Box 2 Burn: what do users think?
charles casella: Great Place to learn and Burn from the Best.
John Carlson: This gym gives one of the most unique variety of workouts for all levels. The atmosphere is very supportive. The gym has a high level of camaraderie. Sean Eklund provides an atmosphere for everyone to train and workout. All of the trainers there are excellent. I have been a member of this gym since it has opened and it is an incredible experience.
Erin Healy: Box 2 Burn provides a high intensity workout while teaching you the proper form and techniques of boxing. I’ve taken classes at all of the chain boxing gyms and it is not the same experience. The staff at Box 2 Burn is very knowledgeable and can modify any workout to meet all skill levels. Highly recommend!
Alex Stafstrom: Been going since January 2020. This place has been absolutely amazing. My wife and I started going to get in shape for our wedding and Sean didn’t disappoint!
Marissa Manolopoulos: This gym is for all skill levels. I am a beginner boxer and I have never felt uncomfortable working out here. The trainers are knowledgeable and really help you learn the techniques. I love it!
Mark Cusano: Great gym for all skill levels, friendly atmosphere, very knowledgeable trainers, excellent cardio workout.
Mike Monzitta: Boxing is my most favorite thing in the world, and Micky Ward is my favorite boxer. When I found out Mr. Ward offered private lessons out of this gym, I flew up from Charlotte, NC just to train with him. There’s a saying about never meeting your heroes because you’ll always be disappointed, but this was not the case with Micky at all. He was an absolute blast to work with—just a super-cool and hilarious guy, but also, as you’d expect, an amazing coach who attentively watched me box the entire time, and offered me insight and advice tailored to me. Such a great guy. Plus, if you’re a boxing fan, there really is nothing cooler than having “Irish” Micky Ward hold the mitts for you. It was a dream come true that I’ll never forget.
Ethan Pallian: Box 2 Burn is the best boxing gym around hands down. Trainers are knowledgeable and great to work with no matter your age or skill level. You'll get in great shape AND learn proper boxing technique. Whether you're experienced or just starting or whether you're looking to train to fight or just get a great full body workout, this is absolutely the place to go.
Ken Fox: Truly the family gym we wanted. Professional training every time in the 3 years we have been going.
Robert Breuer: Box2burn is the best! Sean and his staff are experts with boxing and fitness techniques. You’ll be amazed how many calories you’ll burn during a class and yet have fun at the same time. Regardless of fitness level, you’ll be very comfortable at Box2burn. Not only is the staff friendly and supportive, but so are the members. Everyone supports and encourages each other. Box2burn is truly an awesome gym and atmosphere!
Zach Lawrence: Love this gym, there's no workout comparable to what they offer. Boxing is such a fun and different way to exercise, even for people like me (and many others who go) who aren't actually looking to fight. Sean and the rest of the trainers know how to get the best effort out of you and they make you want to work hard.
Donald DeLuca: I’ve been a member for over six years and still love going. There is no better workout than this! You’ll learn boxing fundamentals, drills and pad work that you won’t see at those other franchise clubs. If you put in the work you’ll see the results!
John Doherty: Amazing full body workout and even learned some boxing technique in the process. Been going there once a week for about 3 years now and have no intention of stopping.
Rudy Borkowski: I started going to Box2Burn 2 years ago, just after I turned 60. I have done well over 100 one-on-one sessions with Sean and have watched him work with other people, kids, teens, adults younger and older than me. He works with each person at their level and brings out the best in them. Training is always intense and fun. His boxing knowledge is huge and he'll tell you exactly why he wants you to do a hit this way or dodge that way. I've also used the gym during open gym time (which is not available in Covid times, but I'm sure it will return some day) for my own workouts. I could not recommend this gym or Sean more highly.
Tom Courtney: Started working out here 2 months ago after the gov allowed gyms to open. Sean keeps the gym very clean by wiping equipment, floors, walls, and bags after every class. He provides a virtual workout as well if you’d prefer. I would recommend coming in however because the people here are very welcoming & supportive. Sean’s cardio class is the best workout I’ve experienced!
