Daniel Mitchell: My wife and I went to see Doctor Cabral in May to address some chronic health issues. Doctor Cabral spent hours with us both, and at no point did I feel rushed or unimportant. He tested for a multitude of potential issues, and determined causation for my symptoms. I've been on his program for three weeks now and have lost over ten lbs and feel amazing. His staff was kind and professional, the sauna was amazing and the massage my wife and I elected to get was highly therapudic. Anyone not familiar with Doctor Cabral would do themselves a great service to go check out his podcast and see what his core values are and how he cares for the health of people. We found him via his podcast, and liked what he had to say so much that we scheduled an office visit with him. He also works via skype if you are unable to make the trip to Boston (we're in Texas, but wanted to go anyway to visit the area). I couldn't be more pleased with the care we've received thus far, and couldn't recommend his services more. Hopefully the medical community in large takes note and follows his example of how to really treat the root cause with natural medicine, and not address symptoms with man made pharmaceuticals.

Barbara Lampkin: My experience started well and ended badly. The message therapist did a great job, however, the receptionist treated me with contempt after bullying me to pay gratuity. I won't go there again to be treated with such disdain. Be prepared for the same backlash but you may be able to save yourself the humiliation by asking him to charge whatever his precious heart desires, then, you will receive the "red carpet treatment".

I went into it not knowing a lot about Ayurveda, and I left with a few really tangible ways to modify my daily routine and diet (e.g. putting less ingredients in my smoothies, cooking veggies for salad instead of eating all raw ones, etc.) and with a desire to learn even more about the science! The space was clean and cozy, the Ayurvedic Health Counselor I met with was super easy to talk to, and her follow-up was very much appreciated.
