Anne Levine: I had an unsettling experience. I reported a chirping sound over a year ago. Acura service could not verify it. I texted back after the service and said I still heard it. Then I brought it back a few weeks ago and they did verify it. Yet, in 2018 they had a bulletin from Acura saying that if the owner heard a chirping sound they needed to replace the transmission, most of which was covered under an extended warranty given that this was a known problem. Why didn’t Acura believe me a year ago, especially given the company-wide bulletin for my exact make, model and year? In my view, safety was not their priority.This is the second time that I had an unsafe problem. The low idle feature cut the engine many times, including on a highway when traffic slowed. There was a bulletin about that problem too but I had no idea.Why is the dealer notified but not the owner of the vehicle? This completely undermines my confidence in the safety of my vehicle.

Jared Ridgway: Test drove a Acura at this location and can say everyone that works at this location is very polite, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. Ryan, who took me on the test drive knew everything about the Integra we took out and was very straight forward when discussing the number which I appreciated. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to purchase or learn more about the new Acuras.
Miguel Sigaran: The service was terrible. A simple sensor that had to be replaced took 4 visits for them to resolve. 3 times the technician wasn't thorough and half-fassed the issue. I live an hour away so it was extremely inconvenient to have to drive there multiple times to fix a simple sensor that just needed to be replaced in my tires....

Kerry Dennis: This was a one star review that turned into a five star thanks to the service and commitment of Greg Allen.I lost the key fob to my brand Acura RDX (eye roll here - I cannot believe I lost them!). I called Sunnyside who let me know that my car needed to be towed to the dealer. I made arrangements and called to let them know it was on the way, it was a Thursday, and they scheduled an appointment for 7:30 Monday morning. Monday rolls by, then Tuesday...still no word. I called and spoke with Stacy who informed me that the tow truck needed to go in and inform service that it had arrived. (Please remember I called to let them know if was on the way). It was sitting in the lot for 6 days and Stacy told me it was the tow truck driver's fault!!!Needless to say, it was not the service I expected as a loyal Acura owner. In comes Greg Allen to the rescue! He let me know that he would personally work on my car. It was not easy feat - because NO ONE loses keys to a car less than a year old, the fobs were not available. He worked on my car outside in the freezing temperature for hours. He ultimately had to double reprogram keys so that he could get my car started and, in the shop, to install a remote start.I cannot thank Greg enough - He went above and beyond, and it turned a poor experience into one that makes me grateful to know he works there. He represents Sunnyside well!

Consumer OneEightEightSeven: Sunnyside Acura's service department is a reliable team in maintaining my family's Acuras since 2007. Technical specialists and service managers keep our cars running at top shape. For these well designed and engineered machines, I'm glad the Sunnyside service team is able to continual support my daily excellent driving experience on Massachusetts Highway 2, in addition to many other nice driving roads around southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts area, all four seasons. The Mohawk Trail (Highway 2) is somewhat similar to Laurel Canyon Boulevard with speed. Sunnyside service department is capable and willing to perform quality work from small routine oil changes to large structural jobs as replacing driving axles. We depend on the, rather pricey, Sunnyside team to keep our machines well-maintained to reduce risks. By the way, customers I meet at Sunnyside are interesting and nice people, just like myself 🙂. Acura/Honda makes great machines! Whoo hoo! 👍
Steve Chaffman: Amazing experience always at Sunnyside Acura. I’ve purchase two vehicles over the course of 5 years and have all my service done at Sunnyside. The sales process is smooth and easy, no sales tactics and you are given all the time you need to test drive and ask questions. The sales staff is friendly and honest and communicative. The service department is the best I’ve ever experienced. No upselling or pressure to repair items. They always return my car cleaner than when I came in and the wait area is comfortable and well-stocked with food! Cannot recommend Sunnyside enough.

Dale Burnham: We traveled about 100 miles to get the MDX we wanted. Whenwe arrived we were immediately greeted by Julia. I have bought many cars over the years and I have to say Julia is one of the best I've worked with. She was professional, informed, transparent and totally unflappable. She possessed NONE of the smarmy, stereotypical salesman characteristics common in most dealerships. Any questions or concerns I had during the sale were immediately addressed with the appropriate documentation. It took us awhile to get there (4 hours!) but at the end of the day, I feel we both got a fair deal. And that's what buying a car is all about. This MDX will probably outlive me but if I need another Acura, I will not hesitate to drive to Sunnyside Acura.
Karen Park: WORST SALES SERVICE!!!I usually never had an issue with this dealer up until purchasing a vehicle recently. They were unprofessional and had worst communication possible! I was told my vehicle would be ready within a week but it went over 2 weeks and I was not updated at all within that time frame despite reaching out multiple times. Highly disappointed with the service.

tyler fernandez: Can’t stand by these guys anymore unfortunately and will have to move on from Acura/Honda and Ive been driving their vehicles for as long as I can remember. Brought my 2015 TLX in for an oil change (no problems). Go to pick my car up, drive to Target down the street and all of sudden I have a rainbow of error messages on my dashboard specifically pertaining to the lane keep assist feature, and cruise control feature in my vehicle. I drive back to the Acura dealership, they do some tests and tell me that the windshield mounted camera has burnt out and the only option available is spending upwards of a couple thousand dollars to fix it. Now I know an oil change has nothing to do with these features but its fishy when I get my car back and it isnt working the same and the only options presented are to pay more money. Ive climbed up the latter for over a year now, spoke to everybody whos anybody in higher ranks of Acura and unfortunately they wont take accountability for the issue. As far as the dealership is concerned, its nicely set up, the newer acura vehicles look nice but clearly these cars are unreliable and not really worth the money. As far as Acura as a brand is concerned, terrible and bottom of the barrel. Please dont waste your money with a brand that has clearly lost their touch and doesnt stand by their mistakes.Replying to your message: youre blatantly lying and it is on record under this review. You guys didnt clear any error messages up and the only solution you have given me is to pay for a new windshield mounted camera. This issue only started after I had gotten my vehicle back from you guys. You guys dont want to do right by me? Fine. But you wont lie to the public on behalf of my situation. Own up to your mistake and mishandling of the situation.
