Daniel Cerritos: A great place, Eric was super friendly and is overall a great person to talk to about airsoft and recommendations based on one's budget and their needs.I am beginning airsoft and Eric helped me pick out my primary and secondary airsoft guns, as well as accessories for them. I would definitely recommend this place for your airsoft needs!

Jimmy L: Walked in the store and wasn’t expecting much but wow was I amazed! I’m always greeted nicely and promptly by Eric. He’s amazing, very knowledgeable and helpful, we can talk forever about Airsoft. Also with the products they carry makes this shop top tier. I’ve been there 4 times in 1 week and made a purchase every visit; They’ve even had some elusive items normally sold out on most online retailers.This shop gives me no reason to shop other online retailers. Based on my 4 visits I’m giving them 5 stars and tomorrow I’ll be going in there for their tech to work on 2 of my aegs and I’m confident that their tech service will also exceed my expectations!

Andrew Herner: I’m a new airsofter, I messed up my gun pretty bad cuz I didn’t know what I was doing. I called up xfire and they said I could bring it in. I showed them my gun and they gave me the exact parts I needed and told me very useful tips. Super friendly guys there, will be going again.

Creggy: Legendary store for airsoft guns and attachments. The equipment like slings and plate carriers are on the lower end of quality. Would be cool to see some higher end airsoft gear instead of lancer tactical.

patricia toro: This place is amazing has everything you can imagine and instead of online you can see everything in store. I ended up coming here not once but twice in the same day because the 1st scope did not fit the BB gun so had to exchange for a different scope but Eric was more than patient with me and my son and very helpful. I will surely come again in I highly recommend this place. Worth the 1 hour drive!!
Jordan Glickman: I've been to the store probably about 4 times in the past 3 weeks. Always plenty of cool stuff to look at and Eric is always super helpful, answering every single question I have and pointing me in the right direction. Today I broke an important piece of my airsoft rifle after coming into the store earlier in the day, a quick call and Eric had me sorted with exactly the part I needed, and also helped me make sure it would fit properly and work before I left the store.Will be coming back and checking here before going anywhere else or looking online!

Rick Beavers: Excellent Service & Staff. I've been a customer for many years. The owner, Steve, has been great. Zave & Eric are very helpful. They have performed repairs on paintball markers, supplied paintballs and smoke grenades, and sold my sons and I plenty of gear. We always check here first when we need something for paintball.👍👍

angel baez: I have been going to this store for over 2 yrs now never had a issue until today I had purchased a rifle for my son for Christmas well my son can’t pull back the spring on the rifle nothing wrong with the rifle it’s just to much for my son went to the store to exchange and I was told all sales are final now looking at my receipt it does not mention that all sales are final but it does mention exchange only on some items so the kids behind the counter says sorry nothing we can do because theirs nothing wrong with the rifle (wait what?) making no sense I asked him so I paid over $200 for junk his answer was yes…and was told to visit the Nashua store instead and all I wanted was a exchange to make my son happy… smh

johnny khiev: Bough a gun from there and went home to try it and the gun start to jam, went back in the next day they told me I cant return it and pretty much there nothing they can do to fix it, most of the staff give me attitude just because I needed assistant. I suggest xfire paintball store, they fix everything for you and actually taking care of you and whatever you need, army barracks has a bunch of angry teenage employee that were piss just because someone needed help. Better believe this would be my first and last time going there.

Stephen Priest: The only open multi level DSG store where you can look down and see the first floor. This store is huge! High ceilings and two levels. Large clearance section. My friend, she was interested in that. I find their prices are high but the variety of athletic lines of clothes is interesting.

Also Michael at the register was extremely helpful, I was gifted something that didn’t fit and of course did not have a gift receipt. He explained that I was able to exchange it for something else. An employee by the name of Tori went above and beyond (price matching lowest price found and then used personal discount) to ensure I left happy. Tori you are amazing, good luck in aviation school!!
Edwin D: Pretty horrible experience trying to buy shoes. If you use the kiosk to request a shoe to try on, be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait, and get the shoe only because you finally tracked down an employee to help. Then they disappear and you're on your own if you need to try a different size.there are little to no employees around to help. It seems that they are constantly busy in the back room and the employees that don't work in the shoe section appear to avoid the area like the plague.
Sean McConnell: Popped in to try on a shoe that was in stock. Walked past several employees and wasn't greeted. There were 3 younger guys standing around the kiosk since the shoes aren't out to try on anymore. One was complaining to the other about how he put all the work in for a sale. Neither asked if i needed any help. I walked up and said hello abd pulled up what I was looking for. A men's Dr marten size 13. He brings me to thre women's and says doc martens only makes women's shoes. I show him again and say it says men's. He tells me he will go out Back and check then disappeared for 6 minutes. So I just left. Very unknowledgeable.
