zach: Staff are extremely rude and disrespectful. Rating them one star would be extremely generous. If I could rate them, I would give them a negative one hundred. They should not be responsible for the health of children!
Josie Rosa: They are very unprofessional and disrespectful. If I could give them less, I’ll give them minus 10. I know families that have been in touch with these agency and they all think the same way, they should be closed already.

Bren Leon: Its a scam. I hired them to find my birth mother. After sending them $400 . I would call and they would say that they are working on it. After about 2 weeks of calling them I called several times and I left several messages never got a call back. I called one last time got a message that the number I called had been disconnected. DO NOT HIRE THEM . IT'S A SCAM!!!!!!

J l: I've probably spent the better part of the year and a half deciding whether or not to post a review about this agency. I was a adoptive parent through this agency and while I do feel that comparative to other agencies their cost effectiveness for the work that they do is more beneficial, the service that I received was lackluster. without going into legal details for privacy reasons, I will state that I adopted a child through their agency and unfortunately found myself on the other side of an issue where my spouse became identified as an unfit parent. I allowed various agencies to get involved and conduct an investigation into that situation, but also into my ability to be a single parent. I have been cleared from several outside agencies and provided with documentation of that. When I approached Karen, the Director of the program, I was met with a great deal of resistance, evasion, and ultimately deceit. Their explanation to me was that the birth family no longer wanted to have a relationship with me and did not want me to parent their child. I ultimately discovered that this was not correct via direct confirmation from the birth mother and had filed numerous complaints Against the agency and the individual responsible for my adoption as I felt she provided a conflicting role as an agency mediator and a parent advocate. My complaint mainly has to do with how the agency dealt with the issue at hand, the level of deceit to me, and their inability to appropriately close out a difficult situation for all parties. I have since contacted numerous administrative leaders at the agency to request a meeting in order to understand their decision making and get some closure after a year and a half of some intensive therapy into that situation. Those attempts have gone ignored. I do not leave reviews lightly and I do still believe that this agency provides a valuable service for their cost, but in the event that you feel you may need an advocate who will focus on your best interests, I do not suggest utilizing this agency as I believe they will always have the agencies best interest in mind and not the adoptive parent. I have been fortunate enough that through our own communication, the birth family and I have been able to process some of our grief and feelings which has been therapeutic on both ends and that is no thanks to this agency who was paid and should be providing that service in order to provide an appropriate social service regardless of a situation. It's been almost 2 years and I still have not received any response to my attempts at having a productive conversation that was assessed in some understanding regarding the decisions that were made in my adoption journey. I find that very disheartening and poor service provision for an agency providing social services.

Jamie Bologna: The whole crew at A Full Circle is amazing. They made our adoption dreams come true, and they were there for us every step of the way. Highly recommend!
Ryan Peach: I can’t say enough about Full Circle! They have helped us through two adoptions. The team has always been compassionate and professional. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Although each of our adoptions were very different from each other, we felt confident that we were in good hands. The adoption experience can be daunting! I can’t imagine anyone guiding us through the process better!
Cassandra JoAnne Keirstead: I would advise staying as far away as possible. The excessive volume of required behaviors. The rigid need for control is sometimes scary, The judgement and valuation of prospective families in areas that are not required is very unprofessional. We left the agency in short order because we felt judged, controlled and certainly not treated as adoptive parents need when going through a vey emotional experience .It also appears that the white, young middle class are the preferred cohorts for this adoption agency. It is possible to be treated poorly for a lot less money.
Robert Pariseau: horrible place
