The Bike Connector: what do users think?
Sandra Hersh: What a wonderful service this organization is doing!Repairing and repurposing bicycles. Friendly staff
Matt Foster: I had an old bicycle that needed a new home. The Bike Connector took it off my hands and even better, they'll overhaul it and pass along to someone who needs but can't afford a bike. Win win win!
Steve Albert: This is a great project geared towards getting bikes to kids. If you're looking to learn bike repair while volunteering to help the community it's perfect.
Miguel milgrau: One thing I think is bad is that it opens on Monday and on the map it says it's closed.
Big Dennis: Heaven on Earth

The Bike Shop: what do users think?
Drift King: It was very good! Plenty of parts, fun accessories, and good staff!
Nestor Dutko: I can’t recommend this establishment any higher. Took in my wife’s Ike in to replace the tires and for a tuneup.I didn’t recognize the bike after all they did. Immaculate!!!!
Rick Conti: Great local shop. I've been to so many bike shops around and The Bike Shop is my preference. It's a small shop but surprisingly well stocked. I've bought accessories for my bikes and had some repairs done, all with no problems at very reasonable prices. The owner is wicked helpful. Highly recommended!
K Wonson: Solid local bike shop! I have been in 5 or 6 times, once for a small but emergency bike repair (had an issue mid ride on the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail, and dude hooked me up on the spot even though he was busy with repairs) and the other visits were for parts/repair tools/etc. Super friendly peops, quality service, very reasonable prices, and overall great experience on every visit. Check em out!
Jim Frederick: Good competent service. Polite, communicative, prompt.
Deryk MacLeod: Larry's a nice guy, and has some awesome recumbent trikes!
Sunny Sahu: Extremely Rude person on the front counter. Hispanic person at the counter was not at all helpful and did not try to help at all. Went in to inquire about bikes and met an idiot at the front-desk who would not even talk straight and explain things.Very bad customer experience!
Randy Houle: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Value
Rene White: Critical:Professionalism,ResponsivenessPoor customer service. Looking for a certain bike shoe clip. Went back twice and they didn’t do anything to help get the product I needed. Did not offer to take my number or keep the shoes to put the clips on when the part came in.
Frank Row: Just had my complete drivetrain replaced on my Janis touring bicycle prior to a long planned trip by this shop and they did top-notch work. Very reasonably priced and prompt service. I have been to many local bike shops and this one by far offers a great value with expert repair. Please support this bike shop, it is the heart and soul of the sport we love so much! -Frank, Chelmsford
William Mathis: I had a really great experience with this shop!I bought a fixed gear bike online that came unassembled.Since it was my first fixed gear I wanted to make sure it was assembled correctly.I went to multiple bike shops all of which gave an estimate of over $150 just to assemble it, on top of that I was told it would be weeks until it would be finished.I decided to look at smaller local shops and found this gem.I showed up with my bike (still in a box) and was pleasantly surprised to find it would be a fraction of the cost and would be done within the week.Got my bike back in great condition earlier than expected. If you're in the area, I highly recommend you try this spot out first before you get the back burner from other shops.
gregg fonseca: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueIve used The Bike Shop all last year and Todd and his helper are fantastic. I travel from Woburn just for his shop and I've got like three other bike shops with in 5/10 minutes from Woburn but choose Todd. His prices are more then reasonable and he takes care of ya.
Ken Fleischmann: Have manuel mobility scooter. Very fast repair. Best price ever. Highly recommend.
John Stewart: Great experience so far!!!
Michael Baxter: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueSeveral positive, pleasant interactions; very knowledgeable and quick-turn service even when under duress with an overload of work as everyone now seems to want be out on a bike (a good thing!).
Brett Wadman: Positive:Professionalism,QualityReplaced gear shifters on my bike last summer. Thought it was a little pricy at first, but then I saw why. Bike feels brand new, well done!
livebearridge maine: The person that helped me today was very nice, knowledgeable and was able to change out 3 tubes for me quickly as I waited.
