Rick Letourneau: We were ripped off over $4000 for negligence and share laziness to process a refund. They used the excuse that is was the airlines responsibility and the airline informed us that the agency was responsible for processing the refund. After chasing the agency for over a year including suing them, the year limitation for refund with the airline elapsed.Needless to say we would never to business with a irresponsible business again and they should be avoided at all cost.

Sonia & Francisco Pereira: Am extremely disappointed with their customer service. My family was forced to pay over $400 at the Horta airport on our way home due to the fact that the agency did not properly book our flights home. Originally the agency had 2 out of the 3 of us leaving Horta then going to Terceira and then to Sao Miguel to catch our flight home to Boston and 1 of us going directly to Sao Miguel and then Boston. I called Mr Melo and made him aware of the error and was informed he would take care of it. According to Sata Mr Melo made changes to the flights but did not properly complete the booking of reissue of the tickets therefore resulting no change to be made in the Sata system. Upon departing Horta we were informed that one 1 out of the 3 of us had tickets for our flight to Sao Miguel. We were forced to pay over $400 to get the other 2 family members on flights to Sao Miguel so we would not miss our flight home to Boston. After numerous unseccuessful emails and phone calls to Mr Melo I reached out to Sata requesting them to review the matter so that I could request reiumbursement from the proper parties. Mr Melo has refused to reiumburse us our money that we were charged for his negligence and continues to either not respond to my communication or responds by blaming Sata Airlines stating he is not responsible for their flight changes. This whole ordeal has been a nightmare! Buyer beware! I nor will my family ever do business with this company again. As for our money.. I will have to see Mr Melo in court.

Alvaro Fagundes: This Agency has the worst customer service . Luis in the office which is the owner is the most unproffesionally person I have ever met. We paid for a service that they provide and we needed to call them ,because we had a family emergency for my mom that could not make her immigration meeting the next day. Well Mr. Luis decided to answer the phone and did not know how to work the HOLD button and proceeded to F bomb up and down the Fagundes name and family. But funny he doesn't deny any Fagundes Families services when he is selling them plane tickets and services. This is just a taste of what was said. Do not know how you have latest so long in business. I thought think he realizes there are many people and online services that provide better services. But our family as multiple small business owners also like to do business with other small businesses . But not with this Travel Agency anymore.

Marlen Sahdala: I recently booked a trip to the Dominican Republic with this travel agency and let me just say I probably would have been better off by booking my resort reservation myself. I travel with 2 other people we were told by the agency that our last day to submit the payments was on 06/10. However, when we got to the resort the manager told us that our reservation had been canceled by the agency on 06/07, three days prior to our due date. Due to this we all had to pay additional money for a reservation that should have been active all along. In total we ended up paying about $3k in addition to the $4.4k we had already paid out the agency. When all of this happened they were very hard to reach! We arrived at the airport at 2 something, didnt leave until 4 something, got to the resort around 530pm and wasnt able to get a room until 830pm. Also, I got into a minor accident while at the resort and it required medical care but bc our reservation was canceled so was our tourist insurance policy. I almost had to pay over $500 for stiches in a foreign country do to Destinos poor management. Luckily my friends were able to get the insurance policy through the resort so we ended not paying. In addition to this, we were told that on our last day we needed to check out early bc our transportation was arriving at 12:18pm to bring us to the airport. However, the transportation never arrived so we had to pay an additional charge for a cab to bring us to the airport. Destinos charged us $50 per individual (not per package) for the airport transportation and this didnt even arrive. Their system is also very old fashion. If your traveling with a group of friends, the trip needs to be under one persons name and thats exactly how the tab come out. They dont have a way to keep track of what each person has paid. They ask you to make the math yourself and keep track of how much you've paid in total to avoid any mistakes. The amount of times I'd call to make a bi-weekly payment and they would almost attach my payment to the wrong person was just ridiculous. Overall I was very disappointed with how poor their management is.

