Kelly Morck: Updated-customer satisfaction is absolutely not anyone at Bentley of Boston's #1 concern.The agreements in the purchase and sales were not completed as the front bumper was not repaired as evidenced by scratches, dents and pieces of plastic bra left hanging off. Shown in pictures before the purchase and written in the purchase and sales would be repaired. Vehicle was delivered to us in exact same condition.Also, the a/c in the car has not worked correctly since being delivered, or the ventilated seats. Although, it was also promised everything on the car was in working order.We tried and even stated that we are not ones to post bad reviews about anything for small issues, we just don't have the time. We tried to share our experience with Giovanni very early on as all paperwork said to contact him after sale if there were problems. He instead turned us over to Rob Morris, another manager. We were asking for nothing at the time, just to share our experience and disappointment in the way the purchase was handled. We were met with rude comebacks and comments about all the things we did wrong. Also, lied that the purchase and sales was completed as requested, which it was not and is documented in pictures.When we wrote to explain the a/c does not work we were met with a comment about being confused why I was writing to document this.Reason-we are having to take on the major expense to repair the a/c and ventilated seat within the first month of owning the car because the dealership sold us a car with a non-functioning a/c.All comes back to our fault for trusting the customer satisfaction promise and claimed caliber of this dealership to sell us a car from a distance and handle every part of the transaction with care.___________________________________________________Purchased a 2014 Porsche Panamera. We experienced very poor customer service. Maybe if you're buying a new 6+ figure vehicle you will have a good experience and be treated with genuine care. If you are not I would look elsewhere and will definitely look elsewhere when looking to upgrade to our next luxury vehicle which we plan to do in a year or so. We had worked with several dealerships before finding the car we wanted, unfortunately at this dealership. Overall we are thrilled with the vehicle as we looked for quite some time to find it, however the customer service is not representative of the caliber this dealership claims to be or what they have written all over their website about how they treat EVERY customer.Our regrets are only that we did not give our business to a dealership that deserves it.Major complaints -1. It took almost a month to receive registration and tags. Losing approximately half of our warranty period. The dealership refused to work with us on this.2. Some items promised in the purchase and sales agreement were not completed, but we were told they were.3. The car's a/c does not work after we were assured all things were in perfect working order, as we were buying from a distance.4. The "manager" Rob Morris has been very uninterested in our experience and has told us all of the reasons he doesn't believe our experience was poor.5. I have emailed the GM several times with no response, evidently he turned me over to the manager mentioned above that has shown no interest in our poor experience.6. The sales manager rushed us to "close the deal' before the end of the month for the dealer. As told by Rob Morris "closing the deal" took too long to begin with, blaming this on us. We had requested undercarriage videos from the first day we spoke with the dealer and we signed paperwork the same day we received them which took many days. The sales manager also went on vacation in the middle of "closing the deal", again no fault of our own.The most frustrating purchase experience. Take your business elsewhere.
Brent McKenelley: I have purchased several cars at other Herb Chambers dealers in the past and have had great experiences but I would avoid this place at all cost, I am surprised even with several gm and management changes they can’t figure out how to treat clients very unprofessional dealer cars are toys for sales reps to beat on. The presentation of there cars is worst I have ever seen I have purchased several Ferrari’s, mclaren, Mercedes etc from various dealers all good experiences, it is to bad I think the new uris is a nice car and could bring business into them but from what I see I would buy used from other local dealers, I am hoping Herb will take this dealership serious one day and bring in some quality people not sales reps who want to joy ride cars and talk down to the ones who can actually afford to purchase the cars.Brent m

After going around looking for multiple cars at other dealerships and being bullied into trying to get something I couldn't afford, they were a breath of fresh air. They were zero pressure, easy to work with, and extremely understanding of my situations. I'll definitely be going back there in the future if I make another purchase.

I inquiry about a Bentley and I asked him for the price of the car. He said msrp and l asked is there any discount. He responded to me why should there be a discount. And hung up the phone. Why would you call me to sell me a car and act completely unprofessional when I'm looking to buy a luxury car. He's got an European or Australian accent. Didn't tell me his name.

We spoke on the phone and even after I told her I wasn't buying she told me to contact her if I had any questions, this is the kind of customer service you don't see now a days!

