Lowell Comprehensive Treatment Center: what do users think?
Michelle Paige: Do they take New Hampshire insurance??
Samantha C: IVE BEEN GOING TO THIS CLINIC FOR 7 YEARS NOW I HAVE GUEST DOSED AT SEVRAL OTHER FACILITIES AND NONE HAVE BEEN AS CLEAN OR AS ATTENTIVE AS THE LOWELL SITE. I HAD 5 YEARS CLEAN AND WAS DIAGNOSED WITH TWO KINDS OF CANCER BECAUSE OF THE CLINIC I HAD 3 SURGERIES TO REMOVE ALL OF IT AND DID IT WITHOUT PAIN MEDICATION I DID RELAPSE FOR 6 MO. BUT BECAUSE OF THE CLINIC I GOT CLEAN AGAIN AND WILL HAVE 2 YEARS SEPT 11. THIS CLINIC SAVED MY LIFE NOW I WORK AT THE LOCAL NEEDLE EXCHANGE AND HELP PEOPLE GET INTO DETOX AND START A JOURNEY OF THEIR OWN.
Carol Fernandes: It keeps m e on the right road in my recovery
Matthew Healy: It's not that its a bad place but it cares more about making money than the actual patients who are facing some of the hardest times in there life!
natalie redmiles: This clinic really cares about the client and how to keep them sober. It took me along time to wake up and realize I needed a change. I now am 2.5 years clean with 6 takehomes. I only go once a week and to group 1x a month. The clincians and staff are so friendly and willing to help. I now am slowly getting my family back and friends that I have lost.
Jenn Whitehouse: For ANYONE struggling with an ADDICTION I STRONGLY SUGGEST giving them a call for an "intake appointment", Habit Opco has literally "SAVED MY LIFE & THE LIVES OF SEVERAL PEOPLE I LOVE & CARE ABOUT"! PLEASE do yourself, your family & your friends a favor, Save your life! It's NEVER TOO LATE TO GET CLEAN! You might not "get it" the first time or even the fifth time, but if you have the "will & want" to be sober, then you have the ability to do it! Heed my advice. I didn't "get it" the first 5 times I tried to get sober either, but I didn't lose Faith or Hope because deep down I want a better life for myself & I finally believe that I deserve one! So I'm giving it my ALL this time around & it's working for me! So far, So good! Keep the Faith in yourself & you can do it too! Good luck to EVERYONE who reads this & don't ever let anyone tell you that your not worrh it OR it's too late because it's NEVER TOO LATE TO SAVE YOUR LIFE! I Love You, even if you don't! You will always remain in my thoughts & my prayers, take care of yourselves! I hope to see you at Habit OpCo in the NEAR future!💋💘Jenn

Habit Opco - Lowell: what do users think?
Carlos Alicea: Love it.
Brian Stevens: First time in methadone treatment clinic and this place has consistently gone above and beyond anything I expected. Was on suboxone at a different clinic then relapsed for past 2 years til I found this place. Everyone has been supportive and none of them cynical, I feel like it's actually possible to get lasting and helpful treatment here. I don't know what others expect or consider important, but they listen and have been clear with me so I can learn what to expect and work toward short and long term goals. Front desk staff has been especially amazing. Learned quickly not to rely on anecdotes and just talk to them directly
Krissy R: Long long lines
Katie doyle: I started the clinic in Chelsea Ma an moved to Lowell in 2015. I have a love hate relationship with methadone. Yes I also love an hate thing w the stuff that brought my life to a constant relay race which put everyone in my life last, especially me. When moving to Lowell I went to this clinic an it hit me. I don't have to be on a cat an mouse chase every minute of everyday.Moving on those nurses at Habit OpCo. R remarkable and they do what ever I ask especially if you want help they will be there for you if u need a band aid or if you r freaking out about your dose not being enough. Thanks to all u who look out for me
TheRogueCaptain: It's a methadone clinic. That about sums it up.
Renee Pagliuca: Derek is a fantastic guy and counselor I've never had a problem with him but yeah the atmosphere inside sucks
Carla Goodwin: They do not practice social distancing inside. The place has a bad feeling, very tense. Like a fight is about to break out at any given time. There's new security guards just about every other week. Very high turn over rate for employees. The ones that are there look like they hate their job. It's a very sad sight.
William Caban: I think that with the covid 19 situation the clinic at habbit optco should consider doing temperatures reading at the entrance. For everyone's safety .not every one is going to be honest if they do contract the virus.
george p: AVOID this place at all costs! Derek the counselor needs to be fired, he’s completely incompetent and has no idea how to do his job. It took him a month to send the wrong paperwork to the clinic I was trying to transfer to in Boston, and when I called him to fix the problem he discharged me from the clinic for no reason because he didn’t know how to do the paperwork. He’s going to be responsible for someone going out and using because they can’t receive their medication because he can’t file simple paperwork. Mohammed the clinical director knows this and let’s him continue working there.
Kirk C (KTC): Keeps you alive and helps stop you'r addiction!
