Marco Chavez: On Target was my first stop after getting my LTC given the good reviews and reputation online. Sean, the employee who helped me, was terrific. I was dead set on a Smith and Wesson compact handgun which he let me try, but he gave me some fantastic alternative suggestions and I walked out with an HK VP9 (Which I much preferred after trying both).I'm a total newbie to firearms so I was pretty intimidated getting into all this, but the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive which helped a ton. Would strongly recommend making the trip out here.

Matt Greil: First time at a gun range, and I was pretty nervous. Tagged along with a friend who recently got his LTC and we used his Sig Sauer and a 12-gauge shotgun. They a really big selection of firearms that you can either buy or rent on the range. Pretty sure it was about $25 to rent a range and all guns cost different amounts to rent, and then you had to buy the ammunition of course. The clerks were very friendly and made the whole process very easy and were incredibly knowledgable about all the guns and were able to answer all our questions.We also rented a 1911 Colt 45 and an AR-15 that had a laser sight scope on it. After a few shots rotating through firing the rifle, one of the clerks came in and was chatting with us about different guns and even assisted us to help shoot better at the targets, I thought that was really great customer service and helpful for beginners like us. As nervous as I was with all the huge guns people had in the range room, I eventually felt more comfortable with it all, even though the gun shots were WICKED loud and we definitely need goggles and headphones.Looking forward to the next time shooting some other guns there!

Samvith V Rao: Everyone behind the counter was very attentive and helpful as this was my first time at a shooting range. Not gun snobs or know-it-all's. We went in a group of 7 people, but 3 amongst us didn't have a US drivers license nor a US passport (they had an Indian Passport) - so they could not enjoy. But I highly recommend this place for first-timers.

Red: I made an online purchase that needed to be shipped to a FFL dealer. They made it painless, answered all my questions and kept in communication with me through out the process. I wish the store was closer but I have no problem driving almost an hour to shop there and will do so again in the future.

They also have a variety of services including classes so whether you're a beginner - great place if you're just starting out, or a Vet there's always something for you. I particularly like how they do the 'paperwork'. No handwriting your forms, click click on a laptop they have set up and you're through. And again I cannot stress enough how welcoming and helpful they are. On one firearm I had second thoughts after a couple weeks - it was a .380 PPK style and I decided to bump to a 9mm. I got the Hellcat depicted below without taking any loss on the trade back - they were more than happy to do it. All firearms shown were purchased there.

It was upsetting at first due to the fact, I was checking online and saw a few that I wanted online but went in person to get it and check it out and get more info. But the price for a gen 3 was the same for a gen 5 and once i compared the price and features it kind of made no sense. I was expecting a gen 5 and when I bought it I did not know the difference between them so I bought it and after waiting 2 weeks for the delivery, I inspected it I found it was a gen 3. Overall I'm happy with the gen 3, t would been better to know the difference at the time.

Depending on the outcome of events, it may be further upgraded. ****Jim, the owner of shooters outpost took the extraordinary measure of calling me on my cell phone. We had an interesting conversation. I think the reply he posted here was in anger and I can forgive him for that since this was what he perceived as an attack on his livelihood, business that he and his family worked very hard to establish and maintain. I have worked in Law Enforcement for many years and we will discuss this issue in his response should I get to speak with him in the future and provide documentation to this fact for his edification if need be. I do not think he is motivated so much by the concept of protecting his brand as I do the fact that he has the burden of feeding his family, employing tens of people and meeting payroll to help his employees earn a living and provide the public with a quality place to acquire firearms and related items at reasonable costs. I do respect him for reaching out to me and trying to discuss the matter. I still differ with him in the fact that this policy was not brought to my attention at the point of sale. I hopefully will meet with him at some time in the future to discuss this issue as he had alluded. Jim went to great lengths to to explain his business policy and why it is the way it is. Like aviation safety or Maritime safety, firearms business retail policy is written in blood and he drove that point home very well. He is also in a heavily - federally regulated business and I see his concerns in this politically charged season. Again I wish to thank him for his effort to reach out to me. Thank you to the owner for treating us with more respect. At that location went in with my stepfather recently 2021. And even he said they were a little cold at the Hooksett location. Even thought about getting a part-time job with this company.

We also buy all of our ammo there and even when certain ammo is hard to find, they do their best always! I also purchase a lot of my targets there and I go to the range in Hudson weekly! Shooters splatter targets are awesome! If you are shooter, get over to Shooters Outpost in Amherst and meet the staff and check out what they have! We highly recommend them!

dd805100: So it's Friday 6/24/22 and I purchased an item that I was told on the date of purchase of 6/10/22 latest I would have it would be next Monday. It is now next Friday a whole week behind and to top It off I called on Wednesday of that week he said he would call me back and inform me if he had my item I never received a call back. That isn't that big a deal maybe he's busy right even though he broke his word twice I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt now on Friday I called twice and neither call has been answered. Now I believe Tony as a vendor is ignoring me and I paid in full 500 dollars and I was honestly just expecting a more professional experience hopefully I eventually recieve my product.Its 6/27/22 i went in to store today my product arrived and there was a misunderstanding on my part as i believed tony had exact dates for when stuff arives but he cant have those dates because he doesnt own the warehouses hes getting inventory from which helped me understand why this took longer than normal aside from that the service i have gotten in store has been great so ill rectify my original review glad to do buissness here again now that im satisfied.

This man treated me like garbage. I will never set foot in his store again.