Paola Pevzner: Went in for a bike tune up. They looked over everything and did a great job on fixing my flat (replaced the inner tube), cleaning up my bike, etc all for a very fair price. My bike now rides like a dream.I do think there is room for improvement on communication. They told me the tune up would take 2 weeks, then I got a text 12 days later telling me my bike was ready. My last bike shop (currently closed due to COVID) did a better job communicating. They would call me in the middle of the job to let me know what needed fixing and how much replacement parts would cost. Also, when I would come in to pick up my bike, they would point out to me parts that I need to keep an eye on as they wear down.Overall can't complain. Quality job.
Nate Tak: Positive:Professionalism,Responsiveness,ValueThe owner Todd has been fantastic. I have a old Trek 4500 and he has kept me on the trials all summer. Fantastic service, great prices and super helpful.I have brought all my families bikes here for work and highly recommend him to everyone.
AJ Dellicicchi: Stopped in quick for a replacement tire for my son. They were busy but still very friendly. When they didn’t have the basic version of a tire tube I needed, the owner offered me an upgraded one for cost.I’ve never found a great bike shop in my 40 years living around here, (there are some known ones but they haven’t always been what I consider nice). Well, I guess I just found one! Hope they do well, Chelmsford is better with them.
deraysa: I have now brought in two different girl's bikes for tire/tube replacement. His prices are competitive, but still costly for inexpensive bikes. The owner has zero social/customer service skills, which makes me very uncomfortable. Not sure I'll ever return for a third time.

CK Bikes: what do users think?
Jeff Wilson: Great Bike Shop. He teaches classes on how to maintain your bike. The classes are awesome. I learned a lot as he walked me through all the maintenance.
Rafael Sardi: Great shop! Great people!
Teresa Tinsley: Craig and CK bikes are first class. Took care of my shipping needs on super bowl Sunday. Five star service and very honest hard working.
Peter Fry: Awesome bike shop. Affordable prices for excellent technical help. I've brought lots of different bikes to this shop and have never been disappointed with the level of service and friendliness.
Lisa Davis: Took the beginner wrench course with Craig. Highly recommend getting to know your bike, especially how to change a flat!! Craig was very patient, taught a see and do hands on class. Craig is very safety conscious about biking and will show you some tricks to saving money on repairs. Take the course over the winter and your ready to get on your bike and ride in the spring!!
Lianne Learnard: What a great neighborhood bike shop, reliable, trustworthy and they do great work!!!!!!
M D West: My go to bike shop for everything including sales ,repairs and upgrading my cassette and deruiler for my Mt Washington auto road climb! Craig ( owner) has gotten me out of 3 different bad spots and not only picked me up off the road but fixed my bike on the spot. I cant thank him enough. He is knowledge and super helpful. No pressure cool vibe here without the attitude. Other bike shops should take notice. Keep up the good work CK bikes!
Daniel Jackson: I don't know how to start to describe my appreciation of CK Bikes. Every time when I pass it by, there are bottles of water on the table for those in need. This is especially helpful in the summer time. I refueled there myself and saw others doing it too.A few weeks ago, when my friend's bike made some weird noise, we were all puzzled and could not figure out why. When we passed by CK Bikes, we decided to give a try to see if something could be done. To our surprise, he fixed my friend's bike in about 5 minutes. The atmosphere in the bike shop is quite good. Beside his amazing skills, I was very impressed with his love of bikes and his shop. His sense of humor also is something to remember. Thank you for your service!
Mark Montanari: Craig at ck bikes has been great, he helped me purchase an e bikeset it up for me . and gave me instruction on the use and safety of bike riding. i have Ben riding for a month on all the local trails and love it 350 mils and 18 pounds later its been amazing Thanks for all your help .
smore !: I was referred to CK Bikes by a bike enthusiast and now I understand why. They customized the bike I got, taught me how to identify the proper size, seat and accessories. I had no idea I had essentially been riding improper bikes my whole life until today and was so comfy in the one he helped me pick! It's cute, safe and unique! He even test rode it to make sure it was safe and smooth! A real hero!I feel super welcome and comfortable going back for any adjustments, fixes, questions and accessories. It is obvious they know what they're doing and their shop has tons of parts. He also taught me the proper way to put a bike rack on! Amazing! 10/10. Above and beyond.
Sarah Saleh: There is a reason that CK bikes has a 5 star rating. They are AWESOME! Over the past 7 years since we moved to the area Craig has worked on our bikes. He is honest, timely, friendly and knows bikes! We won’t take our bikes anywhere else.
