Perkins School for the Blind: what do users think?
Gerson Santaolaya: Helen Keller has been in the Perkins Institute For The Blind.
Kristina Mahoney: Perkins is an amazing organization and my family is so grateful for the knowledge and empathy exhibited by their teachers. Absolutely outstanding staff who cares about their students and pushes them to be their best selves. Our previous teacher Michelle S. is an absolute rock star.
Whitney Wiedrich: Really good school. Intelligent teachers, a huge territory and it is quite beautiful both externally and internally.
Gustave Laflare: The HR people working at this school are confused and unprofessional. Would not want to work with such team when some of them have no educational background on the subject.
Nasrin Nahar Nupur: I dis noy to to tjis place but i really love it grom My on school share i read din because it is a success school to tje great teacher Annie Sullivan i comment it theke best school evervwish theke school a very bright future
JM: I want goes to Perkins, but not money
Kerry Clark: Excellent organization with a wonderful history I rate this four stars because I’m not sure if deaf and blind program still has high expectations Helen Keller ended up being really successful and got a college degree and I’m not sure if that’s expected at least for the deaf blind program otherwise I would have put a five star rating as this has always been a great organization and have had many memories here I was never a student as the state would never have funded it but I’ve been to many different weekends and events and can say this is a school that respects the blind and multiple disabilities as well and is very inclusive glad to see them investing in transition programs and public school services
NHÀ THUỐC PHƯƠNG: Sorry, I am bothering, I want to find the Teacher named Huynh Thi Lieu (1939) who is the school teacher. Looking forward to helping, if you know Ms. Lieu's address or phone number, let me contact. Thank you very much.
val didar singh: school of helen keller. must visit😂😂😂

Hero's Clan: Finally my teacher began teaching me to read. I first read raised letters and later on read with Braille. I learnt to write With both ordinary as well as Braille type writer. I was well on my path to becoming a well educated person. I was provided all the possible opportunities to develop my abilities and I made the maximum use of them. 'I developed great confidence and I even visited the president, Cleveland at the WhiteHoflse. .In118901 at the age of about ten, I moved to the Perkins Institution. Here my teacher Anne Sullivan continued to teach me. I could make friends with other blind children here. My loneliness began to disappear and my progress of learning improved quite well. I learnt Latin, German and arithmet'c.In 1896, I moved onto the Cambridge School for Young Ladies in Massachusetts. This was really a great achievement for a lady like me who was blind, deaf and could barely produce sounds for communication. I began writingpoems and stories. Shortly before my examination, I lost my father. Although
Anthony Cavone: My son loves it here! Thinks he here he’s not..
ANAND: I've searched this place only after reading the novel "The story of my life".
VK Status: I LIKE THIS PLACE VERY MUCH
Rachel Elorriaga: Fascinating history
Nishant Kumar: This is the best school for blind my cousin went to this school when he was two years old
Lindsey Jensen: Honestly this is a review of their adaptive playground, which is AMAZING. We've been to several in different states and this was one of the best. The accessible merry go round, that my son would go into in his wheelchair made me super happy. It was the first playground I've been to that had the restraints attached to the adaptive swings, so that was new and really nice. They had lovely grounds and the xylophones were cool to play with. My son loved touching the Braille. Seriously, one of the best parks we've been to and I usually hate going to parks because while some say they're accessible, they really aren't. This one actually is!
Marc Latos: good
تهاني العنزي: It's a great school .. and all the hardworking staff in their work to give the child a chance to integrate into the community. Thank you from my heart
Jennifer Swantusch: This school has well known proper mannors with the teachers and everybody it is probably the best disabled school in america
Renesha Rogers: As a worker I might not work directly with the kids but I can see how well cared for. The staff are truly the best. And I as a worker feel very appreciated safe, and always happy to be apart of that school. I would rather no other way!!👍🏾😀 you don't see restaurant workers caring for their staff this much.
