Diana: I didn’t know “neglect” in their vocabulary meant your dog was up with shot records, went to the vet and was groomed probably by professionals, fed twice a day, given treats, etc. Ever since I got my dog from someone else years ago he’s always been the tip to run off... I guess check out the block but he comes home fairly quickly. Once I moved into this new neighborhood this wannabe hippie wacko who introduces herself to me five times in 10 mins... The officer chose to believe this crackhead. Nice one Officer W. I wonder why? It’s alright told the kids the officer rather believe this lady and not once listen to me. Not sure if she understands the actual meaning of neglect!? I thought I was bilingual? Ha! I’m just here to say the officer I dealt with the first thing she threw at me was the word neglect and second was fine! Haha!Assumptions... because of his past. Is that right? Just like a human!What if I lost my dog?I could go on and on... but I do wish him well and the couple years he has left.m with another family.Hope I never have to deal with you ever again.

Gini C: FULL DISCLOSURE - I did not actually use this company's service because they were not very responsive or professional from first contact. I left a message three days ago and they never called back; I called their office this morning and was given a list of prices for different methods they might use for raccoon removal, including a fee "per animal" for removal if captured. The person on the phone was uninterested in the details of what my family is seeking, and became abrupt and unfriendly when I asked about getting an assessment before committing. Even though this company pops up near the top of the search and offers to show up fast, they don't give me much confidence about follow-through.