Catherine Doyle: Its a choice wether you want to do. So its up to u if u want to get help call
Nykki Miller: Saved my life but they do descriminate once uv bn clean fr awhile they get on ur case bout groups and everything but ones that r literally falling on floor can totally c they r still using they let slide which is not rite iv bn clean fr 3 yrs now and I never hear the end of it from them but I know people that still use that miss all groups and everything and never gets yells at they act like well o uv bn clean this long ur fine u don't nd us which I do idk sum peolkpeo mentally about it is mess up ....

Lowell House, Inc.: what do users think?
Anthony Giacoppo: Just have to thank Lowell house for always being such a wonderful support and want to thank the clinician Shaun for being good at this job in helping others you help me understand how life is a bit more appreciated all the support..
Erika Keefe: Lowell house has given me my life back. I've been working with them for a year now. I recommend there programs to anyone with the desire to get clean. I graduated from SOAP last June 2022. SOAP provided me with the coping skills to handle life on life's terms. The staff is amazing we learned about CBT and created a recovery plan that I still rely on today. I also have finally found a therapist that I can work with and is amazing at his job. Shaun is understanding, is actually helpful, helps with resources, listens and gives appropriate feed back. I have made years worth of progress in one year with Shaun. I'm so fortunate I found him. I am currently in the Lowell Houses women's residential program, the Sheehan house in Tewksbury. It's a great program to gradually get yourself back into soceity. We have a lot of resources so you leave here on the right track Also the staff will help you do what is in your best interest to further your recovery.
Kris Chavez: This place has been an AMAZING help in so many ways.
Bianca Paulikowski: This place and it's extremely empathetic team have helped me so much! They have a myriad of services that have offered me security and support in my recovery. I couldn't speak highly enough of Lowell House and it's dedicated staff.
Katie Gauthier: I am coming up on my 1 year sober and I thank Lowell House for their support in my recovery this past year! I couldn't have done it without my therapist, Shaun, that I see on a weekly basis! I highly recommend for anyone that needs the support to stay sober!
Nicholas FERRI: The staff is amazing! There's always someone there to help those in need of services! Shaun would always return my phone calls promptly and helped with many things regarding my recovery, SMOA program, and RMV questions in regards to getting my license back. I truly appreciate help I got from Shaun and rest of the staff!!!
Victor Cordeiro: I've been going for 1on1 therapy w/Sean B & it's helped tremendously this is first time I've done anything like this & Shaun made me feel comfortable for last 9 months I had my doubts @ first but I'm glad I stuck it out!
Kelvin: Matt was a fantastic coordinator, he really takes passion in his work, he understands the program and how the rehabilitation process may be different per individual. you can tell he's got years of experience based on his professionalism and empathy. I absolutely recommend the MID course with Matt specifically.
Anthony Ciaccio: Matt Siebel was very informative and helped me through a lot great instructor great listenerThank you Matt
Michael Sullivan: I was enrolled in one of Matts' classes and have to say that he was incredible. He was down to earth, informative and not heavy handed. He made the class a pleasure to take and I would highly recommend him to anyone I know. He is a class act and looks out for his students.
steve shiwala: Matt is the best. Made the time we spent for class very straight forward and engaging. Also made sure to keep us on track in order to finish the program. Definitely recommend him.
dawson: If you're in the unfortunate situation of getting an OUI, perhaps you'll be fortunate enough to have Matt as your instructor. Matt made the 17 week course fly by and it was something I actually looked forward to attending.
Samuel Hunter: Matt was fair and understanding. There were a lot of good discussions. He made sure everyone knew due dates. Matt was very straightforward about his expectations for us moving forward. The class was good, and he did a great job.
Ken Messina (Messofken): I want to thank Matt for being a great teacher and making the class go by just a little bit easier.
Megan Martin: I just want to say a HUGE thank you to Matt. He was incredibly helpful and understanding. I didn’t think I would enjoy the class but i thoroughly enjoyed it and actually took a lot of valuable lessons away from it due to our teacher. Thanks for believing that we can do better.
Kier Corbett: Tower Hill
Laurel Zimmerman: I would like to thank everyone who worked with our beloved daughter Kim Zimmerman Doherty. And everyone who she crossed paths with. We are beyond heartbroken and devastated with the passing of our beautiful daughter Kim. Forever in our minds and hearts. Love Mom and Dad
Brenda: I want to thank Huyen and Evelyn for their bright smiles every Monday night.I want to thank Matt for his awesome sense of humor. Great down to earth people and are very helpful. Meet some good people.
Sean Williams: Yo yo just finnished my OUI class and it was better than going in !!Huyen always greeted you with a smile and checked you inEvelyn was helpful always during missed classes for family matters and took care of things for youAnd last but not least that crazy, old , head of the class - our teacher Matt SeibelThe guy fron jump street put out a loose vibe where our class opened up and became one for 17 weeks . We learned and listened when needed but we had relaxing times telling our screw ups and moving on as one groupI wanna thank you all and kinda miss mondays now - had that breakfast club feel !!Dont you forget about me !! Good song haha✌️
Charlene Grover: Matt was an excellent teacher, honestEvelyn was helpful with finances &Huyen was great at reception.
