Mason on the sales team is extremely knowledgeable on the ins and outs of their inventory, and gave me great guidance both in terms of clever ways we could get to my price point and when I wanted some feedback on the comparative aesthetics of my vehicle options. Similarly, I can best describe sales manager Dmitriy as “the man” because he really came through for me in the eleventh hour, finding the right vehicle for my needs when I had just about resigned myself to downgrading to another brand. The service department has also done consistently excellent work in the 7 years I’ve been using them. 10/10 would recommend (Herb Chambers Alfa Romeo/Lamborghini) if you’re in the market for a luxury vehicle and great customer care.

The Service Manager Raymond Guarino and the Service Consultant Andrew Fenno have been also very helpful. I highly recommend the dealership and its entire staff.

John Murphy: Worked with Bill in internet sales...although we didn't reach a deal, he worked hard to try and get a package put together. He's a credit to the dealership. Would highly recommend..Update: So after posting my original review I notice that the vehicle I was interested in has dropped in price a few times. So I won't get into the whole back and forth I had with the salesman but basically he accused me of bad business and wasting his time because I wanted to have the vehicle..which has close to 100k miles on it and not much service history on the carfax, to be inspected by my shop. I also informed him that if anything was found in said inspection that it was just for my knowledge and I didn't expect him to lower the price... so he again states I'm wasting his time and threatens to post our conversation here. I'm too old for this stuff.. If a dealer won't let you have a shop of your choice inspect a car, then there is most likely a problem with it. If it walks like a duck.. I'm interested in how they will spin this against me. Buyer beware...

Felix Eric Ramos: Disappointing support from the service person (she wouldn't tell me her name) at Herb Chambers Boston Alfa Romeo. I was simply trying to schedule a service with this person and she was disproportionately rude with me. I have leased three different Alfa Romeo vehicles from Herb Chambers in the last 6 years and have written glowing reviews (feel free to check them) on the Rhode Island Herb Chambers Alfa Romeo. But, because of this experience, I hesitate on my next decision to continue business here and feel obliged to share this wholly disappointing experience. I hope the team improves the behavior here -- I'm sure there are many more important customers than me at this location (this woman certainly made me feel that way), but a customer is a customer and should be treated accordingly. I then spoke to the service manager who didn't quite know the details of a basic service plan -- he said he would call me back and he never did. All around sub-satisfactory service in my experience.

billy joseph: I went to Boston Motor Sports to have my Alpha Romeo Stelvio serviced. Previously I had my Alpha serviced by another dealership (HC) that I was completely dissatisfied with. The customer service at BMS Alpha Romeo is far beyond the competition.Joshua who was my service advisor did an excellent job explaining the work to be preformed and the estimated timeline. I was pleasantly surprised when I got my car back and it was washed. The other unnamed dealership never did that for me. They also took care of a blemish that should have been done during a recall done by another dealership. Five star treatment and I walked away feeling good.