Daniel Waxman-Lenz: Great bike shop!! They saved me in my hour of need. I was dumb enough to over torque my seat post clamp during a ride and striped threads. I walked in, they had the parts and I was on my way in 15 minutes. Also the bike mechanic is very nice and knowledgeable.
Susan W: Excellent service. I stopped by with a minor but extremely annoying issue on my etrike. The screws attaching the display screen kept falling out. Needing tightening several times per ride.I thought I'd need an appointment because they were so busy but I was given assistance on the spot. He (can't remember their name, sry) came out looked at the piece that kept coming apart, understood the problem, grabbed some new longer screws and lock tight. HE FiXED IT! Sent me on my way able to enjoy my ride again. Thanks so much
Mark Poirier: I’m so fortunate to have CK Bikes as my local bike shop. Craig is a stand up guy and mechanic. Services are done timely and with care. The shop also runs a fun group ride on Thursday nights if you’re looking for a good workout. A+
alex brough: Saved me money by rethreading pedal threads on a crankshaft instead of having to replace the crankshaft. Thank you!
Rachel Van Corbach: Great shop with a fantastic owner. We stopped in today to look for a bike for my husband - the owner educated him about different bike models and adjusted seat/filled tires of any bike he wanted to try. He test rode a few. We didn't purchase anything for him due to needing to find the right size, but will be coming back for a tune-up for my bike.
Richard Salter: Chris converted my Surly Long Haul Trucker from a drop bar to an alt bar and nailed it. Perfect placement of the brake levers and thumb shifters, almost like having a new bike and great for riding around town.
John Randolph: Excellent, prompt service in a very difficult situation, after a mechanical breakdown during a long ride. thoughtful explanations and advice. Strongly recommend Craig. John R
Nicholas Sommer: Iv been to ck bikes a few times for simple things like a tune up and have always had a positive experience. Today they really lived up to what a local bike experience should be. I went in to get some play checked out in my rear wheel. Craig spent hours with me trying to diagnose the issue while teaching me along the way. We had to eventually replace the entire wheel but he didn’t kill me on the price and the money I spent was well worth it due to the knowledge I gained. He even threw me a spare tube. Cannot recommend this place enough! Real people with a determination to get you back on the trails asap!
Trish Domigan: I brought my husbands bike in to see if they could replace the crank arm on the peddle. The last shop I brought the bike to ( pre-pandemic), said it was a special order, and it would take them 6 months to get it. Well, they never called me back after I tried to contact them more than once. The gentlemen at CK bikes were awesome! Not only did they let me know that they were going on vacation for2weeks and had to fix the bike the day I brought it in, they had a used crank arm for the bike in stock that was the right length and size. I feel like I should play the lottery. I would def recommend them to anyone looking to buy a bike or fix one! 10 stars in my book!
ayer motor inn: service is 5 star, keep up the great job!

Decarolis Brothers Cyclists: what do users think?
Tony García: Soto Cycles is an exceptional bike shop that has everything you could possibly need for your biking adventures. From high-end road bikes to affordable mountain bikes, they have it all.I recently visited Soto Cycles and was blown away by their extensive inventory and knowledgeable staff. They had a vast selection of bikes, ranging from beginner-level to advanced, and they also had all of the necessary accessories to go with them.
Miguel Feliz: The owner, Jose and his team are very knowledgeable. Very satisfied with the service and quality!
Vince Tersegno: Great, quick service. Owner, Luca, knows how to build, fix and tune up bikes!!
Michael Dipanni: Luca knows what’s he doing. Fairly priced and good communication. Really great experience for my repair
Larry DeVito: Luca is a great mechanic and a nice friendly person. He has bailed me out with emergency repairs a few times. He usually has the spare parts in stock, so he can get me back on the road quickly. I take two bikes to him for service, mine and my wife's. I try to maintain my own bike but sometimes I do more harm than good and Luca fixes it with a smile. My wife trusts only Luca to maintain her bike.
Janos Mako: Luca at Decarolis Brothers is a great bike mechanic who charges very reasonable prices. He has worked on both of my bikes and they were tuned up flawlessly. Luca is very knowledgeable about all aspects of cycling including new bikes, accessories, shoes, etc. He will help you out for sure!
