Didn’t even try to look at it. But he was more than happy to sell me the battery so I can get out of his way and out the store.

Jen Lynde: I came for them to test my battery/alternator. They have a machine that will check the battery, alternator and starter. I didn't have to wait, he came right out and tested them for me. They all came back fine but if i would have had to replace the battery they would have put it in right there for free.

Keith G: I was pleasantly surprised to find the best deal on a new vehicle battery, plus it was 20% off. They also offer free installs which I politely turned down seeing how busy they were. They have almost any battery you are looking for, plus other items like mini flashlights and bulbs. Everyone here was a pleasure to deal with as they are friendly and helpful. Plus the store is kept clean!

Castava Lee: My car died at the dollar store near them, I was there for over 30 minutes charging my battery before my father asked if they could check my battery. Come to find out it was a dud. Twenty minutes later their employees come to my car ready and prepared to save me. They knew exactly what to do and got it started and fixed. I've brought my car to two car shops in the last month, neither recommended to me what O'Reilly did. They made my day. I'll be going there for any questions from now on.I was so grateful I had to hug them!

I spoke to Mike the owner in the parking lot he said he doubted Lou would say that. I asked Mike to come back in the store and ask Lou in front of me if Lou in fact said that. Mike declined to confront Lou.

Patrick Macellus: My battery wasn’t holding a charge so I came in... Lou took great care of me!! He let the battery charge over night and explained to me since it was a couple years old he was able to get it to 85-90% charge which was good news for me! He even took the extra care to clean off the positive and negative leads on the battery for me!! 10/10 highly recommend these guys, ask for Lou!!!
