SAMSON WAGACHA: This place I just have no words but I will try. First I googled the place and I saw it had 5 stars!! on Google!!! So my fifth sence said let's go. The place is a hole in the wall with minimal 10 person sitting capacity. The chef Christine was very cordially the heating was getting fixed gave my aunt who was cold some hot tea to warm up the food was just excellent, exceptional and fresh!! l ER: Always a hit or miss on the food here. Over priced when paying by the pound. You can never expect to go and get the same great taste or quality in anything they serve. Forget ordering for pick up. They have people answering the phone that only speak Portuguese. And when they don’t understand you in English or Spanish they hang up on you; and don’t pick up the phone if you call again. In the restaurant, pointing fingers at menu items is how you order. Also had an issue with a tip being added to my receipt when I did not write one in. I drive to a different restaurant/city for this cuisine to avoid the disappointment and waste of money.

Afim de que não oferecessem mais o item a nenhum cliente. Esperava também uma retratação do restaurante. Pois, no mínimo deveriam ter feito isso. Infelizmente isso não aconteceu em nenhum momento, e muito menos se ofereceram para dar um desconto, mesmo que pouco, referente ao item devolvido por estar inapropriado para consumo. A cobrança é feita no peso!Espero que possam melhorar isso!
Mike: I frequent Brazilian buffets and decided to try this one today. The staff were friendly enough but I like my meats rare to med-rare and all their meats were cooked well. Didn't look at the sides as I don't eat them. Unfortunately I'll not be returning.Parking: small lot for maybe 10-15 cars

Denise Olivares-Molina: This is an awesome spot! You can dine in or take out. They have a variety of rodizio options which are mouth watering. They also have many side options and lots of vegetables and rices available. The flavors are incredible and I always look forward to stopping at Oasis Grill when I am in Lowell, MA.

John G: I frequent Brazilian spots all the time. This without a doubt is the worst I have ever been to. You walk in and it's a pathetic display, then it's usually paid by the pound. I got less than a pound and ended up paying almost three times as much for lower-quality food than in any other Brazilian place. I'm all set with this place.

Got the buffet asked for sirloin n brisket, sirloin was over cooked brisket was under cooked n they gave me pieces that had 90%fat no meat.I even brought up my plate full of meat (fat) that couldn't be chewed or eaten to show them the issue.I've been a customer there for over 20 years and before the current owners this is the 1st time I've ever complained about a meal there, I was expecting some sort of resolution to the issue they proceeded to cash me out.I had to have a customer translate my issues to them, as a customer of 20 years i doubt I'll go back there again after that experience.

Mconna: Upon walking through the door this place smelled absolutely disgusting. The strongest smell of moth balls? I am not sure but it was so overwhelming and just gross. Me and my wife were instantly nauseous but figured we would give the food a try. My wife is Brazilian - she took 3 bites and walked out almost puking in the parking lot. The smell of the entire place while trying to eat was so unappetizing and she felt physically sick after leaving. She did not like any of the food which says a lot. No idea how people can even stand the smell of the place, should of walked in and out.

Darryl Brooks: Opened the door to the smell of cigarette smoke. Very little stock, and no fresh baked Portugese pastries. Sitting table was dirty with crumbs. There was only one table being used so no reason not to be cleaned.

Mr. Gumby: We took our first trip to this bakery. It's small, but had a good selection of Portuguese food, as well as some fresh baked breads and rolls. We tried several foods, including a cheese and a chicken filled fried dumpling type food ( can't remember t h e Portuguese name), and the sweet bread. There is a small parking lot. The young lady behind the counter was helpful and patient with us.

Peggy Belanger: I want to begin by saying that the baked goods I bought were absolutely delicious and I would have given a 5 star review on that alone. That being said it was the customer service that was horrible. I do not speak Portuguese and I understand it's a Portuguese bakery but the girl behind the counter seemed to have no idea what I was asking for even though I was able to point to the items I wanted. She rolled her eyes and had little patience with me. Thankfully there was a customer in line behind me who helped me and spoke to the girl working in Portuguese so I was appreciative of that. I would think that the owner would make it a bit easier perhaps for people who don't speak Portuguese. Because I would happily visit there often but under the circumstances I will not be back. Perhaps having a menu in English would help helps draw new customers.
