Nate Lance: Just FYI Audi Burlington does not report service to CarFax - if you go to sell your vehicle private party and all it's service has been done here, there will be no visible record of it which hurts the value of the car. You can call and request your vehicles service records but it would be nice if they just reported to CarFax like everyone else does...

Gina Cotroneo: I live in NH . I bought a 2019 jeep from Audi in Burlington. I sighed for a loan and a few days later someone from Audi meet me at the NH town hall to register the car.they brought the paperwork and the car was registered in my name and plates where put on the car . After driving the car for about a month I got a letter from the state of NH saying there was an issue with the odometer state . Questioning if the car was stolen. I then got a call from the Audi dealership saying the loan didn’t go through and I had to come back and resign a new loan . I went back to the dealership and resigned another loan . I showed them the DMV letter and they said not to story about it and they would take care of it . Fast forward to now(5 months later) I went to trade in the car that was fully paid for . I am unable to trade the car because there’s no title to the car and the odometer statement was never sighed .i had to call the original bank and get a letter saying there was 0 interest on the loan . The bank that I paid the car off had never received the title. The first bank is saying Audi has it and Audi is not helping saying they have no idea where the title is . The DMV can’t get it . I called the attorney general and was told that it’s criminal not to fill out an odometer statement and not to send the title to the lean holder . Now I am sitting in a police station filling reports and pressing crimson charges along with court proceedings. So the lesson is DO NOT BUY anything from this place!!!! Unless u want to pay of a car and not have a title and go through the heart ache I am dealing with!!!! STAY AWAY. They are not a good place to do business with . Very shady

Richi Gentile: I wanted to thank Dat in Audi Burlington parts for assisting me several times with finding the correct parts that I wanted to order and most recently ordering 4 new tires for my Q5. Dat was able to price match one of the biggest online Tire distributors saving me a couple hundred. The tires will be shipped directly to the dealer so I don’t have to drive around with 4 tires and go back and forth to the dealer. Audi service is handling the mounting, balancing and alignment so I know everything will be installed correctly One stop shop. No one does an alignment better than the dealership. It seems that management has the entire team on the same page providing the best customer experience across the board. Kelly in service was fantastic as well and she even ordered me a complimentary Lyft to bring me to work until my car is ready. There is no need for me to go anywhere else for service, parts or buying my next car. Thanks Audi Burlington-

Mackenzie Silverstein: I recently purchased a new vehicle from audi in Peabody, and although the sales part of it was very easy and straightforward, when I had to bring my car in less than a month later after purchasing, the customer service was absolutely awful. I was told my repair would take two days and it ended up taking over a week. I got a flat tire in my loaner car and they charged me for the tire. when I ended up going to pick up my car, they had lost my keys and it took four people to find my car on the lot as well as my keys to bring it up and it was an hour and a half of waiting. after I got a call that my car was ready to be picked up by the time I got there it’s still hadn’t even been washed yet and I had to wait for it to be done. I will not be taking my car back there. and I do not recommend them.
L S: I would normally give a 5 star and I would have , but I had a few problems!! they were addressed , but not to the extent that I would like it to have been. I think the management did try , but I feel they should have did more to keep the customer satisfied, especially due to the fact that I was mislead.i have reached out

P B: This week I went to Porsche Nashua to order a car. The have the same owner as Audi Nashua and share the same physical lot. I parked my Mercedes in parking area between both buildings, spent 2 hours with Porsche. The next day when I went to leave my house I was shocked to see my rear license plate was missing...and so was my front one. I was very concerned-- I could have been stopped by police the previous day, my car impounded, issued a ticket, etc. The only thing I thought could be the source is Audi Nashua as I was with the Porsche folks and went no where else. When I called Audi Nashua, I was agitated but very clear about the situation and that I need their help in figuring out what happened. This is the inflection point -- where a true customer service organization shows itself --- or not. Nothing I said was heard by her. She continually kept telling me my car was in the Audi system so I had to have had it serviced there. Instead of taking the info, elevating it, getting back to me with a status, she played the gatekeeper & insisted she could handle. I was now yelling but apologized. What transpired then was hours of no action & response on their part. I was stranded at my house, had to cancel critical appointments. No sense of urgency, action or responsiveness from Audi but a lot of empty, gee I am sorrys. When I tried to call repeatedly, she would not pick up. When I used my friend's phone, she picked up but I was told no manager was there. I called Nashua Police who spoke with the Audi manager -- who WAS there - & they said they would call me. It turned out an Audi sales guy had taken my plates thinking it was a trade in. Mistakes can happen but this was about unresponsive and unprofessional behavior by people representing a luxury dealership. A Porsche salesman who lives near me ended up returning the plates. Sadly I got my plates only because I called the police & it was "convenient" for someone to bring me the plates.
James Abraham: If you want a different (in the best of ways) type of car experience go to any of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group dealerships. These folks treat there staff like family and naturally that comes through to customers like myself who inturn feel like family. Great experience!