Matt Sepe: I have been going to this gym for a few years and it has been great. All the members are friendly and Sean really pushes you in class providing an excellent cardio workout.
Michael Sullivan: Awesome Gym.... I have been a member of Box 2 Burn gym for 4 plus years. The owner takes the time and insures every new member is given 1 on 1 instruction on proper boxing techniques. The staff of this gym keeps the workouts both challenging and fun for all ages and abilities. Best of all are the members of the gym. They encourage and support each other like no other gym.
G Klay: Getting the opportunity to train with Micky Ward and the knowledgeable staff at Box 2 Burn was priceless.
Lisa Barrett: Can't say enough of positive things about this gym...A+ all around. Owner and staff really care about their clients...people are treated like family...can't get much better than that! Thank you Sean and everyone at Box 2 Burn!!!
John DeMatteis: Surrounded by great people, and despite the aches and pains of a 60 year old, Box2Burn has helped me achieve my goals both physically and mentally over the past 6 plus years. Sean’s Boxing expertise has translated into intense, high energy workouts, yet still keeps it fun. 🥊
Lee Gitschier: It’s a great gym with knowledgeable trainers. The workouts are challenging and worth it

MK Boxing: what do users think?
Irene Mirembe: From the time i walked into MK boxing 6 years ago i knew this was the right place for me. Mike the owner welcomed me and made me feel so comfortable. Having signed up to multiple gyms and never committing to even showing up twice a week, there was never any structure. I had to find something that would make me love going to gym , MK Boxing was definitely the right choice.. Mike really helped me with my conditioning esp with me having Asthma. He Pushed me enough for me to recover quick. I stopped using my inhaler after months of working out 4-5 Times a week weight kept coming off working out become fun and part of my daily life. The workouts are fun, the fellow members are inspiring, the workouts are led by personal trainers who give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts and just the right amount of encouragement. The atmosphere is awesome. You will not do the same workout twice and if you go you will see the results no question. It’s a life changing gym experience . Don’t hesitate sign up for a beginners class you won’t regret it , i am in the best shape of my life i would not have achieved that if i had not joined MK boxing. I will forever be part of this gym family and I recommend it highly to all my friends and family. Thank you MIKE for always pushing me.
David Dybdal: great atmosphere. teachers laid back but talented. They know when to correct/make intermittent suggestions. would 't come here if I wanted to get a title fight in MMA. But having 30 years martial arts experience and wanting to find flow, this is the place to go!
Michelle Atlas: Boxing with Mike, the owner, is my favorite workout of all time. It's unlike anything else: cardio conditioning, strength building, speed working, and you also get the incredible benefit (and confidence) of learning how to defend yourself in the real world. I can't recommend Mike and MK Boxing enough!
john lamothe: Great instructors
Eric Moitoso: Joining this gym was the best decision I have ever made without a doubt. I cannot thank Mike enough for what he's taught me. All the coaches are great. When I came here I had just quit cigarettes and couldn't do two full push-ups. Within about 3 or 4 months I could run two miles. I could go on and on about how great this place is. It literally changed my life.
Boston Muscle: Been going to MK for almost a year and absolutely love it! Mike makes the classes not only challenging , but fun and interesting as well! As a personal trainer I’m always looking for other outlets to challenge my own training and MK is a great fit for anyone ! Highly recommendedMark Ferrara
Andrea Mcinnis: If you are looking for a challenging and fun workout check out MK Boxing. I took the group class and did some personal training with Mike. I would recommend both. It's definitely not your average boring workout. Whether you are looking to lose weight or get more fit and strong, MK Boxing is the right place for you.
