Jonathan Berrios: It's a good place for students and public with cash to eat and spare some time and do their home work if they need to. I personally work there.
David Housman: Every week, like clockwork, I prank myself. On Friday they close an hour earlier than posted. Every week I forget this fact, and go hungry.

Jacob Glik: Yikes. The omelets are ok depending on who cooks it for you (only served from 8-10:45), the sandwiches are ok but because it's the only thing there's usually a 15-20 min line. And the people who are working there are like half asleep. The rest WILL GIVE YOU FOOD POISONING or will disappoint, not a coin flip I like to take. Stay away from chicken, it's rarely cooked. The only reason this place is still serving this garbage is because people just can't believe how bad it really is. Sad. I could make better food for less at home.
Michael Richard: Some of the staff are rude and some are great, it really depends on who you're interacting with. Overall the food is generally really good if you don't go between meals (2-4:30 is the worst!)

But hey, look on the bright side: It's not all that bad. For a small price, you get a wide variety of options. Taste and quality are fine. You're a kid. Eat. Go home. Stop cribbing. Me - I liked the place. Pretty decent. Nothing to complain about. Take cue from me. Stop complaining. You'll live better!

Viral Videos: 1) they serve low quantity of the main item "chicken, steak , shrimp) compared t . Read and veggies . Veggies are great but it's a 1:20 proportion!2) there is a booth that is trying to be asian styled in the front , they serve rice , tofu or chicken and sauce every single day !3)the burger station barely has someone actively there to cook food ...most of the time there are burgers just left there and dont get me started on the fries. The fries are sooooo bad they are literally oil fries ...no potato!

Ngan Tran: The review is for the Starbucks only. I asked for the hot chocolate, and the guy said that hot chocolate has espresso in it. I asked again to make sure that he hear me order hot chocolate correctly. He then asked me if I had hot chocolate of Starbucks before because the brand is a coffee brand. I said yes, in fact the only drink I order from Starbucks is hot chocolate. He still made me an espresso with milk inside. There’s no smell or favor of chocolate in the drink at all. I ended up throwing the cup away because it was so bad!

Matthew Barr: The quality is pretty bad in terms of environment, presentation, and texture. You get mediocre taste but unlimited food so its meh.

CS Kuo: I graduated from UML. SO, of course, I will give five stars to the ICC hotel. After five-day staying, I do have suggestions as follows:1. we (travelers) really can use a clothes closet or something that we can hang our clothes. I didn't have that in my room.2. a fancy coffee machine is excellent. but, it is not friendly to someone who needs hot water to make a tea or something else.3. There was a leaking in the bath tub. Water in was almost the same as water leak.
Amanda Gimbel: This hotel is a great value and the staff are so nice! As a young woman traveling alone I felt very secure and cared for. It's very close to cool coffee shops (Brew'd awakening) and overlooks the canal system in Lowell. Thank you to front desk (Victoria and Cailin) for answering all my questions and being so kind and friendly.
Sherri Barboza: Attended am event for UMass Lowell, Fortaleza, Lowell Public Schools. The dinner was good, desserts very good and coffee excellent. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Couldn’t find elevator, other than that top notch! Views of the canal were beautiful 😍

Josiah Dykstra: Solid C for effort... they're really trying. Owned and operated by the University means they lack name-brand polish. The ICC is also a dorm (note: guests are not allowed to use the campus shuttle). Breakfast is skimpy with bagels, yogurt, and coffee. The bar served only pizza and hamburgers with a bartender who kept apologizing for it. Had to call the front desk after midnight for excessive noise in the hallway.

Lizzy Dabczynski-Bean: No one was at the front desk to check us in despite having a reservation. Sign said no one would be in the front desk til 7am….what? Spent hours at 1am calling other hotels all of which were booked for a long weekend. Ended up paying $500 for ine night, a room 30 minutes away. I got a refund from uMass Lowell Inn but no one acknowledged the issue or made any kind of apology or took ownership of the situation. And we were our $500 and all the wasted time and energy. 👍
Adriana DiIorio: Victoria was awesome! We had an issue with Priceline themselves and she resolved it for us quickly, and was so incredibly kind our entire visit. The hotel is beautiful and we were on the first floor and had a little patio overlooking the river! It was so great to be able to open a sliding door to the outside from our room. They have complimentary breakfast with bagels, danish, yogurt, fruit, and Starbucks coffee and tea with options to eat in a big dining room with windows overlooking the river or a space with a fireplace and comfortable chairs. The rooms were very clean. Will definitely stay here again.

E H: Terrible management and billing. Our driver was great and had to fight with management to keep our bill reasonable. They lose or ruin clothes and charge the customer for it. The bill continually goes up and they don’t care if you have been a customer for years they still try to take advantage of everything that happens to justify a price increase.

Behzad Taimur: A pretty standard American university building with fairly typical masonry, the stand-out point for Cumnock Hall is the presence of Navitas Office within the hall. These guys focus on international students, especially ones with relatively poor English. They help them get their game up and going, and generally help them navigate American college life. So, you'd expect to see many internationals here. Anyway, besides that, not much to write home about.
