Ishan Pai: I wished if they added more buses on routes 7 and 9. The connection time between bus 7 and 14 is just 5 minutes here and bus no 7 frequently gets late due to traffic on Thorndike street. I wished if it arrived like 15 min early before bus no 14 departure, would be easier for many people.

Donald Lupien (Don): This place was a total MESS! I stopped here for a half hour while catching another bus. I wanted to purchase a Charlie Card. The only Kiosk that sells the cards was not working. I couldn't tell if that was even the right Kiosk because there was a note on the machine about a holiday posting. The machine wasn't even turned on.I then went to the outside booth for help and waited about 10 minutes with another two people. Finally, a man who was definitely not in a hurry walked up to assist the people waiting. He just blew off the lady who was ahead of me with very vague answers to her questions. I was next. He did not seem to want to go inside the booth and made me feel like it was a pain for him to do his job. He tried to blow off my questions on purchasing a Charlie card. Finally, he went inside the booth to tell me to go to the kiosk inside ( I had already explained it was down ). He then told me he could take cash only because his internet was down. I asked for an ATM. He then sent me inside to the ATM next to the Ticket Kiosk and that was down too. I went back to have to find him not inside his booth. He then seemed bothered again of my further questions. It was like pulling teeth to try and purchase some type of pass. The bus I was trying to take was not listed on the monitor inside. I again had to hunt him down and "bother him again" to find out where the bus I needed would board. After another 3 minute round about discussion he finally told me to go to space C2. He seemed more bothered when I had to ask him where C2 was located. I was very polite and respectful to this useless employee.This man should NOT be dealing with the general public!His communication skills were VERY poor and he did choose to be helpful and aggravating. I heard him with three other customers and he was as unhelpful to them as he was me.There was no other staff visible in the building to seek help from another employee. The arrival & departure monitor's, according to this man were not functioning properly either because the internet was down.The only reason why I am giving this rating a two is because when I finally did get on the bus it was clean and the driver was very nice and prompt. Otherwise I would rate the service provided by this one and only employee a one star.I was there on a Monday afternoon between 115PM-1:30PM and cannot believe management of this company does not properly staff to serve the public. I am more astonished at how unhelpful the only employee was and how nothing there worked to sell tickets.Furthermore, reading past reviews... I am not surprised of the service but I am very disappointed that upper management MUST be aware of the terrible service by their staff and chooses to ignore the problem people are having. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE service!

Neidayelin Ortiz: It happens that on the afternoon of Thursday, March 23 at 4:10 pm, the redheaded lady from the 41 Lowell bus makes a discriminatory gesture at me. First she doesn't let me get on the bus, then she tells me to take an Uber, then she talks to the person who makes the exchange to drive the bus and tells her that she will drive it and that he stays driving the one he had, when the bus arrives. Bus time closes the door for me, doesn't let me in and leaves and leaves me there.

Joseph Montgomery: It's a typical bus station in a low income city. The buses are free so that's pretty nice. There is a police/security person there and an indoor waiting area, so your safety is not a worry.

Edwin Mejia: This is the central station where all of the buses in the town of Lawrence meet up and exchange routes. There is an office to manage your transportation needs such as buying passes, ticket rides and even paying your own personal bills. You can also get all of your bus schedule here as well. Be aware when waiting outside for the bus, you will encounter occasional odor smells such as urine. Watch out for the graffiti artists as some of the glass tends to be vandalised with immature graffiti content. Oh, If you don't have a bench to sit while waiting for your bus, chances are, a homeless person is using that as a bed before you can use it.

Dora Castro: I take the bus everyday as of April this year. 5 out of 7 are to and from work. Over 4 hours a day I travel. My complaint is that in the evening I get out at 6pm and take the 6:30 bus from Lowell to Lawrence, but there isn't any bus that goes to Haverhill after 7. The bus gets to Buckley at 7:05 most of the time, but when I've asked the drivers to alert the no. 1 to wait, everyone says no, while others who work for the bus terminal say it's ok to wait 5 minutes. I've given up in asking...I work a 10 hour shift and travel over 4 hours. In turn i have to walk to the train station in S Lawrence to ride the train and gey home by 8:30p. I don't even want to start discussing my Saturday commutes home...help me.....

Robert: I commute almost every day from Nashua to South Station and back. My only complaint is that there are overnight vehicles that should be parking on the 24+hours parking area.
Sam Boghigian: I’ve never taken the time to leave a negative review, but if I could leave 0 stars I would. My family and I just waited over a half hour for a bus in Tyngsboro, MA along with over 35 people. After the bus seemed to be late, someone called the company only to be told the bus DROVE BY because it was “full”. Im not sure why it would not even stop to say it’s full and no other bus is coming. Plus I’m not sure why you would knowingly sell more tickets than they can service in the first place? Most people were dropped off and had no way to leave, and it was10 degrees outside and windy and they have people waiting out here for absolutely no reason. Many are likely going to miss entire flights at Logan airport. Absolutely worst operation I have ever seen. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for travel options as this company seems incredibly unreliable.