Ricky Russo: Salesman DOM from Bentley Boston had presented me with a deal to purchase a Bentley GTC, which included a 1 year CPO and shipping to my home in New York...Unfortunately, the deal was 5000.00 ABOVE a competitor for the same type vehicle with similar options and mileage.....The only difference between both vehicles was the color of the convertible roof.....Since i preferred the Black roof over the competitors Red roof, I was willing to pay the additional 5000.00 to Bentley Boston and buy the car.....Upon speaking to Dom to complete the purchase, i was advised by Dom that he would renege on the inclusive shipping promise- since the deal was allegedly "too tight with his numbers".....Shocked by Dom going back on his word about the inclusive shipping, I grin and bared his betrayal and agreed to pay for the shipping....I called DOM several times to complete the deal. It was only until a few hours later i receive a TEXT from DOM stating that that vehicle i had been interested in and the vehicle he had promised to me HAD BEEN SOLD TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER.......In my opinion, i feel as though DOM and Bentley Boston used my deal to enhance the deal of another in a "bait and switch" type tactic, only to leave me hanging in the wind......Again, and in my opinion, this was VERY DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICE by DOM , being a representative at Bentley Boston.......BUYER BEWARE- the same situation may happen to you!

Daren Lawrence: Went in over the weekend to test drive one car but wasn't quite sure what I wanted to be perfectly honest. Mark was extremely patient, showed me through some inventory at his desk based on my feedback. We had a great conversation and he took me out to look at a couple that it sounded were a good fit, I walked out the door and was immediately drawn to an Infinti Q60 red sport.Tonight, 5 days later it's sitting in my garage thanks to an incredibly helpful, polite and just great group of people! Oh and with 4 new tires that they insisted on putting on because the existing set were showing signs of wear - I didn't ask for this; they just did it. How refreshing to go to a car dealership with that kind of standard!Thank you so much Gustavo, Mark and John for making my car-buying experience flawless! Honest, hard-working group of people. I can't say enough. If you're in the market for a special car, this is the place and group to see. I plan on purchasing from the Highline group going forward. Period. That's due to a great team!

Any problems I had with my car after purchase they fixed quickly. The car was in great condition and very clean, they helped me get a loan when my bank wouldn't, etc. I would highly recommend them. I love my new car and am happy I now have a vehicle that I won't be constantly worried is going to break down anymore. While it was a hike since I'm over an hour away I'm glad I went to them instead of a closer dealship. I would definitly come again!
Andy Mullendore: I purchased a 2016 Mclaren 650s from this dealer about 2 years ago. I have put at least 65-75k into this car since getting it and it still is not right. Paint was fading when I got it, they didn’t disclose this and honestly I didn’t notice until someone pointed out a couple of months later. It had a flat tire and a key fob that was taped together even. They sold me a car that had unbelievable need for repairs and you would never know if you didn’t take it to a mclaren dealer to have looked at either that or they just lied (one of the two). So if you have a real strong desire to purchase a mclaren DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Learn from my 75k mistake not to mention the loss I’m going to now take on a trade. Go spend 100k on something else!
Adam Blair: Drove 11 hours to buy a Jeep from them. Why? Because this dealership has some of the most beautiful and unique cars trucks and jeeps in the country. Secondly I can’t say enough about the fantastic way I was treated through the whole process. Very professional and painless process. I couldn’t be more happy with the overall service I received from this team.Will consider this dealership again for my next purchase in the future even at a 11 hour drive.

