Kelly Bell: They were supposed to come pick up my car today between 12pm and 5pm. It's now 7pm and I have not seen or heard from them. Strongly don't recommend.

April Fouderland: This place have horrible customer service. I've called and let the represent know that I don't get out from work until 5pm. The representative never took the time to inform their customers that the yard hours will be close by 4:30pm. Therefore, on a Monday evening after found a ride to pick up my belonging. That's when I learn of the yard being closed. Which mean I could not pick up my belong and only waste more time on my process with my insurance company. Another issue with this place. They even mess up on picking my car. Only made me wonder how this company process their paperworks and how mess up their ethic. Bottom line, this place horrible and bad to do business with. Only waste more of my time and they don't understand client service.

Malden Auto Repair and Sales: This a company with really nice people working for them. They know what they are doing, they are very professional and they do everything they can to accommodate things in order to help us when we need. I spoke today with Tara(I hope I understood her name correctly)and she answered the phone, she had all the information from us right away and she helped me with accuracy, professionalism and with such a friendly attitude. And she didn't need to transfer to anyone - she was ready to send me the title overnight as I requested! That is totally rare nowadays where people usually have no clue of what they are doing. Congratulations to Tara and to the entire Lynnway Auto Auction Team...you guys rock!!!

Sophanna Ken: My car was in a front end collision and had to be quoted here. Car was quoted as total loss. Decided to keep my car and Geico told me it was ready for pick up, but Copart was closed that day so my brother went the next day due to me being out of town. Front desk was rude and said Geico did not send any paper work. Had to call Geico to find that they emailed Copart the day before about the pick up. Then Copart tells me oh they didn't check their emails. This was around 430 PM. Then they tell my brother hes not getting the car because we needed an appt which lead them to going back and forth. When car was ready they move the car without telling him where it is and he had to find it himself. I get back into town and find cement in my exhaust and damages to my rear bumper which Geico says they will not pay for. A BUNCH OF CROOKS

They've always been very pleasant and nothing but helpful. I've always felt like they've given me a more than fair deal. I appreciate the customer service. The care and consideration after a traumatic experience like an accident and having your car totaled is what I got from Copart.

Tobiasz Tomczyk: Fraud. I have bought a BMW e70 with Clean Title which was beautiful in pictures on their website - if you will focus, you can see the car has been washed just before taking pictures - which is not easy to notice at first sight. The car was not cheap, although the price was negotiated. Primary damage - dent and scratches, secondary - mechanical damage. The car was sold as Run & Drive. Transporter went to pick it up, and it turned out that the rear bumper and element under the tailgate are damaged. The Carfax report had no entries about any accidents. Also the hood and left fender have no glaze (this is why the car was wet in pictures - to hide this damage) and they require a repaint. Finally, it was the last time when this car moved on its own. After receiving the container, the car did not run - no compression on the 1st cylinder. After sending them my complaints they located the person who damaged the bumper, but they did literally nothing with it. I have not received any refund. See pictures from an auction vs. from the time when it has been picked up. Also, the paperwork after the auction took them ridiculously long time.

Shantae White: I've bought two cars from this auction and both cars needed light mechanical work. Over all they were great reliable cars. The front desk ladies are super helpful and polite. I only give them 3 stars because the last few auctions I've attended the sellers were uncompromising. It was a complete waste of everyone's time. Why bring a car to an auction if you're going to charge dealership prices. RIDICULOUS!

Lots of bargains to be had.Some bidders were bidding on line using simulcast, were they have a camera streaming the auction online.When someone won a car they take a small deposit to hold it for you so you can arrange final payment and pickup.All around, I would highly recommend this auction, especially because of the people running it.

For every single encounter, I've always found them to be amazingly helpful and accommodating. Gayle Hernandez: Made me stand outside in 36 degree weather for an employee to come to work just so I could get a gate pass for a vehicle I was picking up. Then had to wait outside in the freezing temperatures for a jump to said vehicle. I arrived at 830 am to pick up vehicle and due to their delays didn't leave until 1030am. As a transporter this caused me to lose 1.5 hours of my clock and shortened my drive time.

Kevin Gosselin: Pathetic is an understatement! I first stopped in this Auction nearly 15 years ago just to be sent a “letter” a Month later as a “cash” Customer only. I had already been buying vehicles from ALL New England auto auctions for two years and NEVER had an issue! Fast forward, I applied for a check cashing approval and received an email back from Michelle Dealer Registration, that was three weeks ago! I have since emailed her, called her, and still not registered! I contacted her boss Donna, Auction Manager, I left a voicemail and received nothing! What a pathetic Company! Good thing I’m not the owner of this Auction, there would be some very unhappy Employees shown the door if they can’t do their job!
