate to say anything negative about a small business but this was my favorite cafe in the area for years and the overall experience over the past few months has been BAD. I am hoping they will see this review and make some changes.The typically delicious sandwiches are now lacking in quality and freshness. The sandwich bread and toppings have not been fresh. The meat seems like a lesser quality than it was before and they don’t put as much on. The cookies are stale.The young staff is generally rude for no reason. And if for any reason you are unhappy with your coffee that tastes like hmmm idk maybe the milk went bad?… well they will make you feel pretty uncomfortable before offering to make it again.Very sad because I love this place. Hopefully it is just temporary. I’ll try again soon and hope to update this review!

But the customer service has come to a point that has made me feel uncomfortable to come in and should be unacceptable in any customer service based business.Firstly, they got my order wrong (which is okay, it happens). As I was communicating with the barista, a platinum blonde barista pushed 2 hot coffees and it spilled over the countertop. I tried to save it but it was too late. The freshly made hot coffee spilled over my hand and burned.She did not apologize. She didn’t say a word. A kind man came over and offered to help clean up. She didn’t respond to him.The barista I was communicating with made my coffee but it was still wrong (and tasted bad). I kindly asked if she could correct it again, which she did.I said “thanks” and she said “yeah”. A lot happened all at once, so I’m sure they were upset, which I understand.But this did not just affect me and my burned hand (which they didn’t apologize for) - it affected other individuals in the coffee shop.I hope that they take this as constructive criticism - to improve their customer service and not as a jab at their business. I’ve been a long supporter of Brew’d Awakening and introduced my friends to this location. However, after today I am disappointed in their customer service.

The type of thing you keep craving (and want to eat every day)…Thankfully I live closeby :) My mom and sister each had some sort of lunch bowl and they were happy with theirs as well. Also - I am a crystal collector so was pleased to see lots of rose quartz and amethyst for sale.We just wish there had been seating. We had to drive down to starbucks to eat outside at the tables there. But it’s not their fault — unfortunately the town won’t permit tables due to space/parking. Overall, I highly reccomend picking up a Fancy Acai bowl for breakfast or lunch!! I will definately be back.

Completely untrained and zero supervision.Great deli team! Dry stock (pantry) is good, dairy is good. Meats are good. Produce is ok, although occasionally, some things are rotting in their bins. Check expiration dates, they're not always rotating. *produce was really looking good today 3262023 ! Maybe they have a new produce manager. One extra star for that improvement!Often there are too many employees in the aisle during busy customer hours.
