Kristie LaMarche: Wagner Development worked with us on creating our downstairs master bedroom, master bathroom project. This evolved into work in the foyer and taking down the wall between the kitchen and dining room. This project entailed a little bit of everything...flooring, smoothing ceilings, moving thermostats and heating ducts, removing windows, installing a gas fireplace, exterior siding work, painting inside and out as well as plumbing and tiling. We even added a bathroom renovation last minute onto the project of which WD was gracious and accommodating. We had many many planning meetings leading up to the project which were beyond professional and detailed with Wagner Development. The amount of time and thought WD put into every detail of our project was immeasurable. On the front end, this project was perfectly planned. On the back end, it was perfectly executed. Wagner Development's timeline was reasonable and efficient. This was all communicated to us clearly and on a day by day basis! During the project we ran into some rot and unexpected repairs. Wagner Development went above and beyond to make everything right and took care of every hiccup we encountered. It was the best feeling knowing that WD cared about our home as much as we do. There is so much care and consideration for your home and space. WD and the subcontractor teams were extremely respectful of us as I was home with my 3 children and homeschooling because of COVID. The folks that came to do the tub were also kind, however they left a rusted screw in the lever plate of the tub which was impossible to get out. There were air bubbles and drips that dried with the finished enamel and it does not look good. I called to discuss, as they guarantee satisfaction, and never got a call back. I am very disappointed as I would have gone with a cheaper company for the lack of quality of service we received. This was not worth the $400.

This wasn’t the first experience I had there. Will not go back. I have read reviews, and it said the same thing.The response from the owner who is the exact same response both times on those reviews.

Quantum Knot: Sure they have some things to look at. But as someone mentioned a couple weeks ago, they weren't very interested in helping me. I was the only one in there and there were 3 of them. Hung around for about 20 or so min. I guess business is spectacular so they dont need to ask. Went to Frank Webb instead. They were very nice and helpful over there. Better selection too.

As I entered the parts department there were two guys just hanging out at the counter and another behind the counter. I was not approached or asked what I needed help with. So I stood there and initiated the reason for my visit. The guy that I explained my issue to blatantly laughed in my face and looked over at the other two guys to engage them in his humor. I was told that the wheel can't be reinvented!!! Talk about pompous comment! I took my part with me and I WILL NEVER step foot in this store again nor recommend them to any one needing help with a plumbing part.

I had my kitchen remodeled this past summer and not only did he remodel the kitchen he made great recommendations to open up the wall from the kitchen to the living room to put a breakfast bar in. It was a structural wall and he was very knowledgeable about having to install a main beam. It was great that he helped with the design and made my home absolutely beautiful. Him, his wife and other helpers did all the carpentry, tile, painting, electrical, and plumbing. They are all very hard workers, reliable and trustworthy.
