The representative never took the time to inform their customers that the yard hours will be close by 4:30pm. Therefore, on a Monday evening after found a ride to pick up my belonging. That's when I learn of the yard being closed. Which mean I could not pick up my belong and only waste more time on my process with my insurance company. Another issue with this place. They even mess up on picking my car. Only made me wonder how this company process their paperworks and how mess up their ethic. Bottom line, this place horrible and bad to do business with. Only waste more of my time and they don't understand client service.

Also a great venue for large events like weddings and dances. They are very accommodating and offer indoor and outdoor options for any sized event.

R: From a transporters perspective. Dropping off vehicles is no problem at all. But when you go to pick up cars... Well that's another story.... cars are HARDLY EVER where they're supposed to be.... then trying to get the yard people's attention can be a hurry up & wait issue. For either a jump start or help finding cars.

Malden Auto Repair and Sales: This a company with really nice people working for them. They know what they are doing, they are very professional and they do everything they can to accommodate things in order to help us when we need. I spoke today with Tara(I hope I understood her name correctly)and she answered the phone, she had all the information from us right away and she helped me with accuracy, professionalism and with such a friendly attitude. And she didn't need to transfer to anyone - she was ready to send me the title overnight as I requested! That is totally rare nowadays where people usually have no clue of what they are doing. Easy to find, the people at the desk were very friendly and helpful, we were served very quickly by appraisal staff, who took a real interest in us, the paintings, and the history of our acquisition.One painting needed some restoration, and a local person was suggested.The staff then took our paintings to our car, engaged us in more delightful conversation (Ford vs. Ferrari, and similar) before our departure back to Acton.So wonderful to find people like this.

Elizabeth Gunnion: Recently I saw that a Benjamin Chandlee (Nottingham) tall case clock was being offered for sale at Kaminski Auction, Massachusetts, on Saturday, March 21. The pre-sale estimate for the clock was $2000-$3000. There was no condition report provided, and I realized that clocks at Kaminski Auction are not guaranteed. Because I was not able to attend the preview or the auction, I decided to bid on-line, using the Kaminski bidding platform. With the low pre-sale estimate, I was willing to take a chance on the clock, realizing that there could be major issues with it.On the day of the auction, I bid on the clock. The clock was knocked down to me for $22,000 plus the buyer’s premium. The message on my screen was “YOU ARE THE WINNER”. I immediately went to the information for “My Account”. The “Summary” showed my winning bid and the buyer’s premium, the total owed was $27,500. Under the “Winning” portion of my account, the knockdown price for the clock was $22,000.I then called Kaminski Auction to arrange for payment and shipping. To my dismay, I was told that I did not get the clock that was knocked down to me. A very arrogant employee told me that the clock was not being sold to me. He gave several explanations for not selling the clock, including “the owner isn’t sure he wants to sell the clock after all” and “it may be offered at a later date”.Two months later, the clock was offered again. The selling price was several thousand dollars less than what we bid.This auction house gives legitimate auction houses a bad name!
