I am a wedding planner for Mavinhouse Events, and have used/recommended multiple different transportation companies to hundreds of different couples over the last 6 years. I was in a MASSIVE predicament this weekend where another transportation company I had rented vehicles from could no longer supply the vehicles I had rented for my client the morning of, and called over 30 different companies based all over New England to see if anyone had vehicles and drivers I could use in this emergency situation. Not one was able to help, except for MBT. I spoke with Lisa, who was beyond comforting, friendly, responsive and professional. She found me not one, but two busses (similar in size to the ones I had rented from the other company) and two drivers willing to help out last minute. Both drivers were also very nice and answered my calls and texts each time I contacted them. This particular wedding had a complicated transportation logistics plan, and MBT was able to come in last minute and quite literally save the day. Guest feedback was also very high, stating the drivers were timely and polite. Lisa and her team at MBT were the MVPs of the weekend. Their vehicles were clean and nice as well. I cannot recommend working with MBT enough, and look forward to doing so again in the future. You are in great hands with this team. Thanks again, Lisa!!!

Art Reilly: I'm a regional manager of a transportation company and I hired MBT Worldwide for a wedding that we provided the transportation for. The service was impeccable from start to finish. Anthony was fabulous to deal with, as well as Craig. If someone wasn't available when I called with a question, no problem because someone else was right there to give me the answer. My expectations were very high but there level of service exceeded them. The best of all was the driver, Kevin, that was assigned to drive for the day of the wedding. Unbelievable, what a pro!!!!! From the time I booked the event until after Kevin got to the venue I lost sleep worrying if the bus would fit around the circle driveway. With only inches to spare Kevin handled that bus as it was a scooter. I have used 5 other bus companies in the past but from this point on MBT will be my only call!!!!

Craig the sales rep at MBT was very helpful and responsive, their prices were very competitive, the buses arrived on time, the buses were high quality, and the drivers were friendly and very safe drivers. Given the importance of getting 80+ wedding guests to the venue on time, there was a lot of anxiety here, but Craig had put me somewhat at ease with his confidence that they would deliver (I remained stressed nevertheless) and I can say now from direct experience that I 100% recommend MBT.

adie: I saw the bus provided by MBT Worldwide and I thought “wow this looks really nice”. When you first go inside, there are pretty blue lights and big comfortable seats. The driver, Kevin, was very friendly and understanding. Before we took off, Kevin stood up and gave us the rules for safety. The drive was very calm and the driving was very steady. When we got back on the bus a little late, it was no big deal and we just carried on with our drive. The service was excellent and the drive was relaxing.

It was obvious that he knew the Boston area well and was an experienced driver. While we did end up missing a turn close to the end of our ride back, it really did not cost us much time. Overall the experience was good. The bus was spacious and had a bathroom at the back. The seats were comfortable and the ride was smooth. I would recommend MBT Worldwide to anyone in need of quality transport.

I was asleep for the 2 hours we were on the road and the bathroom on the bus was also great to have. My experience on MBT Worldwide transportation was 5/5 stars.

Shendi: I worked with MBT Worldwide to secure transportation for guests at my wedding and I had a pleasant experience booking with them. Anthony was friendly and helpful on the phone and quick to reply to my emails. The coach buses are really nice too. On top of that their prices are fair. I called a bunch of local transportation companies in the area and some of them felt pushy or sounded like they made up ridiculous prices on the spot just to make a sale. I didn't get that impression from MBT at all and I was happy to book with them. I would highly recommend them!

Taylor Mitchell: I worked there for a couple of months, but they fired me for what I consider somewhat iffy reasons. Still, no bitterness on my part. 🙂Nonetheless, I think they're a good company. Their busses are all within the last few years of purchase and maintained well. During my employment there I felt the management was competent, well organized and the work was, as far as I could tell, assigned fairly. I enjoyed working for them and felt sad when I was released. Would I recommend this company? Absolutely!

Dave Miller: I have used Andover Coach for many years now for various services that they provide. The party bus has always been a favorite with me and my friends. A group of us went to Gillette to see AC/DC and we were picked up on time by Brian who assisted is in getting everything on the bus, mainly food and booze! It's a party bus right?!! The drive down was effortless while we ate, drank and played our music on the nice and loud audio system installed on the bus. Brian parked at the stadium where we "tailgated" and then went to the show. We got back to the bus after the concert and Brian had cleaned it all out and prepared it for our trip home. Nice touch! Brian dropped us off back at the spot we were picked up at safe and sound. That was just one of many great experiences we've had with Andover Coach! Thanks again!

Mark Grossman: I've used Andover Coach dozens of times during the past 8 years and have always been happy with the service. They have always showed up on time, even for very early pickups or when my flight is delayed. The limos are nice and the drivers are courteous. I mostly use it for transport to the airport, but have also occasionally used it for travel to other cities. I would highly recommend it.

Maria Cullen: If I could leave a zero I would. A limo was reserved for the senior prom one month in advance. Today, May 29, 2018 earlier in the day the mom that reserved and paid for the limo received two confirmation emails. At 6:00 pm, the mom calls inquiring about the limo when they did not arrive, she was told that the limo would not be coming "They could not find the keys" There were 8 seniors now at the last minute trying to find rides to and from the prom. I don't recommend this company. Buyer beware.

Eden Rose: Used for Prom: Arrived on time and was friendly. My only complaint is that the driver was dressed extremely casual for a diver -- over-sized polo shirt and black pants and quite sloppy looking. Did not really help prom party into the vehicle -- was disappointed for the kids who expected a formal driver to look the part of a fancy night and instead it looked like a family member drove them. A driver for a fancy event should be dressed the part! (My husband used to own a limo company and he was shocked.)
