Danny Badger: Could not ask for better service. Go in with defective part (oven igniter), he had it available right away, knew which one was needed, provided sage advice (but not overdone), and this novice never felt belittled or overwhelmed like some service centers do. Cost just a little more than Amazon, but available a week sooner, and I was far more confident in doing the job with his brief guidance. And I was much more confident I was getting the right part, too. I'll be going back here for years to come. Love it when you find a place like this.

Johanna Lisle Newbold: Emailed late last night asking if they had a part in stock as I wanted to avoid paying for shipping and waiting with an online store.I received a response in the morning, and when I got to the store and mentioned I emailed, the guy at the counter handed me the part. Customer service was fantastic!On a side note, I never felt unwelcome or out of place in the store, nor was I asked if I knew what I was doing. As a woman I appreciated this.

Rockie mountin: I have been using Genes appliances for some 40/45 years now 90% of the time they have the part I need on hand ya some times I can get them cheaper on line if I’m not in a rush but if the part is faulty most of the time you are out of luck I also like to try and keep the mom and pop shops in business because without them your online prices will no longer be that cheap so I try to shop in town hardware stores and places like Genes who I feel have earned our business in trust

Myke Pierre-Louis: Do yourself a favor and save your money. I got a "new" washing machine from this place and it crapped out in a week. They came here to service the machine and were unable to rectify the problem. It has now been five months since I was able to get in touch with them, they constantly forward my phone calls and the washing machine has been out of service in my basement for months. Honesty if I could give them 0 stars I would, It is a wonder how they even got 2 stars.

Before they totally crapped out, he fixed our clothes dryer (twice) , refrigerator's freezer, and washing machine. He 'rescued me' when I broke the oven door at my mother-in-law's house, and she has used him for a couple of other repairs as well. He's honest, reliable, and personable.

Niles Dion: I was referred to Paul about 8-9 years ago from a Co-worker who grew up on Lowell that was also a neighbor. As a landlord the breakdown of appliances is part of the business. in my opinion, Paul is the perfect role model for Independants. He built his business from his service and referrals. I had 2 appliance breakdown this week and I was in a vulnerable state. Paul's efficient communication, honest approach and , customer first attitude hit home for me. He is reliable, honest, and puts the customer before himself which is unique when your invulnerable situation.

ClearView Lawn & Yard: These people have been consistently (over the years) been professional, consistent and on time. These guys are the best and would highly recommend to anyone who has broken appliances. I have yet to come across anyone who has done any better work than these guys!
OhMai Usuck: Loved how this Edgar guy gave himself a 5 star and all the positive reviews are from his family and friends 😄This is a bottom end used appliance place and you'll get what you pay for. Dude doesn't honor his so called "warranty" and he'll ignore your calls if the washer and dryer break after a few days. Be warned!

So, you can believe how apoplectic the Greek household got when the freezer and fridge had all these things in it, and this is the last appliance we wanted to die on us.Enter Edgar from D.R. Appliances! He came within the HOUR!!!! ...WITHIN THE HOUR!!! ...and he fixed the whole fridge without having any horror stories that you've heard about other refrigerator technicians. Edgar was diligent, accurate, and worked really hard to completely fix my mom's refrigerator.Thank you so much, Edgar! You deserve much work after this post!

Michel Koopman: My experience was about the same as you would find on yelp about this place. Bought a washer, suppose to be delivered the next day, took almost 2 weeks before finally delivered it. It doesn't agitate during the wash cycle at all (and never did). Complained and set up many appointments for them to come and fix it. Most of the time they simply didn't show up, no call, no show. They wont give refunds even if it doesn't work. So I told them they can just come take it so I don't have to pay to get rid of it. They wont even take it back for free because what they sold me is such garbage it isn't even worth "free" to them.

He located the problem, explained to me why it was operating incorrectly.Jeff gave me an estimate of the repair. I approved it. Jeff started in on the repair and completed it in short order. He replaced the faulty parts,, melted and removed all the ice leaving a clean and running refrigerator.If I my fridge needed another repair I would call and ask for Jeff.

David L Clarke: What a great place to do business. I traveled from Derry NH to purchase a new microwave for my elderly mom. We had a minor issue with the microwave when we got home, so I had to make the trip back to exchange it. The young lady who took the call was so pleasant and helpful. I went back and the gentleman who took care of me was great also. He brought out the new one and took the other one. He said thank you and I went home. My brother bought all new appliances including a washer and dryer from the Appliance Corner and was very happy. Now the whole family does business with them. They have a great staff and great prices. I would recommend the Appliance Corner to anyone.
Ian Cowpar: We noticed yesterday that our dryer heat wasn’t working. I called a couple of local places and asked for pricing on service calls. When I talked to Appliance Corner, they said they weren’t taking on new clients at the moment, but offered to look up the part that I needed and see if it was in stock. It was, and they explained that it was a pretty easy repair if you’re handy. I picked up the new part today and, with the help of YouTube, was able to disassemble the dryer and remove and replace the heating element. This easily saved me a couple of hundred dollars. I’m very thankful for their guidance and quick solution to my problem. Thanks, Appliance Corner!

Jade Jalbert: I had been eyeing a washing machine that my go-to appliance person doesn't have and heard good things about Appliance Corner. When my dryer broke before I replaced the washer, I reached out to Appliance Corner for the same brand. They were out the next day to deliver and take away my old one. In fact they called us because they were AHEAD of the delivery schedule so we got it earlier. When we had issues with it we called and they were able to troubleshoot over the phone. Two weeks later we were able to purchase the new washing machine to match - they gave us the discount for buying them together. Again, came out on schedule. The delivery guy and my husband talked for a while, too. Friendly, helpful, good service, timely. Definitely recommend.

Asked for an in-wall AC at 220 V and over 10,000 BTU. Lady behind the counter knew exactly what I was saying, checked the back room and in 30 seconds : "Got an LG, 12,000 BTU you can take him now."
