Sammantha Yother: Found this shop when looking for a non big box store that carries beading supplies and fell in love with the crystals/gemstones and extensive selection of gemstone beads as well as decorative Czech glass beads, as well as fixings and tools and other necessities for jewelry crafting and metaphysical crystal supplies. Staff is very kind and helpful! (Very easy to spend money! I went back two days after my first visit and collectively spent over $500 during their annual sale) 😅 they also have a punch reward system for use at future visits! I’d driven past the plaza several times and never thought to stop in but they have a new regular! 😅 Devin was awesome and continuously ensuring that I didn’t need assistance without being overbearing and I over heard her helping another guest who was working on a sentimental project with specific needs. I also love the crystal soup scoops! I’m itching to make my way back!!! (They just close before I can leave work 😫 but 7 pm is an excellent time for any business to close especially when they’re open 7 days a week!!)Initially went for beads and left with a little bit of everything! I was making a crystal and iridescent bead suncatcher for a friends birthday while getting started in this new craft, and they even had a book for sale to help me get started!

jusky: I recently visited Beadles/Crystal Cave to purchase a wedding gift and they did not disappoint. Truly, there are some beautiful pieces in this shop that won't fail to impress. The gift worked out perfectly, the newlyweds absolutely love it and I'm proud to have given them something that can be passed down as time goes on. I have Beadles to thank for that. I also purchased a small tiger's eye obelisk and boy does that thing sparkle in the sunlight.The staff here is super friendly, passionate and knowledgeable. The store has a great vibe and you can tell that a lot of hard work was put into the store which makes for a great experience. This is a small business so I'm happy to have spent the money here and get such a good payoff versus buying from Amazon and helping Bezos with another yacht. Thank you, Beadles! I'm sure I'll be back to pick out something shiny!

Dina Buccieri: A lovely Shop with a pretty wide selection of beads, finished handmade jewelry, and Gifts such as paintings, baskets oh, and more. The prices on the beads and jewelry are very reasonable! The owner also teaches classes and how to make hand made beaded jewelry.

Scott Glick: I drove to Hooksett for an in-stock sewing machine. It turned out to be a terrible product so I brought it to the closest store to my work which is this store, with the receipt. Per their manager Eric who wasnt even there, they said they cannot return sewing machines. I pointed out how this policy is not only not on the receipt, but is not posted anywhere in the store. They still wouldn't return it so now I have to drive all the way backup to Hooksett just to return it. Terribly run store.

Jenny M: I love shopping here! I come often to buy yarn, sometimes with my dog since Michaels is pet friendly and they're conveniently next to Petsmart. DD L: Michaels I go to buy yarn sometimes it's kind of expensive for me more than other stores but they do have a few more colors of what I buy .It's 5.00 more than my normal .I make chenille jumbo style blankets so it can run into money .I think other things are there if on clearance can be reasonable .But Overall everything on the higher priced end .
Meredith Beck: Inventory isn't accurate within that day which I mean come on it's 2022. When I asked them to get something off a tall shelf it was like I was asking them to build me a house. Bathrooms were gross. Every shopping cart squeaks but that's classic Michael's.
Chris Davenport: Often understaffed and for whatever reason checkout is very slow, so if there is a line it can take awhile.Shoppers should be aware that Michael's always has a coupon, and they always have sales, and they set their base prices accordingly. The overwhelming majority of items are more than 20% higher than any other store. So even with a coupon it isn't uncommon to pay more than you would elsewhere. Shop around, and know what things should cost before going in.
