Pintxo Pincho Tapas Bar: what do users think?
Mike Boisvert: We had a real fun night here last night. It can get crowded and loud but I enjoy that atmosphere. They have great a Spanish wine list, delicious tapas and paella. Perfect for a group of eaters that like to try and share everything.

Marianne Cohen: I love this place. BUT, giving it 3 stars for several reasons. I want to begin by saying the food and service are AMAZING. I've been to several Tapas bars in the area. This menu is more limited than the others and I felt the portions were smaller (yes, I know it's tapas but barely enough for 2 people). Once again, what we did get was phenomenal. And the service could not be better. What was bad? It was so loud in there, my dining partner and I could not hear each other. In fact a couple came in, sat next to us but left because it was just too loud. The other thing, there are mostly high tops with stools, not chairs. I cannot sit on stools for a long time and as soon as we were done, we had to leave. Will definitely go back but will request one of the lower tables and hope it's not on a night that is so loud.

Alexander Hughes: This place is fantastic. A very welcoming and warm restaurant with fantastic food and service in a cozy dining area. A must try
Garrett Connolly: Best tapas around. Staff was incredible, food was amazing and the atmosphere can’t be beat. Thank you for a great experience. Will be back. Worth the drive from the city.
David Graham: Great restaurant. Authentic Tapas like nothing else around here.
Richard Krusemark: This was easily the best food I have had in years. Great atmosphere, staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. The food was labeled in Spanish, so I don't remember actual names. The balls: onetray was ham and cheese. Texture was like melted cheese, flavor good. Sauce has a big kick, actually over powered the flavor a bit. The other tray was vegetarian. Flavor was very subtle, sauce made it pop, same sauce for each. Mushrooms were really good, great flavor, paired really well with steak. Spicy chicken was my favorite. Great flavor, really well done. Small pieces of skin really crispy. Shrimp were spicy and full of flavor, cooked just right. Churros were done well. Sauce is like a dark chocolate with cinnamon, no a dark chocolate fan. Potatoes has a very good sauce, tasty. Could have been done just a hair more. Steak was really well done and chimichuri sauce was really good. You could cut it with a fork. Definitely going back here. Reservations highly recommended, limited seating. Check out the cool lamps. Prices are a little high, but worth the price.
Mari: Everything is delicious EXCEPT: lamb meatballs, pan con tomate, mushroom croquettes, shrimp chorizo.

Taberna de Haro: what do users think?
Tara Patel: Amazing tapas and paellaFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Camilo Roman Cepeda: Lively, but not super crowded at 830p on SaturdaySat at the bar with a colleague and enjoyed wine and tapas.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Tapas, Jamón Ibérico, Calamares Fritos …More
Gal Orman: Over priced, I don't recommend, food is fine, nothing that can justify the price, atmosphere not fun( I don't know who Shan Shan Go is)
Niklas Hagemann: Good wine and croquettes
Tobias Herrmann: Probably would go here for the drinks and atmosphere, not for the food. Most of the tapas are ok taste wise, but a bit basic for the price. The potatoes were one of the best I've ever, but that was kind of it. Desserts are more savory than sweet which was unexpected. Service was below average, with overall long waiting times to be seated and served, although the staff was very friendly. Drinks are quite good though.
ShanShan Guo: Dietary restrictions: I spoke to Deborah Hansen (chef/owner) about catering a small event. I asked if she could accommodate several specific food allergies, and she replied that she would be able to accommodate them and was available to cater the date of the event. I then sent over the list of food we wanted to order and asked if any contained those specific allergens, and she replied no. But when I looked at the catering menu closely, I noticed several of the food did actually contain some of the allergens. I asked Deborah to double check again, letting her know that we were okay with the presence of certain allergens so long as we knew which dishes they were in to flag for our guests. Instead of apologizing for not actually taking the time to carefully review the list, Deborah responded by saying she could no longer cater our event. Having food allergies is tough, and I understand not all restaurants have the capability to cater to dietary restrictions. But it is different when you say you can accommodate specific food allergies, but then not actually take it seriously enough to check, and when called out for it, just decide not to cater. Given that this came after almost a week of going back and forth and after receiving reassurances from the chef/ owner herself that she prioritized the safety of our guests and that the allergies could be accommodated, it was truly disappointing. If you are concerned about food allergies, I recommend you go elsewhere.
Libby vanBuskirk: Absolutely wonderful food, cocktails and ambiance. Highly recommend for a date night or a meetup with a friend.Recommended dishes Shrimp in Garlic Sauce, Fried Pigs Ear, Tapas, Tortilla, Bonecrusher, Jamón Ibérico …More
Rommel: Food was ok, but in the scale of the Spanish restaurants in Boston and surrounding cities, it's not the best. Atmosphere is nice. I had a first bad impression as the glasses seem to have had some soap/dirt still on, but they changed them quick. Underwhelming antipasto. Lamb chops had quite a bit of fat, more so than meat. Whatever meat it had was good and well made. Service was good! And the wine selection as well. If you are in the Brookline area and don't want to travel far, this may be a place to pick, but don't have high expectations.
Nina Kitadai: Great food! Tapas with plenty of food
Beth Noll: Food is amazing as always. Reina the bartender is hard at work creating cocktails with interesting and innovative flavor profiles.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Jolleen Filio: Food: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
Emma Peng: I didn’t like the paella, it was duck wings, and there wasnt any seafood in the paella. Duck wings was insanely dry and chewy. Rice was undercooked. We spent way too much ($39) for what the food is worth.
Carlos Molano: Not good. I do not understand the hype. I suppose only come here for the tapas ignore the main entrees the paella is subpar. Surprised this is so highly rated.
Johnny Vilas: Minuscule tapas, poor service (very slow), and they do not take American express. Inside so noisy, bad acoustic building I guess, you cannot have a decent conversation. Run away
Francisco Gago: Te tapas weren't bad, in fact I really enjoyed them. However, calling the "rice with things" that you serve, it's unacceptable. Who ever thought to put leeks and cauliflower in the vegetarian "paella"? The two ingredients do not EVER go near rice in any true Spanish paella. There are many other ingredients to chose from.
Rosita Rodriguez: We recently visited Boston for a second opinion of a diagnosis. We came out of the hospital feeling grateful and decided to celebrate going to dinner. We were greated by a polite waitress, ordered a drink and appetizer. While waiting to get our order taken they brought us some bread..While eating some bread I laid the menu over the table, just then a lady not sure who she was but she came over and took our menu's and said to me "since covid we don't use our menu's as placemats" I was not using the menu as placemat. I was waiting to get our orders taken. We stayed and ate because we had a long drive back home and we weren't going to let anyone ruin our day it was not a pleasant experience. Also my husband and I got our dinner and about 20minutes later my daughter got hers. We do not recommend this restaurant to anyone!!
Brett W: We ordered the half rack of lamb ribs with potatoes. The rack was small and fatty, and the potatoes were actually fries; it was underwhelming for $39. A glass of white wine we ordered was fine. The Sippin’ Seda cocktail was the highlight for me and I’d recommend it if you enjoy gin.
Courtney DAvanzo: Service was good. Food alright
Mic D'Avanzo: Service and atmosphere were good, but some of the food was a bit disappointing, certainly not at the level of some other Spanish restaurants in Boston.

