Susan Divito: My dad had severely swollen legs and he has a brain injury and dementia. He was trying to jump out of my car on 125 when I flagged down an ambulance for help. J Nestor and his woman partner who was equally as rude told me he was fine he didn’t have dementia when I said call his dr he said I was ignorant and the dr was probably out golfing. When I finally did get my dad to the emergency room they said it could be heart failure. If police and EMTs are rude and not helpful where are you supposed to turn. The EMT flat out said he would not die if I took him home. Well he is not qualified to make that decision because a blood clot is deadly a heart attack is deadly and swollen legs are symptoms of both. I can’t believe the lack of compassion I got from both the EMTs. The officer at least listened when I tried to explain his condition.
Itchababe69: I saw a trinity ambulance and there lights were blinking no sireen..they were in no hurry...but at every light they would put on there sireen to get thru the light, once thru there sireen went off...was just wondering what the protcol is.
Jennifer Johnson: This afternoon 2 paramedics from Trinity Ambulance came and they drove me from my house- 34 Trull Brook Lane in Tewsbury to Saints Hospital in Tewksbury. I had injuried my back and they went above theirs call of duty to help me.

Brenda Rivera: Twice my bill was sent to a debt collector instead of being submitted to my insurance company. I still received a “follow up “ letter from the debt collector regarding the SAME BILLS.I’m on my way to solve another issue with bills from 2021.🙄Just spoke with Pridestar, & they contradicted my insurance company-saying after my insurance paid, that I STILL owe almost $2,000 for each trip😳I have excellent coverage, & they’re the only company I’ve ever had an issue with.
Brooks Thornhill: This private ambulance service has drivers that swerve across the highway without directionals and no lights. Intentionally throwing their vehicle into dangerous situations and abusing the word ambulance on the side of the van .Next time it happens in front of me everything‘s getting uploaded to YouTube. Called and informed them of this and the male dispatcher stayed silent and said nothing. Good luck

Mari McKeon: Service was after surgery ok BUT, my "unpaid" account was sent to 3 collection agencies (I called and they said, "I don't know how that happened". The account was PAID IN FULL as soon as the insurance company response was received. They claim it was sent to collections 2 days before I paid. Yea, right. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

Makin’ “Makin' Scents” Scents: As a person who's parents both required Ambulance and Transportation medical services many times of the past years. I want to say that every time Pridestar EMS had come to their aid/assist, the experience was amazing. My dad would always reference (on his tri-weekly trips to dialysis) that the team member who picked him up was always courteous, friendly and made him feel comfortable. He spoke of the driver as a friend which made it nice for me knowing this person had my dad's safety in his/her hands. With my mother she had many times where she needed a lift to the ER or specific DR's offices etc. She had a tendency to complain about many things ie: it's too hot, I'm too cold, it's too loud, etc. - and I always remember even with her complaints she never had anything bad to say about Pridestar. I'll tell you this as a person that saw his parents go through some wild health issues/concerns it was great to know there was a team like Pridestar EMS to get them where they needed to be.

John Hofmann: Hi, today my mother was transferred from Holy Family in Methuen to Holy Family in Haverhill. Luckily, we got the two nicest, kindest EMT men. My mother is 89 with back pain and I needed to follow the ambulance but I had a brain injury so I'm frightened to drive in traffic. I think Nashua is the "big city" so Haverhill sounded scary and daunting and I've never been there. Jesus and Peter said " no problem, follow us". I asked Jesus if he could drive like the elderly old lady out on a Sunday kind of driving I do and he said yes. Peter joked that it's the best ride he ever had, my mother said her back was still okay and I was crying because I made it because Jesus kept his word about the driving for me.