Jake Hensley: Not helpful and rather condescending. I assume caters to the elite of elite cyclists who race and maybe make a living at it. Most of my questions were responded to with this answer, “that depends..”, with no further explanation. Also, they still require masks, even though the town of North Andover does not. I would recommend Woody’s 2 miles down the road.
Mark: Simply the best professional cycling repairs I've experienced in the area. They have always repaired any mechanical issue (many of which I created) and at a reasonable price for this level of service. Also a selection of new and used bikes in the shop.
Henry Marte: Due to covid times I wasn't able to go inside the store and look at their selection of products. But none the less when walking up to the door I was greeted at the door. I was given great customer service when given options for what I wanted, and was taken care of quickly and without issues. With covid restrictions slowly being lifted I hope to revisit this store.
gypsy rose: Excellent!! Luca is friendly knowledgeable. The place of business is clean and the bikes are beautiful with cool colors! Definitely a place to check out!!!
Tony Conti: Excellent from many perspectives. Honest, fair pricing, great customer service and good work. They always deliver the service to me when they promise. Straight shooters - No Hype or Sales Talk. Total trust.
franklin d quijada: This is very disappointing that you want to give your local business a chance and they take it for granted. I recently ordered fender for one of my bicycle and it was supposed to be store pick up. The day I was looking forward to pick up the item, I called the store and I was told that I will probably get the product the following week. It have been two weeks and I have not heard from them. It looks like I may loose the money because I try to void the transaction and then it was denied by PayPal. $63.00 lost. Never again I will go to that store. This is a fraud.
Chad Cam: Professional. Polite. Knowledgeable. Great deals.
Danny Ferris: Fast, quality service. Bike always comes out in great shape.
Jim Mccarthy: Excellent! Smooth and quiet. Very satisfied.
Gary Chin: Luca is a great mechanic who sells a variety of products and has excellent knowledge of his work. Decarolis brand bikes and clothing are high quality as well. Highly recommended!
Ozan Baskan: Great service very respectful and honest.
Sergio Pinjic: Very helpful and polite customer service. I purchased a great fat tire bike at an unbelievable price. Will definitely be returning in the spring for a full suspension mountain bike.
Sarah Crowley: Had them tune up my old bike and they did a great job for a reasonable price. The bike is working better then ever. Thank you!
Patricia Ng: Friendly bike shop. Great price and selections.
Kevin Foley: This is a great shop and the guys who run it are as well. Huge selection of bikes and equipment from a wide range of manufacturers and prices. They were extremely helpful in helping select the right bike for one of my kids and took the time to set the bike up before it left the shop. We will definitely return.

Woody's Cyclery: what do users think?
Hayley Bateman: Great hours, Great team, Great shop! Definitely the place to shop for all your cycling needs. Thank you!
Vladimir Antonov: Great little shop. I needed somewhat custom parts for my custom cruiser and staff went above and beyond to make it work for me.
mark ouellette: Excellent service! Highly recommended!
Ken Preedom: I've never written a Google review (or... any kind of review). But, Woody's finally convinced me, especially after reading a few reviews attacking the staff's character.tl;dr: Woody's is pretty much the friendliest shop I've seen in decades of traveling with a bike.I needed a tool, so I went to Woody's for the very first time in my life. We happen to be in the middle of a global parts shortage which has quite obviously hit the cycling community as well, and as was expected, they didn't have the tool I was looking for. They did, however, have an extra in their mechanic's stock (basically, the tools they use in-house). Without any convincing, they were glad to pop it out and sell it to me - at normal pricing by the way, which is notable because I've had other shops mark-up pricing for this kind of deal. I was incredibly grateful and went on my way.I got home, got back to work, and kept powering through my project. Only to find, mere minutes later, that I was also missing my chain whip. No idea where these things are going, but... they're gone, and I'm sad. So, back to Woody's, knowing they'd likely not have the tool I needed.Sure enough, supply chain shortages and all, they didn't. So I made a quip about buying it off their mechanic's stock - entirely in jest, I wouldn't ever expect them to sell from their own toolbox twice. And I was right - in this case they simply didn't have the spares. But again, entirely unprompted, the staff proposed another solution: "You want to borrow one?"I want to remind you that this is only my second time in this shop (with the first time coming merely an hour earlier), and my total customer lifetime value with Woody's to-date was around $8.45 from my previous trip. I'm not some kinda high-CLV whale here that they'll go out of their way to cater to. From a business perspective, I'm objectively a nobody. I obviously accepted, and offered to leave a credit card. "Nah, no need. A phone number is fine." So I gave them my number and went on my way.I brought the chain whip back an hour or so later and offered a rental fee of some sort, which they adamantly refused.I've been in and out of shops from Vermont to Massachusetts, New York, California, Idaho, and Utah - probably a spattering of others in between. Never in my life have I been offered a tool from someone I'd never before met, on the honor system, without so much as verification of my phone number - especially during a component crisis where it'd honestly be tough to replace.I dunno man - this place harkens back to the bike shops of old, the kind where people were kind. I'm left to assume the low reviews here are pretty biased, and I'll absolutely be taking my business back to Woody's.Edit: huh, I guess I did my first review three years ago. Whelp, happy to be doing another!
