Rachael Lucia: After having 2 babies and a crazy work schedule, I’m not left with much time for myself. Vibe has truly given me that time each week to look forward to for myself. With their flexible scheduling hours, variety of class types, and educated and caring instructors, I feel so comfortable coming here, and will look forward to coming here for years to come. I can tell they are great with seasoned yogis, but also those that are newer to it. Thanks for providing such a great environment Vibe!

SUTRA STUDIO: what do users think?
Kayla Mulloy: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityThis is a very special place, with special people who have worked hard to create a space of growth, healing, learning, and acceptance. I love being apart of the sutra community 3
4 Nichols: TOP NOTCH YOGA STUDIO!I have been practicing at Sutra Studio since I stumbled across it in 2015. Practicing here has changed my whole relationship with movement and my personal practice. The team there are all very wonderful humans, cleanliness of the facilities are always a priority, and each practice environment has been beautifully curated to create a space that you want to come back to over and over again. If you are new to yoga, curious about a new type of restorative activity, or just looking for an inspiring place to continue your practice, I would highly recommend giving Sutra Studio a try. Six out of five stars, in my book.
Theresa Conn: Favorite studio ever. Awesome atmosphere, teachers, and special events (the New Year’s Day flow is incredible). I live 40 minutes away and was going down once in a while to practice, but now I’m doing the virtual membership. As someone who is super zoomed out from work, I am enjoying the virtual offering. A lot of the live streams are filmed in studio, and Sutra has the audio/visual figured out. Thanks Sutra and I can’t wait to practice in person again!
Gregory Lindquist: I love this place. It’s literally the highlight of my week practicing here. It’s a little inconvenient with the commute and parking, but well worth the minor inconveniences. The owner Jen H is so cool and administers the best practices. The other instructors that I have experienced so far such as Lia, Jen D, Jake & Erin are all amazing. I look forward to experiencing others’ classes as well. Bottom line: The space is beautiful, the people are diverse, there is a good M/F ratio in the classes, the max. class capacities are very good (upwards to 50-60 bodies) and there is a diversity of offerings. I have been to other studios and so far nothing compares.
Cynthia Ruth: My first class was tonight Spa Yoga. I loved the class and the beautiful peaceful space. I’ll be back.
Megan MacDonald: Awesome yoga class. Took the spa yoga with Erin and it was just what I needed after a mentally draining week. It was a very gentle flow with integrative meditation. I will be back for SURE! Also received a phone call check-in the Monday after my class. They wished me a great week! Awesome people here ⭐️💕
Diana Nguyen: I have been going to Sutra Studio for months now and will encourage anyone who is looking to practice to go here. There's plenty of classes that can fit ANY schedule.Classes range from typical vinyasa to power flow. There's also unique classes, such as Yin Yoga (where you hold poses for 3-7 minutes) to Crystal bowl Spa yoga! All of the instructors are helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable of yoga. I have never had a bad class.Sutra is located on the fourth and fifth floors in Mill No. 5. The fifth floor is for practicing yoga and the fourth floor has the health and wellness for massages.
HotWheels Spaulding: I went to this place and I don’t think I’ll ever be the same. My damn chakras got blended like soft serve. I was focusing on a drishti when all of a sudden I found my spirit utterly transformed like Wonder Twins style as my higher self shouted: SHAPE OF Courage Wolf! and I grew my tree pose right through the friggin ceiling. Bam. Then, in shrivasana, dolphins were breaking surface through waves in the floor and jumping over my prone corpse playing keep away with my third eye. They were just kidding though and totally gave it back when our teacher resurrected us at the end of class. I had to ask her my own name afterwards. It was great, she looked me up in the database and actually confirmed my existence in the here and now. But, that was then. Was it all a dream?
Zach Daniels: Great class. Good people.
Kimsokun Ket: I have graduated as 200 hrs of teacher training at Sutra. It was the best decision of my life. Jen is very inspiring and her heart is opened to all of her students. Betty is a strong and compassionate person. Her energy is full of love! Kevan Gale is true spiritual leader. Alicia is well knowledge of anatomy teacher and she had changed my practice into safety way and still get deep into the core and strength. Jamie has amazing laugh and wonderful class flow. Her words are magic. Lama Migmar Tseten had written a book called the Tibetan Book of Awakening and this book give me clear insight of Buddhist teachings. This book will be including in teacher training and you will get to meet Lama in person. I have met all these amazing teachers and friends at Sutra. If you've ever thinking of taking teacher training, I hope this will help you to make clear decision.
