Derrick: A nice collection of fun and heavy equipment and a top notch gym coach to go along with it. Pam's pretty no nonsense if you can let her know what goals you're after. Only thing that's tricky is the location. An industrial parking lot and what would be a maze to someone trying to get in without knowledge of the layout, it's a bit hard to find.

Aneta Andreeva: Trully great experience and work outs. Talia and Breanna are great. Groups do not exceed 6-10 people, which gives you an overall personal work out. They always keep an eye on everyone and adjust if you are not doing the excersize correctly or if you need to modify. Work outs are 30-45mins depending on day and time. I am loving the work outs and the vibe every single time. Really cannot be happier with working out there. It is a must try at the very least.
Angela Caira: I’ve worked with personal trainers before and the only thing to show for results was an empty checking account and maxed out credit cards. As a result of my failed attempts, I was hesitant to try again even despite knowing I struggle to stay motivated on my own.Fortunately, I convinced myself to try one more time and it turns out that one of the very best decisions I made in 2021 was joining Wilmington Fit Body Boot Camp classes. From my initial conversation with Talia, to my introductory class with Bre, combined with the two challenges I participated in, and all that happened in between, it has been an exhilarating journey of self-discovery and growth. At age 45 years young, with metastatic breast cancer, I feel better now, both physically and mentally than I have in years, and that is largely in part to Talia and Bre. Their support and encouragement give me the motivation to battle through the classes (that are still hard for me by the way) and to do so with excitement and confidence. I recently had to take a week off due to treatment side effects, and ordinarily that one week would have led to a long-term hiatus, but not anymore. I was eager to get back at it and that’s because of the supportive class environment and their caring personalities.This winter, Talia organized a healthy holiday party and distributed superlative awards. It may seem silly, but I put my “most improved” superlative certificate on my refrigerator! It is there as a reminder of how far I’ve come since meeting Talia and Bre and it provides me with inspiration to keep working hard to achieve my long-term goal. To that end, I stepped on the scale Christmas morning, and I smiled. I stepped on the scale on December 26th, and I smiled again. I enjoyed myself on Christmas, but I was careful. To my surprise, I even attended three 5:30 AM classes during my school vacation which says a lot! It generally takes me longer to lose weight than most and that is discouraging, but with Talia and Bre on my side, for the first time in forever, I believe I will be at or very close to my goal weight by my next birthday.I want to publicly thank them for pushing me and for knowing when not to push. For challenging me and for knowing when to tell me to go slow (or use lighter weights). For believing in me when I did not believe in myself. And, most importantly, for seeing my potential when I was blinded by my own shadow.Talia and Bre, thank you for doing what you do and helping me rediscover the best version of myself. I am more grateful than either of you will ever know. Oh, and as a bonus, thanks for not requiring me to break the bank to achieve positive results. To anyone out there who is considering making a healthy lifestyle change a priority in 2022, join Wilmington Fit Body. You won't regret it! See you in class. Happy New Year!
Ashley Ralls: I have been a member at Wilmington FBBC for 4 years and their staff and workout routines do not disappoint! The trainers/owner hold you accountable in your attendance, goals and nutrition. They push you to your limit and max potential all while being extremely motivating and positive. Highly recommend this gym because the staff is so knowledgeable in their craft and are committed to your success as much as you are.

Pam Chan: I wrote a review in 12/2016 as I started one of their amazing 6 week challenges. A year and half later and I am still a member. When I started at FBBC I was a size 10 and refusing to go up to a size 12, even thought I was ready. I was very upset that I have let myself get this way and I figure I needed to break the cycle. Talia and the other trainers taught me dedication and accountability. I am now more aware of what I eat and making many more healthy choices since exercise alone will not work. I attend classes 4 days a week and the 30 mins class flies by. The classes are unique, challenging and always fun. The other members become a special part of your life and we keep each other motivated in class and through Facebook. We celebrate each other's victories and support each other through challenging times. This is what brings me back each day. I am proud to say I am down 15 pounds and just bought my first pair of size 6 pants in over 10 years. My body shape has changed and I am more lean and defined. I am confident and love the compliments that I get from friends and family. Wilmington Fit Body Boot Camp is now a part of my life. No regrets!