I tried and tried to figure out the travel called multiple numbers multiple times to figure this out and it was a joke. I bet i talked to minimum of 20 different people of the year none of which were able to help or at least show me what value this was giving me. At the end of the day I lost out on vacation time with my family and a lot of money. Jim Dorin: This is the worst company to deal with we've used them for all are trips this time are trip got canceled do to hurricane Ivan that's hitting Florida category 4 they would not give us a refund or a credit for the next trip now I will take different measures like solve it seven on Channel 7 do not use this van service
Kristina Acampora: WARNING, this company is unreliable and I would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend them. Flight Line called us while we were on the plane to Boston canceling our reservation to go home. We called them once we landed after receiving the message. They provided no assistance to us to get home. I felt like they didn't even care. I am absolutely irritate. Very poor customer service.
Lindsey Acampora: If you are interested in having your booked reservation cancelled last minute, and have to find out the AFTER YOU GET OFF THE PLANE, book them! They absolutely suck with communicating any issues and when you reach out to discuss your horrible service, they can’t give you a straight answer. Oh.. they don’t even know their own email address.You’re better off ordering an Uber. Don’t waste your time or your money.
Hannah Hanson: DO not use this service. Booked a round trip from Dascomb Rd Park ride several weeks in advance to Logan to catch an international flight. My ride was over an hour and 20 mins late! I was given conflicting and incorrect information (they use a 3rd party for their call answering service they have next to nothing for information) while waiting for my ride in a panic and when eventually my driver came he told me he literally just got assigned my ride 30 minutes prior. I am very lucky I didn't miss my flight. I was refunded the cost of my reservation; however, they CANCELED my return a few days later saying they no longer do that route which is completely untrue! They just don't want to complete the booking because they refunded my roundtrip (not that I would be comfortable completing the roundtrip reservation regardless). DO not take the chance in using these folks. They used to be a decent car service a few years ago, but it is ENTIRELY different now. I see there is another review from a few weeks ago of someone who had a similar experience from the Dascomb RD pick up. I wished I had seen it. Do yourself a favor and not gamble on this service.
Marie Pinzone: Booked FlightLine to take us round trip from the Dascomb Rd. Park & Ride (Andover) to Logan and back at the end of our vacation. Before we were flying back to Logan on 4/30/22, I hadn’t received a confirmation so I called FlightLine and was told that they had no one to pick us up so our reservation was cancelled. So there we are, at the airport at 10:30 pm on Saturday night, and our car is in Andover (30 miles from where we live), and no way to get there. We had to take an Uber that cost double what we paid for FlightLine. We’ve taken FlightLine many times over the years and have not had a problem, however I will never trust them again!P.S. I requested a refund of BOTH legs of the trip to compensate us for the additional expense & aggravation but was told that they’re not authorized to do that.

Susan Sheeran: Flightline used to be a fantastic, prompt, reliable ride to and from Logan Airport. Their service has become terrible. Their drivers are still great in my experience and this review is not a reflection on the drivers at all. But unfortunately the company has been sold to a new company, and communication is terrible and not at all transparent. They also don't care about keeping legacy clients at all. I had a horrible experience with them in Dec of 2021. I had booked a ride with them at a specific time and had to wait for over an hour. They claimed that the shared van service has always been this way, you book for a certain time but it's really just whenever a driver is available. That is never how Flightline USED to operate - I have never waited for more than 10 minutes for a driver. If this is how the current Flightline will be operating with shared van services, they need to just tell the customer that the service has changed. I was told a manager would be in touch with me and had to send THREE emails before I finally received an unapologetic response from their Operations Manager that they were just really busy at the holiday season. If you know that you have booked rides and will be incredibly busy.... how are you continuing to take bookings for rides you cannot accommodate? There are tons of options for getting to and from Logan airport. Don't book Flightline. It's not the same company it once was.
Steve D: We used Flightline to pick us up at our house to get us to Logan for a 6 am flight, and back again.The driver, Andre arrived ten minutes early on the day of our departure. At that point all of us were ready to go and we were out the door on time. Little did I know (because I didn't read) my daughter needed a booster seat in the car on the way there. I asked Andre what we should do and he said they would hold the seat for me at the office until our pickup on 05Mar22. We got the airport on time with no hassle.Similarly on the way home, the driver was the same guy. He had our booster seat with him and was at the airport at the time our plane landed. Again. No complaints on the level of service or promptness of the drivers.The only recommendation I would have - bring your van to the shop to check the back suspension. Those Boston potholes and bumps sound like they're wreaking havoc on your rear suspension.
Jong Mi Edinger: The first few times of services were good (I guess I was lucky) but then the last one... we got abandoned at the airport. After we landed I called the driver and he said "I'm taking customer and i'll be right back". We waited and tried to call the driver again and again and the main office...no one answered. I got weather info text from the main office instead, someone monitoring their office!! After 50 minutes of waiting I finally got someone in the main office and who doesn't speak English very well asking my name and why I called...that took another 5 minutes... said he'll try to contact the driver and asked me to hold...after few minutes he comes back and says "Wait for 30 minutes". Sorry, we are not going to wait any longer! He obviously couldn't get in touch with his driver either and asked me to wait more? After almost an hour waiting?? How could they neglect customers abandoned at the airport? This is their business to take and pick up customers ON TIME! This is just NOT acceptable!! And there's no apology and no refund! I'm disputing the charge. Hard to believe they are still running the business! Never again!!
David E: The day before my international flight arrived in Boston, I booked a ride with Flight Line - that process was easy (reason for the 2nd star). When I arrived, I received a text to let the driver know when I had my luggage - I'm thinking this is great. Then I walk to the area where the driver is suppose to be after texting that I had my bags and he's not there. I then called him and he said he messed up and he was waiting for me at my house, not at the airport!!! I live an hour away. He said he could come get me but it would take awhile.I ended up finding an Uber for much cheaper. However, during the entire ride home, I had to call Flight Line to explain my situation and just wanted a refund. The first person hung up on me, the 2nd one said he was working on it (never picked up again while holding for over 10 minutes) and finally the third guy said he would cancel it. In the meantime I get a call from another Flight Line driver that said he was there to pick me up (a little late since I already told them to forget it), I explained to him I looking for a credit and he was extremely rude and hung up on me.Do yourself a favor a find another reliable transportation company.
bonnie johnson: Ride down to Boston was great, ride back was hell. They were suppose to pick us up at 3:00 p.m. it is 4 o’clock and we’re still waiting for people to board. This guy Bill had no clue what he was doing. He kept going through our names 5 times, didn’t know who he was picking up. I would never recommend this again.

