Tent table and chairs were dropped off on Friday for event on Saturday all that was set up was tent tables and chairs were stacked in piles I set them up to discover tables filthy and also covered in black mold chairs broken and rusted. Tent was sagging. Contacted Craig and told him how displeased I was this is not what I saw on line when I booked. He told me he was sold out and everything was out and that he would refund me for the broken items which he never did. Upon him picking up the package he was very rude and unprofessional made threats to my family and used vulgar language towards me.Weeks later I get text from him at 1:00 AM threatening me I filed a police report on this company. It is now in the hands of my credit card company. I would not recommend this comapny to any one.

Dominic Fiumara: Took hours to set up. Chairs rusty, tables dirty, tent sagging on all sides. Clearly company did not know how to set up tent. They appeared to be amateurs. Owner very rude. Drove across my nieces yard yelling you will not get your money back. Thank you so much to Twin Brothers who came in that night set everything up with a five minute notice. Above all was fired and took there tent etc off the the property next day. Police report was filed. This was a very serious situation .

Chairs rusty, tables dirty and grass coming through a plastic floor. They were so bad police were called and a report is on record. Mr son had them take everything off the property. We called twin brothers the same night. They came right away set up the tent , Tables, chairs and the night was perfect.

Original delivery was scheduled for Wednesday, then the company changed to Friday and finally showed up on Saturday. Too stressful! Sixty Chairs NOT delivered UNTIL the day of the graduation party on Sunday. Sides of tent not completely installed so rain seeped in. What a mess!

We signed up for one of their party packs that I had found on their website. They were very easy to deal with and where very professional. I ended up booking one of their party packages -20x40 foot tent, 8 tables and 80/90 chairs. Our party was on a Saturday and they arrived on schedule friday afternoon to set up the equipment. All the equipment was set up fast and was surprised how clean everything was. All the tables - chairs where very clean.Very easy booking process, great quality equipment and the guys that came to our house where very professional. I came home from work on Monday and it looked like they were never there. This was the first time I rented from twin bros party rentals and I would highly recommend there services. I had no complaints.

My sister explained the situation to Twin Brothers, they showed up in two hours with a beautiful tent. Very nice chairs, tables and lights. Helped get a dance floor. They couldn't do enough to help make reception a success. They called after everything was set up to make sure everyone was happy and asked if there was anything else needed. Stated that they would available if we needed them. Just amazing to have such a horrible experience and than have such a great company save the day.

nital patel: Professional and efficient staffWe ordered a 40 person tent for a backyard party and it was delivered one day prior to the event, and taken down the next day (Friday thru Sunday). When I saw the tent I felt that we needed an extra panel "wall" and I called up the company and they delivered it same day. Total cost was $432.50 (Tent, wall, and 40 white chairs).