Jake Hensley: Very professional and knowledgeable. The guy was helping myself and two others at the same time and we were all well provided for. I look forward to making this the cycling shop of my future.
Alex Jackson: The guys at Woody’s are top notch. They really take care of their customers even when inventory is low they do everything they can to get you on the right bike. They go above and beyond with support as well, both talking you through adjustments on the phone and doing quick fixes at the shop ASAP. I’ve bought my last two bikes from Woody’s and I don’t see myself buying another bike from anywhere else in the future.
Federico: Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and caring staff.
Dylan reid: Been buying from Woody for almost ten years now. John (Woody), the owner is the man, a true cycling enthusiast, and is by far the best in the area. Love spending my time here and love supporting them. I was professionally fitted by him and bought my first brand new road bike and expressed exactly what my riding intentions and style was back in 2013. He worked with me to get the exact bike for my budget, my riding style, and skill level. Still ride that bike (Jamis Ventura) daily 7 years later. I also enjoy doing the work myself but sometimes not really sure what part to order, so Woody listens, orders the stuff for me, and has it ready for the exact price if not better than all competitors including amazon.
Brian Atwater: Woody’s is great! Jim fixed my chain and got me back on the road with a new light in under 20 minutes. Also got some great suggestions on gravel riding nearby. 10/10 recommend!
Michael C.: Place is a joke. Limited selection, never have what you need in stock. The worst part is they wouldn't pump a tire up for my son. I've spent between1-2K in his shop this past year. Woody should hang it up if that's what he believes passes for quality customer service.
Cameron Mann: Very nice and helpful employees and reasonable prices. Will be coming back
keith shore: I looked around for places and Woodys was about the only place I could get my bike in and was told by a family member that rides 100s of miles a week that they heard it was good. I called made an appointment and dropped my bike off now mind you this place is closed, locked down like a fortress so I had to call when I arrived. Which whatever little much I thought but different strokes and all that. They came out to get it and I told him I wanted the full tune all new cables everything i also told him it was derailing and sometimes knocking off the chain in low gears. He looked at me in his mask and said pretty much yeah yeah and took it inside. That was when I began to worry. Well he didn't he only did the half tune up and told me the rest was fine but wouldn't you know it on the first ride itstarted derailing and on the way back the chain came off. I was pretty disappointed 126 dollars and I was having the same problem that I was when I brought it in. I was not that impressed he didn't listen to me at all and apparently didn't check his work. I know they are busy but I didn't tell them I wanted it the next day I thought it was going to be a couple weeks I was a bit skeptical when it was done 3 0r 4 days later. And the day I was going to pick it up I called about more comfortable seat the gentleman on the phone told me sure if I have one I'll throw it on for you. Well when I picked it up I asked about the derailing and he said he didn't notice anything??. Did he really check oh and of course no new seat or any mention of the whole seat conversion. I was pretty disappointed I just bought the bike and wanted it to have a good workover and sadly it didn't. Sorry I don't like writing these things but I was pretty disappointed. And to be fair I didn't call to complain because none of the other calls went well sooo yea.UPDATE: I called woody personally and he is taking care of the issue and got my bike back in right away. We spoke and explained the situation and wants to make sure my issue is resolved. Woody made me feel better and was understanding about my review although I should have givin him a chance to make things right before I wrote a review that is on me. He was a class act all the way and I thank him for being understanding.
maureen callahan: I have visited many bike shops over the years and I must say this is the best one. Their level of expertise was fantastic. If you want a perfectly tuned bike to fit your style this is the place. I've bought two bikes there. You won't be disappointed.