Carol Arnold: This company has significantly changed over the past year. Will never take again after a recent experience and used to use regularly.On the outbound the car they sent was too small. The driver was very nice and accommodating but the car was way too small for the number of bags I had booked.On the way back, the driver was 45 minutes late and again, the car was too small. He was also extremely rude.We used to always get a van and there was plenty of room, but now they are just using regular 4-door cars.
Rena Badger: I have been using flightline for 20 years to go to Logan to visit my daughter in Colorado. This year was the worst experience ever. My ride to Logan from Andover I thought I was probably going to die. The driver kept veering out of his lane to the left and to the right by feet. Also no mask. I was so scared. The way back to Andover the driver was much better but the communication on how to find the driver at 11:50pm was absolutely horrible. Driver finally called me at 12:16 after I called the office. I was so scared. I am 66 years old and had no idea how to find my driver Originally the directions given to me were not what happened. Just hortible
Jess Ullrich: I’ve used Flight Line in the past, and the service was always prompt and predictable. I didn’t worry about getting to or from the airport because I knew the shared van would be waiting for me in a timely manner.The company was bought out in the last couple years. I’m not sure if that contributed to my recent poor experience, but both my pickups were about 40 minutes behind schedule. (Based on prior responses from the owner, it seems I’ll get a reply from them saying I’m wrong. I’m not.) This was more of an annoyance coming home from the airport, but when you’re going to the airport during rush hour, running 40 minutes behind can easily mean a missed flight.Both drivers and dispatch were nice, but their scheduling seemed disorganized. One of the drivers told me that he didn’t know he was picking me up until 20 minutes prior (so 20 minutes after I was scheduled to be picked up in the first place.) It was not the usual shared van that runs like clockwork, either. The first was a sedan and the second was a Go minivan. Not bad, just not what I expected... and also not on time.

Samantha MacKenzie: Did not have a good experience. Was on a shared flightline van that is only supposed to stop at park and rides and bus stations, as specified when booking, this is why you pay the cheaper price. Instead, a group gets in the van, and we drive them out of the way to their house. The driver wasn't sure how to get to their address, adding even more time to the drive. This ended up adding about 45 min extra to the trip. Wouldn't have minded if we made stops along the way to drop others off at specified stops but you're supposed to pay more if you're driven to your house in a flightline. This was unfair and made a ride that could have been 45 min almost 2 hours. The reasoning behind this was that the group lived right off the highway. I am also right off the highway and was told no when booking for a drop off at my house, in a shared flightline van. Disappointing and frustrating. I paid the same as someone that was dropped off at their front door and got to wait an additional 45 min. I hardly ever leave bad reviews but this was bad and no apology by the driver at all.

John Turner: This is a great alternative to the bus from NH - especially if your flight leaves early. We had an early flight from Logan for Christmas travel. Flightline was on time and delivered us as promised with plenty of time for our flight. We considered having them pick us up at our house but found their price was much more affordable if you agree to a park and ride. Worked great.