Michael Songini: Great gym. Great owner. Very passionate about his clients and employees
Hamid Razzaghi: MK Boxing is a great place.👌👌
Dr. Al Costanza: You want to get fit? Lose a few lbs.? MK is your best bet! I also recommend it to my patients to diffuse stress. Check them outI promise you won't regret you did. Dr. Al Costanza
Michael Caruccio: Mike at MK Boxing runs a top rate facility and gym. It is not just about boxing, he offers many outstanding programs. Along with a great staff of knowledgeable people, anyone who wants to stay fit needs to check it out. This is not a “pick it and put it down” gym, it learning and training.
Mark Hutchinson: In a time where fitness is the rage and massive 'gym factories' are popping up everywhere, it is refreshing to find an independently owned gym where the owner is intimately involved. Mike truly cares about his clients and has all of the equipment to help you with your individual needs.A great gym and a GREAT guy!
Jim Herman: I have been at MK Boxing for 4 years and have to say that the programs, instructors, and people are top notch. I’m there for both boxing training and cardio and am challenged every time. There is also an area with mostly free weights that allows you to do strength conditioning. It’s a friendly atmosphere with no roid rage. To me it’s a gym that you can look forward to going to. Something memorable seems to happen just about every night. 5 stars.
Taylor Anne Meeks: A little background about me. I am a twenty-something year old female who for the longest time could never commit to a gym or a steady workout routine. I would get easily bored after a while with running on an treadmill, taking yoga classes...etc. I saw an ad for MK Boxing and thought I would try out boxing. I started taking the kickboxing classes Wednesday nights, then added in Muay Thai on Tuesdays, and if I was ready for an extra-intense workout I would go Sunday mornings, where Mike the owner taught the kickboxing class.Besides the classes being great (hard workout, awesome instructors), the main reason I could FINALLY commit to a gym was because of the people there and the small gym vibe. Mike and others would ask me if I was going to go to class tomorrow, and it made me feel like I belonged there and having peers expecting me to be there encouraged me to go on a regular basis. This was different than my normal gym experiences where no one knew who I was/cared that I showed up. This gym makes you feel like you are a part of a family. Now that I have been at the gym for basically a year now, I feel that I have improved tremendously. The classes are great, you learn the fundamentals of boxing, kickboxing...etc. and when you master those, the instructors begin to incorporate more advanced techniques to help you further progress. If you don't want to do the classes, there is a small weight area where you can work out, a ring where you can spar others, and heavy bags to practice on.I highly recommend checking the gym out, or even looking up MK boxing's website where you can view the layout of the gym and read about the instructors. If it is your first time, I would suggest trying out Bobby's kickboxing class on Wednesday nights, or Dennis has a beginners boxing class that really focuses on technique.Bonus!! If you are a big dog lover like me, there is a slight possibility you might get distracted from working out because of the gym mascots, Baylor and Moose, who are sometimes at the gym!
S Clough: I've been a member at MK for a year now and wouldn't think of going somewhere else! Between the amount of gear and equipment, and the great people, I love this gym. A few things about MK:-MK is certainly a mixed martial arts gym. At first sight most of its members come in for boxing. MK offers kickboxing, Muay Thai, and Jiu Jitsu classes that are legitimate classes taught by instructors who are experienced by either being current fighters or who have previously fought and now teach. These are not those typical cardio classes that you see advertised elsewhere. The classes are not directly aimed towards training someone for a fight. You will learn basic skills and techniques and if you're willing to learn can definitely pick up more advanced techniques which you can apply if you want to actually train for a fight. There are a few instructors and members who may be willing to train you for a fight, just ask around or ask the owner. There are also cardio kickboxing classes and other conditioning classes that are great workouts that are more creative than what you may usually think of.-Sparring: MK is one of the only, if not the only gym around that allows sparring and contact between members. Title boxing, ilovekickboxing, etc will not offer this as it's a liability and members are to adhere to whatever is being taught in class. The only other types of gyms that allow sparring are mma gyms that are geared towards training you to be a fighter. MK's boxing class has designated days for sparring unless the instructor adds sparring onto other days as well. There are no specific kickboxing or Muay Thai sparring days at this time though MK allows any of it members to spar, meaning if you have a partner at the gym who wants to spar, you can use the ring or cage if it's free to spar on your own time. Grappling is done during jiu jitsu or with a partner on the mats, or in the ring or cage.