John Bianchi: Horrible experience! Salesman came to my home and made a presentation and I agreed to install. On the morning of the install, and 30 minutes after install was to begin, Salesperson Tyler Boudreau called me to say the installer called out sick. I was later told this was a lie and Tyler had forgotten to have me sign a needed document. From there, I was left to make contact with the area office and that went poorly as well. I was told I've have a certain model installed when I agreed, later to find out they would install whatever model they had on hand. Avoid this company! They have a nice website.... Everything else stinks like my water still does.

The good is our driver will put the water in the house.The bad about deliveries being inconsistent as I understand they're short staffed as well as changing the driving routes, inability to get customer service on the line with message they're too busy to put you on hold, no schedule as they don't want to use paper to save the environment,.Our last delivery was around May 24th. Next one scheduled June 21st. I don't have high hopes.Is Nestle trying to get out of the water and into coffee delivery?They're acting as though water is on the ropes.

Now it seems like nestle emails us the night before two if we are lucky. They are now almost 2 weeks late so I had to filled the 5 gallon jug up at a local country store/ spring For 2 dollars and saved myself 6 bucks.

We run a fitness studio and they have in the past month not delivered and keep delaying delivery but not telling us that they are delaying We are paying retail of $13 per 5 gallon bottle. Belmont Springs here we come. They also promised last time cases of water to make up for the inconvenience and incurring $50 in extra water costs because they can't deliver water. Mark: I've been going to Triple Springs here in Meridan CT for years, loving the water and have been paying 25 cents a gallon. When Covid hit the price went up to 50 cents but still worth the drive.Once they got bought out by BCW the price has doubled and is now $1.00.Corporate America owning water at rip-off prices. Not going making the drive after this.

Brian Kent: For years I was buying gallon bottles of water for use when I take trips or go deep woods camping. Recently, a friend told me about Fresh water Daily in Middleton. I checked them out two weeks ago and returned the other day. When I drove up the gentleman inside saw me carrying my water bottles using both hands and as I approached he opened the door for me. I told him I reminded him I wanted the purified water (they also sell Alkaline water). On my first visit to the store he gave the inside of each bottle a quick spritz at their rinse station. I never drink out of my source bottles so I told him rinsing wasn't necessary this time as it has only been one week. He filled each bottle for me, and I was out of their in less than six minutes.
