Rude, creepy little man at the front desk Demanded a bunch of information and inspiration pics before we could even look in the show room, which we made it clear was all we wanted to do and that we knew what we wanted and didn’t need help. Felt like applying for a passport. He wanted to know where we live and what kind of house..yuck. He even started asking me about collage. He wouldn’t answer very simple questions about availability, too busy asking weird personal questions. When we decided we didn’t want to deal with him anymore (honestly we saw better options elsewhere anyway) he threw a tantrum and started yelling more questions at us as we walked out the front door, including screaming at us to tell him where else we’re going to shop. Honestly I wondered was there a substunce abuse issue going on because it was far beyond bad customer service. Hope he gets whatever help he needs 🙏

Will Henderson: Worst experience I have ever had trying to buy something. Went in looking for thin brick for my home remodel and was hounded incessantly by the man who handles the selling floor. He demanded to know what color we wanted and where we lived before we could even look at the samples. He talked so fast I couldn’t understand half of what he said. He hassled us about what type of brick we wanted and refused to listen to us about what we wanted. Then when we finally gave up and decided to leave he became angry demanded to know where else we were going to buy our brick, taunting us as we left. The whole experience felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman. If you enjoy being treated like trash then go here otherwise you should look elsewhere.

Roger Banes: Had a great buying experience here several years ago, but have since received several fraudulent invoices and statements from this company although our construction company never opened a credit line here. I tried calling the company once 2 years ago to rectify the problem, and they admitted the statements were generated by accident, but I have still continued to receive invoices from them - one coming just the other week about a supposedly recent purchase although I have not purchased anything from this company for years. I just wanted to mention this in case any other customers might be receiving wrong bills as well.

Gabe F: I have never had to deal with such a horrible company before, the staff are nice enough, but that is not where their issues arise: It's the owner.I will list all the problems that I have had with Wilmington Masonry in a short amount of time:- They overcharged me for product- Damaged my truck when picking up sand and dust- Charged me twice the set fee for delivery- Then proceeded to deliver the wrong stone, but charged me for the right one- They charge you $25 if your stone comes with a pallet, claiming that its some special kind of pallet. It's not. Its wood and recycled, and no one else charges for pallets when you're already paying a thousand dollars for stone- They don't know the name of their own products, and it was not until I looked on my receipt that I was able to know the name of the stone I bought- The owner told me I owed them money for stone, and when I asked him why, he gave same bull answer. But, I told him I did not, as it was all paid for. Then when the owner said he was going to get the receipt to show that I owed money, turns out I didn't, and he was wrong. Yet, somehow it was still my fault?- Took them 35 minutes to help me when I was there- He will tell you to call the office, then when you do no one is there. They just don't want to deal with you.- The guy that runs the place is extremely rude and arrogant, and if you ask him a question about the products he sells, he will respond with "I don't know everything" and then brush you off and walk away or he will just ignore you all together- They have to "special order" everything, have very little in stock (Do yourself a favor, and go to Georgetown Building Supply, everything that Wilmington masonry had to order, and wait a week for, Georgetown had in stock and ready for pickup that second)You would think that the list stops there, but it doesn't. I refuse to dedicate this much time to this company again, and the only reason I leave this review now is so other people do not have to go through what they put me through. If I could give zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, I cannot. Best of luck if you decide to deal with Wilmington Masonry, you're gonna need it.

We worked with Kaike, and from the beginning, he and his team exhibited the utmost professionalism.We were introduced to K&B through our neighbor who also had lovely work done on their home. Kaike was happy to meet us and understood exactly what were were looking for. After taking the appropriate measurements, he created professional 3D digital renderings of the project, which helped us visualize what the end result would look like (all of this before putting any money down).Kaike was also very responsive, communicating quickly through text message. The speed with which they worked was also impressive. When he told us that we were slated for the second week of April for work to begin, we didn't think they would be finished in TWO days, but soon realized that the team was made up of efficient and very hard workers. Even though they worked quickly, I'd like to note that they did not sacrifice quality. They were very meticulous, and you could tell they took much pride in their work.Kaike also went above and beyond what he was technically contracted to do. For example, once they had begun working, Kaike offered to fix up our front lawn for a reasonable price (which was recently dug up by the city who had to repair the sidewalk in front of our property), suggesting a cobblestone edge to make it look nicer. He also dug up and replanted a small tree that we had in front of our porch that was displaced when we extended the width of our steps.Speaking of prices, K&B's prices were very reasonable, and the result is absolutely worth the cost. I could go on saying great things about K&B construction, but in summary, do yourself a favor and book this company if you are looking for an outdoor patio or any other masonry or fencing outdoor work. We will definitely be contacting them again if we need any similar work done in the future!

Kaike was responsive and came out to the house within a few days of contacting him and had a quote to me right away (more than I can say after a few other companies either never showed or didn't follow up).