-Equipment: MK has a weight area and typical gym machines to use at your leisure as well kettle balls, ropes, a sled, tires, etc. There are mitts, shields, and body pads to be used in both the classes and on your own time with a partner. There's plenty of heavy bags as well as a variety of other bags (wrecking balls, speed bags, double end bags, etc). All of these are open to members at any time unless there's a class that are utilizing most of that area or equipment (though there's still plenty space and equipment to use).-Facility: this gym is not a chain, but has one owner. Equipment will range from a few years old to some newer stuff. This means that it's members definitely use the equipment. It's a gym, there's sweat, it's going to be hot, and slightly smelly. You're not going to walk into a top notch facility, but you are going to walk into a much larger one that has many options. There are locker rooms with showers too.-Members: there are many regulars who come to MK. Everyone is friendly, willing to help you if you have a question, and willing to workout with you depending on what the planned workout is. I probably say hi to 90% of the people I see in one day when I'm at the gym. A lot of us know each other by name, some of us are friends, and overall it's a positive environment! You can probably hear me laughing across the gym anytime I'm in because we actually enjoy our time at the gym and have fun. The gym is very male heavy, but there are a few women who come in on a routine basis. The guys here though are not meatheads like a lot of other gyms. And if you are a female, like me, will not make you feel uncomfortable. And if for whatever reason there is that person who makes you uncomfortable, just let an instructor or owner know. They'll nip that in the bud real quick.MK is overall a great place to go whether you are looking for a great workout or want to learn mma techniques. Whether you are a beginner, or someone with experience who wants an affordable gym they can go to workout on the bags or do partner work. Whether you want to take a class or workout on your own. It's pretty much my second home! Check it out!
Jack M: MK boxing is a great place, and I highly recommend this gym to anybody who can benefit from it. At a really difficult time in my life, I signed up and can honestly say it's changed my life in many ways. Whenever I need to get away I go to the gym and am surrounding with so many great people. Mr. Knox is a fantastic guy who really helps me out and makes me feel appreciated and loves to see improvement in all his customers. Deffinetly check this place out, you will not regret it. You will meet some awesome people and feel like 100 bucks.
Jan Marie: MK Fitness is a great gym. It's loaded with equipment and Mike, the owner, is a very personable and knowledgeable trainer. He teaches you the correct way to box, the correct way to use your hands, and proper footwork. I would highly recommend MK Boxing to people who want a great workout and who want to learn the proper techniques in boxing.
Baylee Priestley: I was looking for a gym while home from school for the summer, came across MK and loved their website, especially the virtual tour online, really gives a great view of the gym, MK is a great gym and I totally recommend it.
JAY ABAIH: MK boxing gym is a really great place for everyone who want to start martial arts. The gym offers different kind of martial arts, and schedule who can fit with with any job schedule. The gym opens long hours and members have access anytime to gym and to any class with no extra charge. The staff are professional and patient, they always ready to help and work with any level. They always creat a great fun atmosphere for workout. I personally get excited to go everyday to gym, everyone is friendly, helpful and motivated. Great team and great staff hand and hand give good quality and result.
SashiFromSpace: Mike and his establishment MK Boxing in Woburn, are both exemplar; two of the many reasons Boston is the great city it is. I had the pleasure of taking the 12 noon boxing class while visiting home for the holidays. In an hour of training you can expect bag work; conditioning; sprints; combos with your paired partner; sparring inside the ring, and all in good company. Martial Arts attracts a certain personality type, so if you're looking to branch out from your normal gym routine and get fit quick, MK Boxing Gym is a great choice. It's a feel good kind of work out, and Mike does all the thinking for you. A consistent boxing regimen will gift you the energy and mindfulness to attack what life throws your way, even outside of the gym. Not to mention a better attitude. Come take a class with Mike or one of his staff members, they have a flexible schedule that can coordinate with your work day, not to mention the facility! Hubba Hubba! And ladies! I beg you to break out of your Zumba comfort zone and strap into some gloves and wraps. I've never felt stronger or happier, since doing so myself. Much love!