Andrew Ells-O'Brien (Andy O'Brien): As a beginner at yoga they are very patient and open to questions. Clean facility with a friendly staff and a great positive atmosphere.
Luisa Piette: I love Yoga at Sutra Studio -- top notch -- so relaxing and perfect!

Wellness Hot Yoga: what do users think?
Jordan Cusenza: To have a place like this in Haverhill, is to witness a better future come to pass
Sandy Rubin: Wellness hot yoga is a healing sanctuary with an incredible community of people. I took several yoga classes while I was visiting from Atlanta and every instructor was knowledgeable and supportive. The facilities are so clean and tranquil. The heat in the hot room is perfection. I also got a chance to enjoy red light therapy, the sauna and I can’t emphasize this enough, don’t miss the float tank! I feel relaxed and recharged and I will definitely return ❤️
Josiah Brandt: Having traveled the US and been to many yoga studios, I can tell you right now that W.H.Y. is on the short list of the US best. Why? The teachers. The students. The community. The yoga. The proximity to amazing tacos (Barrios) to eat after (not kidding). The location is beautiful. Red light, floating, sauna, massage, cacao circles, sound healing events... The list just keeps going. If you're looking for a workout community that has your back (all puns intended) look no further! YOU FOUND IT.
Lois Rudden: Thoroughly enjoyed a deep tissue massage today by Patty. She worked on problem areas, Head, Neck and Shoulders as well as my back. I will be back again!
Beth McCoy: It was10 yrs ago today when I walk into my first Bikram Yoga class, taught by Teri Almquist. For many, many months, she and her amazing team kicked my butt, increased my range of motion for an active lifestyle and made me physically stronger than I had felt for years. A decade later and in the back nine of my life, this yoga and this studio has strengthened my emotional and mental health all the while, still kicking my butt!. The studio is GORGEOUS and the atmosphere is welcoming. Best part is “all you have to do is breathe and take care of the most important person in this life ~which is you!”…teri
Jackie d: Absolutely outstanding hot yoga studio and wellness center!! The owner is a true expert on hot yoga and all the instructors and staff are experienced and encouraging. The hot yoga room conditions are perfect and the whole facility is beautiful and sparkling clean. There is such a community here - you will be welcomed and well-supported on your wellness journey!
Thais Vanessa: I am 35 weeks pregnant and I have been taking the pregnancy series in hot yoga classes throughout my pregnancy. This has been super helpful for my growing belly!Recently, I had tried the 60 minute Float! This is a total game changer, especially as I am approaching my due date. This has relieved my back aches and pressure on my sciatic nerve as it's helped reposition my baby. I was able to easily fall asleep and relax without having my nerve flare up or muscle ache! I will definitely try again before my due date! I highly recommend Float Therapy if you are experiencing back/nerve pain or have bad circulation/water retention (things I have been experiencing myself from carrying the extra weight).
Wendy Nasser: Wellness is the most beautiful yoga studio! The sauna is so amazing, I love to sit in that with my headphones and relax with the steam. Hot yoga classes with red light therapy and a relaxing message to make your day complete! This place is heaven! The teachers and the people are an amazing community and so welcoming. You need to come check it out and you will find a home away from home to give some time back to yourself. You will not be disappointed.
Jen Locke: Wellness Hot Yoga is a beautiful facility with high-end amenities and knowledgeable yoga teachers. My boyfriend and I took a 90 minute hot yoga class. The teacher provided clear and concise directions and encouraged breaks when needed. We then spent an hour in the float tank. Wellness Hot Yoga had everything we needed for the float. It was so peaceful and calming. I left Wellness Hot Yoga completely refreshed and relaxed. We bought a 10 class pass and 3 float sessions. We can not wait to go back soon!
Jake Shade: Amazing experience doing yoga and the float tank! The float tank was amazing and you don’t need to bring anything. I can’t wait to go back and do it again! It was amazing because you can do single or couples. This place has everything!Float tank+yoga= great day!!!
Stephanie Baker: Float room experience was divine. My whole body felt relaxed, supported, and light. I also felt emotional cleansing and healing because I felt safe. And at the end you shower off all the salts.
