Robert N: Purchased a defective device and it took back to the store to exchange and I was told that I could not according their return policy. They said that I had to go through the manufacture, basicallythe loophole BS and then they would replace it though I purchased it in the store and not from the manufacture. $25 was not worth the stress or time so they basically stole $25 from me. So know that if you purchased anything defective here, no return or exchange. There is another store down the street that has a great return exchange policy, Go there.

R: Customer service is the worst. Make sure you ask if the toy you buy isn’t discontinued or out of business. My boyfriend spent 170 on a toy, that was broke and the manufacturer is out of business. Store offered no help.

The store is clean and inviting. :)I’ve seen some of the recent negative reviews posted, they belong to a scorned employee who has “sticky fingers”. Since I know personally that those reviews are false, I feel compelled to say this store is nothing but professional and clean.

Zach Davenport: Do not order from them online, full charge shipping but can't be bothered one bit for discretion of items. Not getting personal but certain things should be boxed or at minimum wrapped.

Andrew Wood: They do not appear to enforce any kind of mask policy at their store, putting customers at risk. None of the employees had a mask on, either. No amount of hand sanitizer will offer the same protections as a mask policy, and I can't recommend a store that isn't willing to consider the safety of it's customers, especially one so close to the MA border.

I understand he needed to ID us, but why not ask nicely and at least give us a greeting? Didn’t get a hi or welcome or anything! Kept eyeing us up and down the whole entire store, was on his phone, and kept changing his lil ski mask the slump god music. I felt pressured the whole time while shopping and felt extremely uncomfortable.* Was testing out one of the toys on display and couldn’t figure out how to shut it off and he gave attitude right away when he saw that we didn’t know how to use it.* Great items and great store but the customer service is just horrible. Why work at a sex shop if you’re just going to judge everyone who walks in? Definitely not coming to this location again.

Ashley MacDougal: Went in for a smoke related item but also was curious in some other things to treat myself. I was pleasantly surprised this was a female owned store and one staff member in particular who I imagine was an owner (petite with purple hair) was extremely helpful and pointed me to optimal products for my needs/interests as well as provided some helpful tips for using products in the best way. I was nervous going in on my own but she was welcoming as well as the partner behind the counter and they both made me feel comfortable like I was shopping for any other want or need. I will be sure to return!

I was in there with friends and family whom I haven't been out with for months at least 6 months to be exact. Was basically interrogated without being interrogated. Was told I was in there 2 or 3 months ago stealing. Honestly as someone who worked in retail before you should not approach any customer you think is stealing, you should call police or invest in loss prevention. I asked her to please show me the video that I was on and was denied and also told I was not going to be served. I was willing to spend my money there and left because Kelly Marshall wants to be tough and paranoid by driving people away who are willing to spend their hard earned money. I guess that's how you guys run your business so now I will be using my resources elsewhere and having sex toy parties like my initial plan was. It's a better experience anyway.

Kat Khaos: I went in there a few months ago with friends and I was trying to ask help from a woman who wears glasses who had like brownish shoulder length hair with thick glasses and had some tattoo of some scrip on her collar area and she was rude and disrespectful with a bad disposition and just kept rolling her eyes at me when I was asking her a question about a product and kept saying loudly she had to leave to the other employees in a rude tone. when I asked to speak to the manager she said that SHE WAS THE MANAGER and she just left me standing there after rolling her eyes at me again and then grabbed her stuff and did something behind the register ignoring me before she stormed out of the store and left me unattended to, when I and my friends after purchasing their/our items were leaving they were really mortified at how she treated ME and the other employees that were on duty at the time... The only positive thing that came out of the experience was the nice employee that apologized for her rudeness. That's why I gave it 1 star
