Mine was an unusual situation and they made it a breeze and walked me through it and made it easy for me to make decisions. They didn't accept credit cards so that's one thing to keep in mind when reserving a time to meet with them for your needs.

Long story short, Jim the owner had me go to a detailer to have my carpets dry vacc-ed and shampooed and cleaned and I didn't have to pay. I really appreciate them trying to make this right!
Jakob Labbe: I had my windows on my Honda Civic tinted 20% all the way around. The results are phenomenal! Chris totally knocked it out of the park. He initially thought he couldn’t properly tint a few windows due to glue residue from a previous tint, but he totally blew my expectations. Chris prioritized communication and transparency. He’s very talented, thorough and professional. I have never had windows tinted before, and he made the process very smooth. The quality of the tint is also very good. I chose the NR Galaxie film. I definitely plan to have cars tinted in the future at A+A. Chris was very informative and gave me the pros and cons of the different percentages and film options. Thomas Hopkins: I called for a windshield replacement to be covered by geico. The guy covers the phone but I can hear everything. He tells some other guy that geico only pays $35 an hour for labor and that they only make $210 on the job. The other guy tells him to say that they can’t do It and why bother wasting their time. It’s fine that they didn’t want to do the job but I was desperate. I would’ve thrown him $50 or whatever to get my truck done faster. I hope the economy is good for these guys in the next twelve months because insurance work would’ve kept them afloat even if it is $210 per windshield.

vish r: This is a terrible place, I never have to give a bad review to any place but this place and especially the owner is just miserable guy to talk to. Okay, let me explain what happened. I called for the wind shield replacement for my car and asked them to call me when they arrive. my car is equipped with security system that needed to be deactivated. I told them about this like 5 times in the call. They said ok but The guy who came to replace the windshield didn't call and most importantly he started working on the car with out even unlocking the car. All the wires and everything connected to wind shield were all torn. So I called the company to inform about this which is not an acceptable way of doing the job. The owner picked the call and I explained everything and the started yelling that I am calling in the non business hours to handle the situation. I called around 4:30 PM and their business hours are between 8 am and 5 pm. The owner lied his name. he refused to pay the damages his employee caused which are 100$ by the way. The owner didn't even apologize for his employees mistake. Worst place to get your windshield replacement done.I wouldn't recommend this place at all. even if there is no place else to go.
Wahid Khan: These people are super rude and don't mean what they tell you. I went to them couple months ago to get a windshield replacement. I was quoted $280, after I went to their office in Lowell, they quoted me $300. After I explained to them about my phone call earlier and that I was quoted $280, Nicholas Hay the project manager agreed to that amount and gave me his business card and wrote a note that I was quoted $280 by Sarah. He told me I could come to them and still get that amount.After several months I gave them a visit for the replacement. They quoted me $500. After I explained the situation, the same Sarah hung up on me while I was talking to her, after I called them back, she asked me to hold and a guy called Brian (I can't remember the name) didn't let me explain the situation and kept on asking "what can I do for you?" even though I was trying to explain the situation to him. What bugs me that I am aware that prices change but instead of working things out with a customer they were super rude and didn't want my business. Got it replaced somewhere else for the same amount.

Ryan Callery: This guys awesome. I have a cracked windshield and everyone that does auto glass is booked out 4 days due to the pandemic. They offered to do it for me at 7pm tonight but I know people are busy so I opted for tomorrow and he still insisted that if he could get back to the warehouse before 5 he would do it tonight. He gave me the lowest price around and was very professional. This is how a business should be run!
Keith Chapman: I can't say anything good about this place. I called to get a price on a windshield. Set up a time. That day was canceled do to rain. Set up a 2nd time. Waited from 8AM to 11:30PM. Called him and said I wound be calling someone else. At least he picked up the phone when I called. He always had some reason for not coming. Waisted a full day for someone that was not going to ever show up.
Sarah Lee: I received wonderful service from this company. My appointment was kept right on schedule and the job was done clean and precise. Being the owner installs each and every windshield himself that makes sense. Whenever I need a windshield this is who I will call.