Karla Mena Mayorga: This is by far the most delicious and authentic tapas restaurant! I’ve been to Spain a couple of times and this taste like it. I’m from NJ and I believe jersey has to step up their Spanish food restaurant. Also, their manager in this location is the sweetest person ever ❤️. I will come back to Boston specially for their mussels and mimosas 🤤
Dana Kim: Good food!!Food: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Hanger Steak, Patatas Bravas, Paella Salvaje, Croquettes, Spinach Chickpea Cazuela, Gambas Al Ajillo …More
Omer Aksut: Even tho the food was good and our waitress Madeleine was great we had to wait for 50 minutes for our table which we already had a reservation for. By the time we were seated we were really hangry. I guess the managers yesterday night weren’t at their best.
Wally Bragg: Beyond 5 stars! From our bartender to our server Olivia, and the floor manager Emma, this night was amazing. These 3 ladies were all so kind, knowledgeable, up for conversation, and just GREAT at their jobs! Then you add in the food and this place simply cannot be beat. I’m in town from Indiana visiting my daughter Paige and she recommended it because it’s a fave of her and her boyfriend. I’m so glad she did. We ordered Paella, 6-7 different tapas, and a charcuterie board. All were amazing!!! Thank you for a great evening, will definitely be back.
Scot Matheson: Was a trendy college town eatery, with good food. Very loud in dining room. When finally seated, the service was great. Finding parking was a challenge.Food: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More

Ashley Bourque: Had to wait over an hour for a table when we had a 7:45 reservation.
Alex Murray: Incredible dining experience. Julia gave awesome suggestions on tapas and wine pairings, and the atmosphere was perfect. Will be coming back soon
Pratik Deshpande: The staff was pretty friendly and helpful with our search! Wide range of wines to choose from and staff recommendations are pretty good too! We had the Mushroom A La plancha, give it a try when you’re there! The outdoor seating was amazing too.
Megan Kurose: The food was delicious - the chefs at Barcelona are truly killing it. However, it does appear that there’s a management issue, and the food is a bit overpriced. We waited 30 minutes for a table to open up after making a reservation for just 2 people on a Tuesday night at 8:30 PM. Our food came out far before our drinks did. We also paid $18.50 for 2.5 scallops that were served lukewarm. While the menu and drinks were on-point, they seem to be a bit short staffed.
Alissa Nowak: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommendation for vegetarians Highly recommendMore
Meaghan Mackenzie: Recommended dishes Patatas Bravas, BeetsMore
emre kılıç: Best tapas bar
Maria Virginia Velasquez Hammerle: Went to Barcelona in Brookline and everything was amazing. As always, food was delicious! However, what really set this visit apart from the others was the waitress, her name is Madeleine and she is the best, she should be promoted to manager! Thank you and we will definitely be returning mainly due to the awesome service!
Carlos Solano: Madeleine is the best, perfect service, and the food is greatFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Pulpo A la Plancha …More
Kyle Wight: Had to wait 30+ minutes for a reservation I made over week before hand. It also seemed to be filled with more people than the space would allow. Then get to pay for over price food and drink. Overall a disappointing experience.