Maryann Haraldsen: In the fall of 2015 I signed up my fourth grade daughter to take the "Intro to Boxing" class held at MK Boxing in Woburn. She loved it so much that we are signing her up for the next class! From the first class, Coach Mike (Knox) was excellent. He expects the kids to try their best and encourages them to work hard all the while he noticing their effort praise. He is wonderful with the kids. My daughter wants to show him each class how much she's practiced and she does the very best she can during the 45 minute class. Her confidence has grown physically and mentally. We are more than happy to sign her up again. Coach Mike is a great teacher, pushing my daughter to work hard and do her best and she loves it!

TITLE Boxing Club Burlington: what do users think?
Zachary Bradanick: If you are reading this because you are thinking about going to a class/joining for the first time...just go. The staff and members are all great peopleI've been going for years and there hasn't been one class where I felt bored and didn't want to go back. The trainers make every class fun and HARD. No better workout.
Morgen Stanzler: Really glad I decided to join! The staff and trainers are great, the gym is big, and the work outs are tough. Classes are offered all day so I’m able to find times that work with my schedule (even with work and kids). Overall a great gym!
Robert Robinson: I just join the OT family and i am already in love, everyone is so nice and friendly. I am having a really good experience. The workout is very dynamic so you don't have to worry about to have always the same thing. love it !
Amy Kelledes: Awesome work out! Keeping young in my 50s!
Kara Tuohy: Great workouts and amazing staff!
Mikko Jaatinen: I haven't done any boxing before. I am in my early 50s and although did a lot of sports when I was younger, I just realized that I haven't really done any frequent exercise for two decades. I have though now and then done something but it's not been consistent. Gym exercise I have tried few times but always stopped doing it because it just doesn't excite me and it is slow and boring. A week ago I went to Title Boxing. Sandy at the counter was extremely nice and welcoming. I felt right away relaxed and at ease. I had my first Boxing session which was 30 minutes. Frank was the instructor he is just excellent. Energetic, attentive and supportive. I actually signed a year unlimited plan with my wife right after the first session. We were that convinced. The thing was that the 30 minute session suits us now perfectly. It is very energetic and effective. Another good thing is that you can adjust the level of physicality. The more my fitness improves, the harder and faster I can then hit. Obviously there are longer sessions too. After three sessions now, we are more and more excited - looking forward to our next sessions.
Sandra Imbrogna: From the minute you walk in, you are welcomed. Workouts are energetic and designed to provide the most benefit. With different trainers you also get added variety to keep every class fresh. The Trainers encourage you to work harder and not give up on yourself. They are always walking around to offer guidance and support. Love when they are pushing you to work harder, squat lower etc and say please:)
Elise D: What a great place! I was in town for work and came here to try out a class. As a note you do have to purchase the hand wraps ($10) for the free first class but that's okay. The class was really good. The first 15 minutes is a warm up, then you have a number of boxing rounds and then a 15 minute BURNER core workout! I burned more calories at this class than a 2 hr cycle at my gym! The staff was all really nice as well. Highly recommend!
Jaina Cipriano: Title is like a second home to me. Even when I’m gone for months I still feel like I can come back. This location has my favorite people too!
Larry King: Fantastic classes. Great staff! TJ brought the house down today.
Jillian Lorenzo: Amazing place with amazing staff!
Jimmy Stein: First time I went, definitely worth it. The trainer was really helpful and genuinely cared about teaching the class which made me feel like I could learn from her.