Sean A: After doing a ton of research, I was interested in buying a Salsa Beargrease fat bike and was excited to find one here. Even though the bike on the floor wasn't my size, I still wanted to take it for a test ride. I asked an employee if I could ride the bike and he said, "Well it's not really a demo bike ... but you can ride it around the lot if you don't get it dirty." I thought that was a strange attitude. I'd never had a shop discourage me from trying a bike before. So I ride the bike around the lot and bring it back. I say I like it and I'm thinking about ordering one in my size. But then the employee finds out I want to ride the bike year round and spends 15 minutes lecturing me on how this bike is only adequate for winter riding, tells me the bike isn't fast, and starts suggesting full suspension bikes. He barely tried to understand what type of riding I do or why I wanted a fat bike. Maybe if he would have listened to me, he would have learned I've been mountain biking seriously for over 20 years and knew exactly what I wanted. Instead of ordering the bike, I left in disgust.I asked my wife afterward, "Am I crazy or was that guy patronizing?" She said, "He's the type." So I ordered my fat bike elsewhere.
Sgates83: A+ service and A+ mechanics. These guys are serious about customer satisfaction and all about resolving any issues you have with your bike! I would give more stars if I could.
freddie grace: Went for bike fitting. My appointment was for 430. I called and asked to come in early the said it would be no problem and to come in an hour and a half early. Woody was very knowledgeable and helpful in fitting my bike. He also talked to about whatever I wanted to know about my bike and anything else. This is a great store with great staff.
Dana Rudolph: Always helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable for all levels of cyclist -- everything a local bike shop should be.
Katie and Kevin Orcutt: When I started cycling 4 or 5 years ago I lived in Middleton and would drop in at Woody's regularly. I had a million novice questions and even if I never spent a dime all the guys there were happy to help and just talk cycling.I brought my bike there for regular maintaince and some not so regular repairs and the work was always top notch at a very reasonable price. This year I moved to CT and started to take riding more seriously. A few months into the summer I began experiencing sharp paine in my knee and hip. I knew the fit of my bike was off. I visited a few bike shops in CT, but I just didn't have trust in them, so I contacted Woody and made the 5 hour round trip drive North to have a fitting done properly.I'm happy to say after the fitting, the pain is completely resolved. On top of that Woody gave me advice on form, gearing and off the bike exercises to improve performance. I've tried hard to incorporate that advice in my riding and the results are already showing.Bottom line, these guys do great work at a great price! They know their stuff and despite the 5 hour round trip drive, they are only place I'll go for service, advice and new equipment. They care about getting people on bikes and that's the way it should be!
saman parvaneh: Awesome people! They fixed my daughter's bike in less than 5 min.
Oliver F: Woody’s cyclery is the most epic bike store in all of the lands.
Hugh Kennedy: John Stanwood and his three mechanics have 120 years of combined experience. They have no agenda to sell you anything, just expertise, friendliness, integrity, and superb service and support policies. Their selection, though not all in-house like a big store, addresses every level of interest and expertise from the hobbyist to the fanatic. This is the kind of place that gets the repairs from the discount and move-the-inventory stores where the staff don't know what they're doing. It is worth going 20 miles out of your way to visit Woody's. You feel as though you WANT to give a store like this your business. Believe me, you will not be disappointed. One update to this edit: the sub-$1000 JAMIS bike that John sold me just completed its second IRONMAN race in the mountains of Lake Placid, and it performed flawlessly both times. I have to say I felt a big smug seeing the people with their overcomplicated $5K and $8K bikes fixing flats. Thanks again, John!

Mike's Bike Repair: what do users think?
Stephen Sullivan: Very nice man, very poor service. Two bikes came back with low tire pressure, you get what you pay for I guess, go to a real bike shop.
Micheal Bell: Impeccable service and selection of classic bicycles. Mike will find the bike that fits you, and he takes good care of his inventory.
justinwrld: Good prices and service but since there was a part shortage it took a while
paul galasso: Great service, mike is very friendly.