Jon Burkett: I recently had an appalling experience with Highline Motor Group in Lowell, Massachusetts. My wife and I were interested in purchasing a used truck from them, but were ultimately dissatisfied with the service we received.The sales manager, Gustavo, was incredibly rude and disrespectful throughout our interactions. He berated me on the phone and made baseless claims about how I was the reason for the paperwork issues we were experiencing. It was clear that he had little regard for my concerns or questions.To make matters worse, we were told that the dealership was not willing to register the vehicle correctly for us since we would need it to be registered out of state. We are from another state, but are renting in NH while we attend university. Gustavo was trying to register the truck in NH even though we told him we wanted it to be registered in our home state, as that is where we have everything else registered. This is all common sense and legal; I even sent the information regarding registration for students in NH to HMG. If the registration was not properly filed in our home state it would be a major issue for us, as it would have caused significant complications in the future.After a heated call with Gustavo where he accused us, among other things, of trying to not pay sales tax on the truck (even though our home state has sales tax and that is where we wanted to register the vehicle) we decided to cancel the deal (after I told Gustavo that, he switched his tune to that he was doing us a favor registering in NH so that we didn’t have to pay tax???). I then contacted Charles, the president of Highline Motor Group. To his credit, he was apologetic and understanding about the situation. He recognized that Gustavo's behavior was out of line and expressed his regrets. Charles said that if there was anything he could do for us to let him know. So after talking with my wife, who was extremely hesitant about working with the dealership anymore, we emailed him with a few things that would make us feel better about trying to work out a deal again. I didn’t hear back from Charles personally, but was called the next day by John, the GM of the Lowell location. He apologized for Gustavo’s behavior again, and then proceeded to make excuses for why they couldn’t meet our requests. One being the trade in value of our current vehicle, which they weren’t willing to work with us on, despite me having a KBB trade in value and other examples of similar vehicles. Our other request being that they would register the newly purchased truck in our home state in a timely manner. The excuse for that was either, there would be an issue due to the bank not financing the purchase because they would have to change the address the dealership entered (the NH rental address) to our actual permanent address (again, they screwed that up despite repeatedly warning them); or the vehicle we wanted had too many miles to be financed by the bank. As for the registration itself, John claimed that it could take 5 or 6 weeks to complete, despite the fact that my wife and I have purchased vehicles in NH and had them registered in our home state before and it never taking anywhere near that long. At that point I simply stated that I wish they would have been upfront about their inability to complete the deal as we requested, and that would have saved us all time and headaches.Overall, my experience with Highline Motor Group was disappointing. While the president's response was appreciated, the poor treatment we received from Gustavo was unacceptable, and John’s response was lackluster and felt lazy. I would not recommend this dealership to others based on my experience.
steve siotas: I bought 2 cars from high line motor group and love em. A 2016 ford explorer platinum and a 2019 Chevy Silverado. Love both these vehicles. The people there are fabulous to work with. I wouldn’t dream about going anywhere else. The selection of vehicles is incredible!
Matt Morais: Had a great car buying / trading experience with Rocky. Unlike other dealers I went to, I wasn't put on a mailing list and getting calls 3 times per day. The Highline Group was truly no pressure, and very logical when it came to pricing and working to an agreement we were both comfortable with. 10/10 car buying experience, far superior to the dealerships I have worked with in the past.On pick up day, the car was freshly maintenanced and detailed inside and out. The final payment was simple and easy, and I couldn't thank the Highline Group more for being understanding with the hoops certain banks make you go through for wire transfers and cashiers checks. They even canceled my old plates, got me new ones, and had the car registered at pickup. All I had to do was swap my insurance!Thank you Rocky, and all those involved.. this was an awesome, stress free experience!!!

Extremely unprofessional and I immediately left within the few minutes we sat down. The most ironic part is I wouldn't be financing at all and would be paying in full, but Rocky was more concerned with his commission.

Chris Lark: I will always bring my business to Highline Motor Group! Recently purchased a 2016 Porsche Cayenne and the sales experience with John, Gustav and Rockey was excellent. Treated me like I was family. 2 weeks after I purchased the vehicle, I had an issue with an oil leak. Spoke with John the General Manager who got Chris their Service Manager involved and the vehicle was taken in and within 72 hours car was fixed, washed and waiting for me. Charlie the President and owner personally called me to let me know there would be no charge (this was a costly repair) and personally made sure I was taken care of. When I came to pick the vehicle up John the GM and my Sales consultant Rocky were there to greet me and walk me though the list of what was replaced during the service work. Charlie also came to thank me again for my business. Very hard to find a dealership that offers a service like this. I've had a relationship with Highline Motor Group going back 13 years, 5-6 cars and this relationship will continue. Thank you, Charlie, and team! Keep up the excellent work!!

The car is super clean, low miles, and passed inspection with absolutely no issues. I am extremely happy with my purchase and my experience with Drum Hill Autos!

Hadn't considered, driven or done any research on Audi, had my sights on an E350. One of the guys suggested I take the Audi for a ride and I loved it. No pressure to buy, told them I didn't know much about Audis and wanted to do some research. They told me they understood. I bought the car. There were a couple things to fix which they took care of without a problem. I feel they were honest with me. The car was competetively priced and in great condition given age and miles. I live in New Hampshire, they worked with me getting the paperwork sorted. When I picked up the car, they stopped me and asked me to get out, they wanted to put some gas in it. I was already in the drivers seat ready to drive off happy. I was even more pleased and would definately buy from John and his team again.

I found a car in my budget , and with a small down payment they held on to the car for me until I was ready for purchase.. They allowed me to take many test drives over the course of three or four days. No dealership has ever done that for me.John and Jin are stand up gentlemen. They don't act like car salesman , They don't try to upsell you. I needed a car with good legroom. And I found it here at Drum Hill Autos .✅✅🎯💯The car I purchased did not have floor mats, So I inquired about getting some floor mats. And just yesterday I picked up a brand new set of WeatherTech floor mats. That's how awesome they are at Drum Hill autos. Highly recommended. If you or a friend or a family member is looking for a used car go to DHA. And you will not be disappointed.
