Kynan Reid: We used Ace Shuttle to get to and from the airport this week for our vacation. John showed up on time for both pickups and got 10 of us safely there and back with a large number of suitcases in one van. He was very flexible on pickup locations/times and maintained great communication throughout the trip. I highly recommend Ace Shuttle for your next family trip. You will not be disappointed.

Introvert “Lori B.” BTSGirl: I used Ace Shuttle to take me to and from Logan when I traveled to Korea in October 2019. They were prompt, super-friendly and courteous. My driver (John)made the trip in a pleasure and even took my picture as I left when he learned that this was a first-time trip for me and that it would be fun to document each step of the journey.On my return, the trip was just as pleasant as I was instructed well ahead of time where the driver would be to pick me up and he texted me upon his arrival. He (Michael)was interested in my trip and made the trip back home very enjoyable. I am planning to go back to Korea next year and am planning to use Ace Shuttle again also. They were great!

Pete Regan: Unfortunately, we would not recommend this company. On Sunday, the driver did not arrive to pick us up for the airport. We called and were told the driver would be there in 7 minutes, which did not happen. He did eventually come and we made our flight. Today, on the return, we were provided a number to our driver. We then received texts from 2 different drivers. Needless to say, we got into the vehicle and realized he was the wrong driver. Fortunately, the driver brought us home and arranged for the other passengers to be picked up by the 2nd driver. A lot of unnecessary confusion and stress when traveling.

Mike Loiselle: John recently picked up my family and I from my parents home in Chelmsford for our trip to Punta Cana. We flew out of Boston. When John and his dad picked us up they were on time, courteous, and AWESOME with our kids. The cars are extremely clean and comfortable. When my wife, my son, and I landed back in Boston from our trip John called me as soon as I landed. He was patient waiting for us to get through customs, immigration, and while we waited for our bags. When we got outside he was parked right outside our terminal with the back hatch open ready for our luggage. AND with a friendly smile and wave. We recently had a HORRIBLE experience with another Limousine company. So to see what these guys do, is totally above and beyond the call of duty. We will DEFINITELY being using John and Ace Shuttle for all of our transportation needs in the future. A++++!!!!

Mark Levesque: John from Ace is a friendly guy a a good driver. My company booked his services for a round trip airport shuttle. He picked me up right in time and we made great time to the airport.There is a very good reason that I have this company a bad review. The issue happened on my return trip. After waiting outside for over an hour, I called Ace and spoke to John's mother. She said that John was stuck in traffic and would be there soon. 15 minutes later and I call back, again talking to her. She now said he would call me direct. 5 minutes later, John calls and says he is stuck in traffic and that one of his employees was involved in an accident. I told him those are both fine excuses, but that he had no excuse at all for keeping me waiting outside in the cold for over 75 minutes without even so much as a phone call. (Yes, he did have my contact information).Needless to say, I am going to recommend to my company that we no longer use this car service based on this incredibly poor and unprofessional experience.

Hern Chen: Scheduled a 5am pickup for logan airport No driver showed up when we took lyft 40 minutes later. It would be disaster if we don't have extra time for our international trip. Phone calls in the morning wasn't answered.It is ironic that we cancelled scheduled lyft ride because we were uncomfortable about the ride uncertainty