Katie Holtkamp: Best workout I’ve experienced in a long time! All the trainers push us throughout the class and encourage us to keep going. Every time I leave feeling better about myself and confident in my strength! Friendly, supportive staff and members is a plus too :)
Erin Campbell: Literally the best hour of my day. A full body workout with motivating trainers and a supportive staff. The flexibility of being a monthly member works perfectly with my schedule.
Ken Kaufman: TITLE is not only the best workout plan, but the people (shoutout Burlington, MA) are amazing! Great community, you might actually enjoy working out!
Margo Mantini Flavin: I love this workout, this is the first workout in my life that i want to do!! Its high energy, upbeat people, great music and i love that its a big group but you still get one on one attention. And hitting things is amazing!!
madison ellis: I like how you can go at your own pace and how the coaches help you out when they see you struggling! Positive energy throughout the entire gym and friendly staff and members!
Dave Dux: Love this place. They push me hard, they hold me accountable. I'm gaining muscle and losing weight.
Diane Torto: This is the best workout I have ever had. It's fun and challenging and the trainers are awesome. They are so helpful and encouraging all while making sure your technique and form is on point. If you have always wanted to try boxing but feel intimidated by it, come to Title in Burlington. As soon as you enter the club, you will see what I mean!!!!
Marie Fazio: I love working out in such an inclusive, judgement free space. Every single trainer has given me support and has made me feel special. I've also been seeing incredible results and I only come in 2-3 times a week.
Lilly Sloman: Great instructors and the classes really leave you exhausted and soaked but feeling great!

Roosa Tarvainen: When I started boxing, i twas just a hobby for me. lina wang: Tom is the best boxing coach I have ever met. He is super friendly and supportive! Highly recommend!
Brian Daniels: This is an excellent boxing gym. All of the instructors are great with teaching kids. They make boxing fun and exciting for people off all ages. This isn't your average "foxy boxing" gym, they are serious coaches with real boxing backgrounds. The proof is in how well their students perform in the Golden Gloves every year. With this said, they aren't overly serious, if you want to just get a good workout, they will cater to you. Good people, good place, give it a try.
Philip Bellino: Great place to train and learn, friendly environment. I’ve been to other gyms before and I’ve never gotten the 1:1 training like I do here can’t say enough good things about the gym.
Nate Rose: Definitely a great place to train. If you’re just trying to learn the basics, or train for a fight all of the coaches are very friendly and helpful.Tom even held the mitts for me when he didn’t want to because he just cares about his students.
J S: Best training and experience I've ever had with boxing. Tom was able to work with me one-on-one with private training sessions as well as group workouts. The prices were reasonable and I was able to train anytime throughout the week as early as 4 a.m. I definitely learned a lot from Tom and his career and even more about myself. If you're looking to start boxing for the first time, or advance your boxing career, regardless of your age, this is place to be. Had I not moved away, I would've been training at this gym still to this day.Jesse
Chris O'Connell: Tom Fallon is a fantastic coach and a supportive mentor. He elevated my fitness level and my technique over the course of the last couple years.
Doug Bibbo: Great staff with an effective training program. I would highly recommend coming in and checking it out!

Jessica Bruno: Union Street boxing is the place to go to! My son loves it and looks forward to going every class, he is into wrestling so getting to be in a ring is a great thing for him. Tom Is an awesome mentor and a great all around coach. Very interactive with every one who enters the gym. He also lets my very energetic 3 year old join in on some things and helps him with anything he wants to do which you don't find at many places. We have come to be a boxing family and love union Street!
Tyler Quintal: Came to the gym originally not 100% sure where I would take things, after three months ive only gotten more interested and into boxing and take care of my health a lot more. Tom the owner is a great guy and is there everyday helping people out with whatever it is they want to work on. I Highly recommend this place. 👍🏻
kurtis O'Byrne: Couldn’t recommend this gym enough. Wether you’re training for a boxing career or just trying to obtain a skill/stay in shape it’s the place for you. The owner Tom is as good as a guy you’ll ever find.