MICHAEL SNYDER: I have been going to Talia @ Fit Body Boot camp since she and Rocco opened the doors 2 years ago. It is the best in the industry in my opinion. You won't find a better boot camp around. Not only do they really get into it with you, they truly care about your progress. Place is impeccably clean, and there are tons of new work outs, and a wide variety of equipment that correlates into each work-out. Never is it a mundane, same old, same old routine that some of the other gyms do on a daily basis. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you want to see results.
Robin Reid: I highly recommend taking Tallie's boot camp classes. She is an amazing and positive instructor who makes the classes fun, yet challenging. She is able to explain the exercises well as keep a close eye on everyone to make sure they are using correct form in order to prevent injuries. Tallie is able to work with both beginner and advanced members to ensure they have an incredible workout. Be sure to try a class - you won't regret it!
Claudia Campbell: I've been going to WFBBC since July and couldn't be happier. The classes are intense and the trainers are amazing! Highly recommend for people of all fitness levels!! Just signed up for another fitness challenge!!! This is the first fitness routine that I've ever been able to stick with. After 6 months I still recommend WFBBC to everyone I meet!
Christina Rodriguez: This is a great choice if you need something to kick start your routine. It is super challenging, you will feel sore but then you will the feel great. There is a great team to help guide you , make modifications and cheer you on! Another advantage is that workouts are quick and focused so you can easily incorporate them into your life.
Jill Froment: I recommend Wilmington Fit Body Boot Camp, especially the 6 week challenge. I had been trying to lose weight on my own without success. The more I tried the higher the scale went. I was able to lose 10 pounds in 5 weeks and fit better into my clothes. I play tennis 3 times a week and run sometimes and went to the boot camp classes 3 times a week and followed the nutrition guidelines as best as I could, but not perfectly. For me, having to fill out the food journal and sign up for the class ahead of time helped me commit to it. For me the boot camp wasn’t as hard as I expected, each exercise interval is only about 30-40 seconds, so even if it’s hard you are not doing it for that long. Since my arms weren’t strong enough to support my body for a push up or some other exercises they’d always suggest an alternative like having your knees bent on the ground. The trainers are very helpful and supportive.
Kimmie Sue: Wilmington Fit Body Bootcamp is the BEST choice I ever made for myself. I was terrified to make the phone call, never mind actually working out in front of people! From that first phone call right up until today I have been surrounded by support and encouragement. The trainers know the clients and their abilities. Although they consider if someone has limited ability due to an injury, they will push you to do your very best every minute. They offer both early morning classes and after work classes to accommodate most people’s schedules. I am a success story already I have lost 20 lbs in 4 weeks!

Yhoumey Won: Classes are intense and changes every time you go. It's 30 minutes of a full body workout. You definitely do not need to be in shape to start. Their instructors are great at reviewing the exercises and keeping you motivated and in form throughout the class. It's the next best thing to a personal trainer. I would highly recommend!

There is no pressure or intimidating at this gym; everyone works out at their own pace, in a safe and supportive environment. Class sizes are maxed out at 16, so you really get a personal feel through each workout. Each class is only 30 minutes long, with guided instruction throughout - it flies by despite how hard we all work! I am so thrilled to have joined this community... We work hard but have fun, too!

Kay Bee: There is always a male worker inside the woman’s locker room. He is always taking out the trash which is never full. Women and children were showering every single time.Edit: I have been scared to notify staff after witnessing the incident where the nice young lady got escorted by police for reporting a similar situation. The male manager lied about being "corporate" to intimidate her. The officer was not listening to her claim of events, only siding with the manager. There were other witnesses, but we didn't want to get escorted out by police as well. I have since been working out elsewhere.
Crab Cakes: A lot of pervs and thugs at this location. Not very safe. Limit your training if you decide to workout here. Always smells like pot.

