Courteous, helpful, responsive, and timely, even when a few supply chain hiccups occurred. The end result, our bathroom, looks spectacular. The Kohler & Bertch products from Sink & Spout really standout. I highly recommend David and his Lowell team.

The vanity we ordered came damaged and Ultimate bath offered me the options to send a completely new one or take a pretty generous discount on the item which I really appreciated. After ordering cabinets at Home Depot during a previous remodel It is easy to see the difference in customer service you get here. You get what you pay for and these guys know how to get you the product you need and pick up the phone when you have questions!

Lorraine Pasciuto: Two sales staff me as only one other customer. I was there for a good 30imites before one of them came to me, and that was only after that previous customer left. She was a bit helpful, but then the phone rang, and she was joking and chitchatting with whoever called. Left me standing there for another 20 minutes. I finally left. This wasn’t the first experience I had there. Will not go back. I have read reviews, and it said the same thing.The response from the owner who is the exact same response both times on those reviews.

Quantum Knot: Sure they have some things to look at. But as someone mentioned a couple weeks ago, they weren't very interested in helping me. I was the only one in there and there were 3 of them. Hung around for about 20 or so min. I guess business is spectacular so they dont need to ask. Went to Frank Webb instead. They were very nice and helpful over there. Better selection too.

Laura McLeod: I had to go into the parts department on an errand for my husband yesterday. He kindly left me the piece that I needed to possibly replace with another. As I entered the parts department there were two guys just hanging out at the counter and another behind the counter. I was not approached or asked what I needed help with. So I stood there and initiated the reason for my visit. The guy that I explained my issue to blatantly laughed in my face and looked over at the other two guys to engage them in his humor. I was told that the wheel can't be reinvented!!! Talk about pompous comment! I took my part with me and I WILL NEVER step foot in this store again nor recommend them to any one needing help with a plumbing part.

Brendan Finn: Zero stars! They charged me triple what they charged my contractor (really?!!) and then when I returned the valve they screwed me on they charged me a 30% restocking fee to have me put it back on the shelf behind me. Crooks! Go somewhere else!

Daniel Smith: Final Update: 3/18/2022Tl;Dr - I do not recommend working with this company. They have been unable to meet deadline expectations that they set for us and were significantly delayed in their ability to deliver the products we ordered.On December 7, 2021 we ordered multiple pieces of furniture for our bathroom renovation that included a double vanity and a linen tower. We purchased from Fixtures Etc because they told us to expect delivery of our products within 6 to 8 weeks of purchase which would work out perfectly for the timing we needed to keep our bathroom renovation on track. The payment we made was for 100% of the purchase price.On February 23, 2022 (11 weeks after purchase) we were called and told to expect delivery that week. Unfortunately shortly after, it was discovered that the wrong product was shipped and what we had ordered was still sitting in the distribution center across the country. Fixtures Etc let us know that they would figure out the issue and get back to us.Over the next 2 weeks (so far), we have continued to call Fixtures Etc for updates and have been told that the delivery "says it's expected for delivery today" multiple days in a row.On March 7, 2022 (~12 weeks after purchase), we called in again and were told to expect delivery that day. The team would plan to follow up with us to let us know as soon as they received the products (that didn't happen).On March 8, 2022, we called in again and were told more of the same. When I let the representative know that this delay is a serious cause of frustration, it didn't seem that he cared and only offered to provide a tracking number, so that I may call the shipping company to seek resolution myself.On March 9, 2022, we finally received the call that the order was ready for pickup. When we picked up the order, we were given a lackluster apology that consisted of "sorry they messed up the order" which didn't even come across as genuine.During this entire process, the team at Fixtures Etc have not offered any attempt to make this right. When speaking on the phone, we have been met with apathy and a lack of understanding for the situation that has been created by not delivering on their timeline. In 2022, your money and time would be better spent with a company that cares about your business, sticks to their promises, and is willing to fix errors when they happen in a timely manner.

They went above and beyond to work with Our tight time frame and were very responsive to calls and emails. I would definitely use this store again! Thank you for being so patient and helpful!

Moreover, Chris, our sales person was very easy to work with, offering great advice.We're back! We need now to buy an overhead heater-fan-vent combination. The moment Tom answered the phone it was very clear he recalled exactly who I was. Amazing! Gilead Towne: I came in for the first time this week and received 5 star customer service. Nobody in there knew me but I was made to feel valued and appreciated. The products selection and quality is very good and the prices seemed fair and reasonable. I was in a bit of a jam and they really made an extra errort to help me out. I will definitely be back if I need anything else.

We are in the process of a complete bathroom gut and remodel and were fully prepared to spend good money on good quality. We were made to feel as though we were an inconvenience and both gentlemen there offered little to no help from the moment we walked in the door. Other than an incessant pen clicking. Maybe it was because we walked in with baseball hats and t-shirts but nonetheless we were ready. I had pictures and questions ready but after the way we were made to feel, we turned around and walked out. Bringing our business elsewhere.