Jessica Leather: I had to be enrolled in the first offense OUI class, they obviously took my license by then. And continued to try to send me out to Haverhill and are now going to kick me off. This place DOES NOT HELP AND IS ONE OF THE WORST PLACES IVE EVER BEEN

Stepping Stones Sober House: what do users think?
Chris Harell: This is a realy good sober house it's the. Best one I've been in by far
Victoria Nesto: As a passionate human services provider working in the addiction field, it is beyond important to find and offer my clientele the best possible care . Many individuals working to access sobriety often struggle, and require a multidisciplinary approach in navigating a new life of sobriety and success. Stepping Stones Sober Living of Lowell, MA is one of the most collaborative sober living facilities in the area that understands the importance of providing not only the tools needed to succeed, but a safe and structured sober living environment . As a community partner with many clients living in this home over the years, the staff at Stepping Stones, (Jeffrey and John) have been nothing but supportive and communicative when coordinating care, and understanding the needs of my clients. Upon entry, staff have gone above and beyond to assist in providing necessary referrals for their residents, often contacting providers such as myself to assist in getting the individual case management, recovery, and health services. There have been many instances where individuals are financially in need of assistance, and the owner has taken it upon himself to work out payment plans so that the person can get a safe roof over their head as soon as possible. Stepping Stones offers in- house groups/ meetings multiple nights a week as well as drug testing which serves as a benefit to accountability, peer support, and structure. The house is always immaculate, and I am always able to get updates on my clients when reaching out to their staff. Sober Living is not only great for people who need this type of a structured environment, but Stepping Stones is priced very reasonably when considering rental prices here in the Merrimack Valley. All in all, as a tough critic with high expectations, I would recommend Stepping Stones Sober Living of Lowell, MA!

Living House: what do users think?
shuggy Berchmans: I lived at The Living House for two years. During this time I remained sober, and I attribute their program for this success.
Samantha Souza: The living house has some great people there!
Whitney Gray: Awful mice invested, holes in the walls bad plumbing stealing and non sober people are allowed to stay. Meanwhile hard working recovery driven caring people are pushed out by manager and owner disgusting attitude. I was there for over a year once manageent went to Jocelyne I felt unsafe disrespected and unheard. Felt like the drama created was to throw people off from what was important. As long as Andy and Jocelyn are in charge I would never recommend anyone use these houses to work on your recovery. If you want to keep using have extra cash and don't care if your belongings are stolen or destroyed mice then this is the place for you
Allison Foley: I lived here for almost 2 years. I felt like I was falling back in my strides in recovery. There was alot of fighting between the women there and the structure wasn't well handled. Im at a different sober home and much happier.
Andrew Moran: This place is a scam. I gave a DEPOSIT $400 AND A WEEKS RENT $180. WEEKS LATER DIDNT GET RELEASED FROM JAIL AND THEY SAID THE DEPOSIT AND RENT IS NONREFUNDABLE. $580 TO HOLD A BED THAT WAS OPEN ANYWAY FOR A WEEK. NOT TO MENTION IF YOU PAID AN EXTRA FIFTY THE WOULDNT TEST YOU BUT SAY THEY DID TO PROBATION OFFICERS. PEOPLE THIS HOUSE IS NOT WHERE YOU GO TO GET SOBER. THIS IS WHERE YOU GO TO CHEAT OR KEEP GETTING HIGH. THEY ARE ONLY ABOUT MONEY SO IF YOU PAY EXTRA THE WILL BREAK THE LAW FOR YOU. THEY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED. ITS THESE TYPES OF HOUSE THAT KEEP ADDICTS IN THEIR MYSERY ENCOURAGING BAD BEHAVIOR. Its disgusting i wish I could post even more than this.
owner owners: Thank You Living House for being there when I needed you. Great place, great people.Joe Braceforte
Priscilla Perry: My experience with the living house was a disgrace!! Sober houses and the people that work at them especially if your answering the phone and doing intakes, HAVE TO BE PATIENT COMPASSIONATE PEOPLE. What you say to the person on the other end could save there life, in my case of I wasn't in the state of mind I was that day I really would've contemplated suicide... I talked to Andy on a Fri, and was supposed to call him Mon morning, well he ended up calling me and.I told him I forgot I had court that morning but my.mom would be by there office to drop off a check for my room and that if I wasn't at court all day I would be there either in that night or in the a.m. Anyways I'm court orderedto be in sober living for 6 months the place I had left on Fri I was paying $2,000 PER WEEK!! So I left and was promised my.spot at the Living House anyway as I asked Andy who my mom should write the check.out to he said just forget it I'm giving your room to someone else and.hung up on me! Which meant I'm going back to jail for 2 years!!!! Of I could've given no stars I would have!!!! Unbelievable with the epidemic going on and not a thread of caring for addicts!! You should be ashamed of yourselves and your employees are a disgrace. I'm not stopping with this review I'm going to tell everyone and anyone who will listen to me!!