Dee Nimoh: Definitely wasn’t the place for me! 😒.apparently you can’t cancel your membership when you are out of state… I was having issues with something personal so I couldn’t afford to work…I called in while in new York to have it canceled and prioritize the issue I had at hand and the lady who picked up told me how much I’d have to pay to cancel ,so when I said okay, she said I had to be there physically 🤦🏽‍♀️Tried explaining I can’t make it but 🤷🏽‍♀️genuinely I couldn’t keep up with payments as I took care of my problem.. fast forward I’m in collection 😒 But that’s just life not everything’s meant to work in your favor!No hard feelings I just wouldn’t recommend it on my end. ✌️

Sok Proeung: I started training with Jay in October but known him for a few years. Jay is very professional and listens to what my goals are and work with me to achieve it. He knows when and how to push my limits but also know when to back off when I'm having difficulty doing certain tasks due to minor restrictions. If you're looking for a personal trainer for whatever goals you're trying to achieve, I would highly recommend him.

rebecca metcalf: Jay is great! really pushes you to be the best and do your best. He worked though my sport injuries from high school. I have terrible knees that make doing some workouts hard. He worked though it and now my knees feel better and working out is a lot easier and reaching goals isn't painful

I was in town only for 2 months and found CFL as the right place to crossfit during my stay in the Greater Boston area. This is a super welcoming community with such amazing people that I already call “family”. The coaches are excellent professionals, always dedicated and ready to help. Facilities are roomy and clean. They got really good equipments and besides the racks and the regular gym area they have a side room with a weightlifting platform and accessories as well. One thing about Crossfit Lowell that really caught my attention was the programing and all I have to say is: they are really good at it. Every week day is scheduled with a main purpose so every athlete can develop all different areas of fitness either strength, endurance, technique or cardio.If you’ve never done crossfit and want to try you should give this guys a chance. Alex Stafstrom: Place is absolutly amazing.Its got a big open area to workout in. The coaches are great; they really help you with your technique and give you that extra motivation to finish. Everyone who goes there is really friendly and welcoming. There is a sense of community that you notice when you walk in. Definetly recomend going in to try a class.

Thomas Deviller: I'm watching 2 of my closest friends suffer through a stroke and a heart attack, I decided I wanted to be heathier. I thought about joining a big box gym but I always fail with those, I found NDB online and made the call, Frank was not the overly enthusiastic sale person I expected, from our quick phone call I felt that NDB could help. My wife and I went down for the 10sec tour and discuss joining up for a 16 week program but when we walked in and saw all the ordinary people working for that healthy person that's in us all, we knew that this was the right place for us and ended up signing up for the 1 year membership. Our 1st workout was on Feb 7th I'm down 14 lbs. making muscle gains and have more energy then I've had in a long time; jogged outside yesterday first time in many many years. My wife didn't need to lose much weight if any (she wont agree) but she is making muscle gains and is doing more push ups then she ever has!! The trainers are awesome!! Super supportive, they are able to modify your workout on the fly to help you get the most of your time while there. Overall a great positive atmosphere for all ages and fitness levels!!

When I injured myself in my outside life (almost broke my wrist falling off my garden retaining wall), they were (and still are!) able and willing to adjust the exercises so I can get the most benefit without further injuring myself.The classes have been varied, challenging without being overwhelming and fun! Even during COVID when we wore masks and socially distanced, the classes were great, now that restrictions are being lifted, the sessions are even better! Moving around the gym to different stations has opened up a whole new world of available exercises.I have been anti exercise most of my life. I've been attending NDB for 8 months strong and don't see myself quitting any time soon! Loving it!

The instructors and owner Frank get to know you and support your fitness goals. They are always willing to help and encourage you. You really feel like they care about your progress and push you to succeed. I completed the challenge and became a member. They are safe and make you feel comfortable with the COVID protocols. They became creative with their bootcamp classes during COVID. I attend for bootcamp and speciality classes for yoga and kickboxing. I liked it so much that my husband and daughter joined in December 2020. As a bonus, my 16 year old daughter has found some additional female role models. Highly recommend!

The coaches and staff are awesome and well versed in all areas. They are patient and help modify all the moves so that everyone can feel comfortable and be successful.
