I called to have a remote starter installed in my car not knowing exactly what I wanted and just over the phone did staff give me a detailed description of every option. They booked an appointment for me to drop my car off on Monday morning around 8 and they had my car ready and out the door by 11. The staff then showed me how to navigate the drone Mobil app and even setup and register my account. Greatly recommending for all car accessory needs. Thank you again!

Joe Pofcher: Really gone down hill in the past few years had to rewire everything they put in my car. Most mine blowing part was finding a 15 Amp fuse on a 12 gage power wire for 3000 watt amps ( lBefore replacing most of the work done fortunately my equipment was purchased elsewhere with warranties because three speakers and Two amps and alot of wiring and fuses it works now)
Ian Campbell: I had a set of brand new wheels and a set of tires that I wanted mounted. I shopped around and a lot of shops told me they wouldn't mount them or they quoted me insane prices. After calling around I chose Carrisma to get the work done.These guys are real pros! They were so careful with mounting and balancing and they used a high end machine to fit everything perfectly without damage. They even protected my wheels with cardboard when they loaded them into my car. It came out great! I highly recommend them!

They made it everything simple and straightforward. Everyone I talked to was amazing. Jess was so nice on the phone. She helped me reschedule without making it a hassle and was so friendly when I was paying. The gentleman at the first desk (I didn't catch his name but he said he worked there for 30+ years) was so knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to program the radio for me and make sure my phone connected without any issues. Prices are fair. They know what they are doing. Honestly, it's a bit of a long drive for me but I won't go anywhere else. I will always recommend Carrisma.

Dara: Store sign says free battery testing. I had battery issues on a cold winter day and needed to get it tested to see if it was still good or not. The employee told me that he doesn't have time for that. Take your business elsewhere. Only came here because my battery was bought here and still under warranty. The guys at Autozone in Chelmsford were much more helpful.

mark shaw: Tonight, at 20 minutes before closing time I stopped by for 2 heavy duty batteries. I called first and the gentleman checked on multiple items availability, even in other locations, even though he could have just said yea sure it's here and potentially waste my time driving down. The gentleman's name was Manzing I believe on name Tag and he went out of his way to have the batteries waiting for me and help me out. All this within 15 minutes of closing time. I know open is open but many employees do not always think that way but this gentleman was on the ball. The other employees were all great to deal with as well but he was the person that helped me tonight which is why I singled him out specifically. Good workers should be rewarded when they do a job perfectly because in 2022 many workers could care less if a customer is taken care of.

Rene Hernandez: I usually go to this one but never again. This is the second time they gave me the wrong oil item. Bought three 75w-90 online. Picked it up assuming they picked all three right which is their job. Three days later found out they gave me 2 of the 75w-90 oils but one was 75w-140. Useless to me so I go to return it and they say it cant be returned because I had already opened it despite telling them i didn't even use it. Didn't bother helping me out. Basically a "oh well too bad" kind of situation. Had to buy another of the right kind because i was driving around with a quart low on my transmission. I even told them to keep the wrong one they picked out because it was useless to me. So I basically paid twice for their mistake. Great customer service 👍

I sat there until 755, when an employee came out of the back entrance and said “it’s gonna be a little bit, we don’t open until 8”. I said “the door states 730, I’ve been here many times at 730” and he replied “not today” and walked across the street to get his Honey Dew donuts. Typical LowellI’ve used this specific location many times due to convenience, but there’s plenty of other options in the area

SK: My car AC is not working. Yesterday I tried few car repair shops and finally reached Advanced auto to get the refrigerant.. I met two guys in the cash counter. both were very polite… one with beard has more experience… He was very genuinely explaining what can go wrong in car AC, how the mechanics make money and recommended few options.. I really like the way he explained and appreciate his efforts!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 This is definitely beyond his job!! But he was trying to help and clarifying my questions, myths on big dealers… I strongly recommend this shop☝️ for any auto parts, repair consultations… Before making any big repair expense… come here, do a quick check, you will save a lot !!!

Castava Lee: My car died at the dollar store near them, I was there for over 30 minutes charging my battery before my father asked if they could check my battery. Come to find out it was a dud. Twenty minutes later their employees come to my car ready and prepared to save me. They knew exactly what to do and got it started and fixed. I've brought my car to two car shops in the last month, neither recommended to me what O'Reilly did. They made my day. I'll be going there for any questions from now on.I was so grateful I had to hug them!

Jen Lynde: I came for them to test my battery/alternator. They have a machine that will check the battery, alternator and starter. I didn't have to wait, he came right out and tested them for me. They all came back fine but if i would have had to replace the battery they would have put it in right there for free.