Abril Johnson Nieves: Great work out, great trainers
Luke Messecar: I've been going here for the last 7 months. It's a great gym at an affordable price. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and the workouts are intense. They have set times for classes every night. You don't need to sign up in advance - just show up and you're in. Highly recommend this place for those looking to get in shape or just for something a bit more exciting than running on a treadmill.
Brian White: If you've come here to really learn how to box, don't bother with The Ring. However, if you want a solid cardio workout among other likeminded individuals, this is the place for you.Likes:- Good quality equipment- Retired pro boxer to spar with on Saturday- Good free weight areaDislikes:- Overcrowded classes- Focus on cardio over technique. Even in the technique classes, people end up focusing more on cardio since there's only one trainer for 15-20 people.- Expensive- 'Open gym' access with the Unlimited Membership is a joke, classes occur all day and will take over the entire gym.
sean guerin: love training here
Linn Kay: This gym offers great boxing instruction and a wonderful free intro class. There are a lot of conditioning and boxing classes every day that are included in the membership, but the gym doesn't open till noon so if you're looking for morning gym time this is not the spot for you. It's a fun way to switch up your workout. They also have treadmills and bikes and weights if you want to work out more conventionally. It's located right on the B line of the T so that makes it easier to get to.
Russ Levine: Great gym. It's expensive, but it's because there are classes led by a Pro boxer almost every hour of every day. Setbacks include it doesn't open until 12pm (noon). The reviewer who said there is only 1 heavy back reviewed the place back in 2010 (although there were in fact 11). The place has since become 3 times bigger, as they bought out the entire floor and knocked the walls down (it was only 1 room on the floor before). There are about 30 heavy backs, 3 speed bags, 2 rings, machines, jump ropes, medicine balls, and free weights. I recommend The Ring to anyone who wants to learn to box or just wants some good workout classes led by some one who will push you to work harder.
Russell Hunter: This place is the bomb.I don't dread working out anymore. Like they say, this place gives you a REAL workout. No more dogging it on boring cardio machines for this dude. Reallycool scene.
Jonathan White: Best workout in the city. Try the free week and see for yourself what it's like to actually be coached through your workout. BIG difference.
Steeve Beery: This is the BEST GYM I've ever trained in. Having a coach put you through the workout makes all the difference, and unlike almost every other exercise I've tried it's actually fun!

Jim McNally Boxing: what do users think?
kamel belh: Jim McNally is very passionate, and very good at teaching. He is so honest, professional and humble. I am so glad we found his club. He is the best !
Pete Mullarky: The best !!
Alan D: Great first day!
Mark Hudson: Jim does a great job catering to all levels. It is a friendly atmosphere for beginners or those looking to learn the basics. The gym is affordable and very welcoming. If you are looking to learn or just want a new type of workout, go see Jim.
Michael M: I have always wanted to try boxing lessons. At age 51, I finally tried it for the first time at Jim McNally’s gym. I have exercised my entire adult life and thought I was in reasonably good shape but Jim spent a lot of time with me bringing me to a whole different level. At the same time Jim whips you into a new level of condition, he is teaching you a very valuable skill. Jim is a great teacher and a patient man with an old dog like me trying to learn new tricks.I was a little nervous prior to walking into the door of my first boxing gym. But I quickly learned that there is more comrade and good people in this gym that want to help you achieve your goal than any of the many other gyms I have been a member of. This is a great gym with great people and a lot of fun to go to. The boxing lessons become addictive. There is a great diversity of ages, types, skill levels and genders and all are welcomed.
FLUSH services: Myself , and two of my employees brought our sons here for some lessons. The kids were hesitant at first , but the owner, Jim McNally is a truly wonderful person - and quite obviously a great teacher of boxing and training. He makes it fun. ( I personally love hearing his stories about training with former World Champs ) The kids loved it and look forward to going back every week. My wife is now a regular and somehow I found myself accidentally getting in to shape, too !
