Fomo CrypBO: Had an amazing customer service experience with a phone repair tech, Alex at this Apple Store in Nashua. I backed up my phone but not one of my crypto wallets, and they had already replaced my phone free of charge. Alex went above and beyond to track down my broken phone to fix it enough that I could use it to access and backup this wallet and export my Authenticator app. I would highly recommend Alex and the people at this Apple Store for an incredible customer service experience.
mansvi sharma: Liked the store. It was super busy when I went there and they assigned someone to me who was quite knowledgeable and helped me with the details. He could not provide advanced details when I asked but was super helpful. Their machines are not good with international credit cards and rejected my 2 cards though they worked just fine at other joints.

Lauren Ledoux: I recently went in to the Apple Store at the Pheasant Lane Mall and I could not be happier with my experience. Everyone was so nice, friendly, welcoming, and most importantly knowledgeable. In under an hour they figured out my issue and fixed my phone-free of charge. I had a truly amazing experience and was so impressed with everyone. This was late on a Friday night and the staff took their time and repaired the phone correctly. I am so happy to own Apple products and recommend everyone I know to seek help at the Genius Bar!

Hitesh Pandey: Worst experience ever. Went there for two purposes, to fix my existing phone and to buy a new one. They never seamed to be eager to try and help me with my existing phone. We got moved from one agent to the next and to the next. They told me to focus on buying the new phone while they set me up with the repair of my existing iphone. Once I was done with the purchase, they told me they can't fix my phone and all this while they didn't even try to diagnose what was the problem. I asked them repeatedly if it was the screen or the battery or something else but they said they can't revive. It is dead. Didn't even give a bag to carry the new product. Told me they ran out of bags. And then I see people walking out with products in a bag. A small giftshop would gives you bag when you buy something from them. But apple genius couldn't extend that courtesy. When I walked out of the store, I get a text saying that the apple genius was ready to look at my iphone. All the while when I was at the store, they were chasing me out. Will go ahead and return my new purchase. Do not want to deal with the super entitled store staff ever.

I bought a 1000 dollar phone and had to ask it to stick in a bag. The seller's service was degrading as if I was doing him a favor. Zero enchantment, in my country the services are exemplary and are references even for market studies. Very sad, hope not to come back.

Bo Shang: The staff is nice and friendly; sometimes they will help briefly answer questions you may have even not related to their job description.You also definitely want to use Macs over average Windows laptops because security on Apple hardware + software is just night and day better. When configured properly, a MacBook is basically impenetrable by outside attacks while you can't even encrypt most Windows devices that don't come with a built in security chip. This means someone could do something simple such as stealing your SSD, plug it into their own computer, and download all your data. There are many technical reasons why security chips are more effective at encrypting your data but you'd think Windows 11 could do at least do software encryption on devices that don't contain the chip. An obvious implementation is to simply hash your password into a cryptographic cypher that encrypts and decrypts roughly the same way security chips work.One thing I noticed is that if you go in for an AppleCare Repair on a Macbook, you want to try to convince them to ship your device to a repair center for as little upfront monetary commitment as possible. The store has very limited capacity to do diagnostics so they often miss things, get things wrong, and misquote you. One time they tried to charge me a $299 deductible when a $99 deductible covered all the repairs, including a replacement screen and fix to a Thunderbolt port.Eventually I convinced them to send the device on a $99 commitment, because as always if the repair center determines that you need to pay more, they'll ask you by email so you could submit the payment online. If I originally agreed to the $299 deductible up front, I doubt I would have gotten any extra repairs or gotten the $200 back.

I went for a crack on my display screen, and a supposed technician inspected my MacBook and told me the total was $598 and that I will receive an update, email, or call if something else should be done. March 27 was the appointment and on April 1st I was supposed to pick up my MacBook. Today Friday 31 I haven’t received anything. No calls or notifications, I went to check the status and the bill came out to $1090 plus taxes. However, I was never noticed for it. Now I have to wait 4-5 business days to get my MacBook back and pay extra money just because the technician didn’t inspect my laptop properly….. a screen display plus trying to fix something else that wasn’t included is costing almost the same as buying a new product. Thanks Apple for your great service

The appointment was on time and professional. I 100% positive from my previous experience that the wait time in Lynnfield store be 30min+ and …. they fix nothing. Even to buy a phone case it took 30+ minutes my last visit.The Store manager should be changed in this location. IMO this is the only location in the area that doesn’t meet Apple high quality CS standards. Such a beautiful store and such a poor management. :-(

Jay Kalina: Bought an iPhone 12 a year ago for $600. It was supposed to be water resistant for 30 minutes up to a depth of 2 meters. We dropped it in the sink at a depth of 1 inch for 1 second in a case and the screen burned out. Apple would not repair the screen because there were signs of moisture. This clearly was not water resistant which indicates a design or assembly defect. They best they would do was to give a 20% discount on a new phone. Very disappointed that they falsely advertise a feature the phone clearly doesn't have, that will totally damage the device.

Kristen: If I could give zero Stars I would. Manager TJ is extremely rude, probably because he has no idea what he's talking about. I bought a phone there a week ago spent $500 and had a great service from a polite young man. TJ on the other hand I asked him questions about how free phones he say work pricing differences he would not leave the counter to show me phones he did not know what phones cost what he was extremely rude. When I asked him if there was a problem, if he was uninterested in helping me, or if someone else could help me, all I was trying to do, get a new phone as well as my husband trying to buy a new iPhone. When I confronted his unprofessionalism rudeness and awful customer service he told me that he had a headache and I can just go. Do not go to the store, I don't know how TJ got hired as a manager never mind goes through life being so rude. He's in the long line of work, zero customer service skills the owner of this store needs to fire him because you are just losing so much business I will tell everyone I know do not go to that T-Mobile because of TJ the so-called manager

Workers just seems more focus on sitting around looking at their phones as oppose to helping customers that walks in. Would avoid this particular store in general. Rayshawn Morris: THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This store has the worst customer service. My girlfriend went into this store today to get a SIM card for the phone that I just bought her. She was hysterical. The customer service by sales associate Ashley and the manager on duty was so bad my girl couldn’t stop calling me because she was so frustrated. She said she asked the girl what her attitude was for and the girl said in front of the manager “I’m just reciprocating energy” as she proceeded to keep eating. Never mind the fact that she was eating but to have said that because she didn’t know the other number on the account is disturbing. That is disrespectful and my girl left the store since she already has a T-Mobile account and she just got her phone stolen on Sunday. That kind of behavior was unacceptable from an in store customer service rep at that. I should take our phone service somewhere else. If this is how employees of T-Mobile are allowed to act.
Glorynel Berrios: I recently got new phones at this location(thanks to Michelle and Knoelle) and had some issues with them but went to a different store to see if I could resolve my issue and ended up almost not being able to resolve the issue thanks to that other store but luckily I was told to go back to this store and thanks to Michelle(btw she was awesome) I resolved everything and even ended buying something else. Lol Awesome customer service would definitely recommend it!!!

Peter Miranda III: The return policy is ridiculous. A multi-billion dollar company won’t let you return an unopened apple product with a receipt 35 days after purchasing like they’re a broke mom and pop shop. Never buy at an Apple Store. Buy the same product at any big name electronics store. You’ll probably pay less and be able to return or at least exchange the item. That’s right I couldn’t even exchange!