Betsy Murphy WA - she, her: Float therapy…a different experience! Relaxing room, professional setting, and a forced time out for you! Might be this year’s Christmas gifts for family and friends!
brianna d'ambrosio: Hello everyone, I tried float therapy today for the first time and if I had to describe it in one word it would be tranquility. Ahhhhhhhh how relaxing. It took me a little bit to fully relax and let my body go into full relaxation and float mood but once I fully allowed myself to do so I didn’t move at all. I noticed you do need to have your ears under the water for best results on neck. I felt like I was able to fall into a deep meditation and allow the water and salt to heal me body. There are a few other really cool things about this but I don’t want to spoil it for you so go and check it out for yourself your mind body and soul will thank you.
Betsy Conroy: I’ve known Teri Almquist now for a little over three years. I attended two of her retreats in Costa Rica, and her studio teachers got me through Covid with online classes. I recently realized that my local studio in CT was not fulfilling my needs and the 40 minute drive each way turned my hot yoga into a more than a three-hour ordeal. Plus, I am in the process of moving to Canada. So for the time being, I set up a hot room in my house and I now do yoga online through Wellness Hot Yoga a few times a week. My practice has improved since switching to online, which I attribute to the teaching, and I’m happier, more relaxed, and more confident. I simply can’t say enough about the studio. Even though it’s a 2 1/2 hour drive for me, I have visited twice since they opened this past spring. Teri, Brandi, and Sarah are amazing teachers, and they have have a few new teachers that are wonderful people and becoming excellent teachers as well. Even though I am online and don’t live in the area, I feel like I am part of a community. If I lived in the Haverhill area, hands-down it would be my yoga studio of choice. Trust me. Just take five classes and you’ll feel wonderful and will want to keep going!
Craig Nuttall: This is an excellent hot yoga studio. Refer to other reviews on what hot yoga means. The studio itself is new, very clean, well managed, has new and reliable facilities, and caters to all body types and abilities.
Elissa Iwanicki: I have been a part of the Wellness Hot Yoga community for over ten years. I can honestly say that this is much more than just a yoga class. With a regular practice you will notice your anxiety reduce, productivity increase and overall you will feel better! You will be stronger and healthier! Being a part of this welcoming and encouraging community is a gift. Don’t have any expectations for yourself other than to show up. The rest will fall into place!❤️
Kerri MacDonald: This is hands down my favorite hot yoga studio. I have gone to a few around the state and Teri and her staff are the friendliest and most fun to be around. They are welcoming of all individuals. If you haven't tried hot yoga I encourage you to do so. Besides the myriad of health benefits you receive you also feel incredible after each session. I have practiced even while injured and it radically sped up my healing time and realigned the joints in my neck and my knees. It may take a little time to get used to the heat, but once you do you will be hooked!
Chris SunRider: I pre signed up for a class online online and planned my day around their class, I’m not the type to make a trip without signing up first because my time is extremely valuable. At no point online did they say I would need any health related certification and never have I been asked to show my “vaccine card” for anything in my life.No apologies for my time and effort wasted because of their negligence , no offers to make it right.I don’t know if they know how to teach yoga, but they don’t know how to treat people and they do not deserve your money.I understand some people choose to get this RNA gene therapy shot or vaccine because it may save lives from Covid and I’m not arguing for or against that. But there are also real side effects and I’m in a high risk category. I have antibodies better than someone only vaccinated, there is no more chance I will spread anything than a vaccinated person, despite what vaccine developers and their affiliates have advertised.I trust actual science not just corporate narratives. Every single person is unique and must be able to freely make decisions about their health. All vaccine requirements have ended in almost every country city etc. but not here. I don’t write reviews but I hope I save someone from the frustration I went through.Love and Light
Abby Dougherty: I joined Wellness Hot Yoga for the yoga, but have expanded my wellness routine to include red light therapy and massage - and highly recommend both. The massage with Patty was an hour of relaxation and bliss, tailored the individual, whether you’re looking for deep tissue, relaxation or something in between. The red light therapy targets areas of inflammation (knee pain for me), to help with healing. Overall, a wellness destination in Haverhill that is a gem and true gift to the community.
George Sacco: The new Studio is great!A special thanks to Teri and Steven for changing my life twice now. It works! And your instructors are awesome.George
Gina Paulhus: Wellness hot yoga is a wonderful community where you can work on your health with a variety of modalities. I first began taking hot yoga at the studio and grew to love the infrared lights. I can’t wait to try the float tank next! Everyone there is so welcoming and friendly. It’s such a treat to have a place like this right in Haverhill. I have taken many yoga classes and these are the best instructors around.
