Steve Dovich: Purchased a LEER cap from them. It leaked from day one. The blamed LEER and resealed all the windows. The cap still leaked. They then replaced the windows with new ones. Guess what, it still leaked. The finally replaced the cap with a new one, same story that one leaked only this time they blamed Ford this time said it's a manufacturers defect. I will never give them any business again, they are a big enough company that they don't care and will just take money from the next person.

Joseph Bab: I don't write a review. However, when a service provider (the manager/owner) treat you with disrespect, he would not allow you to talk. The manager was rude and condescending. He was angry and frantic. I paid for a service, to solve a problem, that the business promised it will solve my problem when the service was provided. They even walked to the truck to see what I was explaining before they provided the service. They reassured me whatever they did will resolve the problem of rain leaking into the bed liner. The old rain mark left was visible.His attitude and answer several times was "I will give you a refund" and "I do not have time for this" in a course of 5 minutes dealing and talking to the owner. He walked away while he was still talking to me. I stood frozen, standing there with amazement. I watched him walked away and wonder what happened that got him upset. When I noticed he started getting angry and frantic, I just stood there and watch this mannerism. Oh! Boy! It is very dishonorable.He quickly offered to refund what I paid him. I told him it is not about the money; I did not even ask for a refund. The money that he is angry and proud of is less than $40. I just wanted him to listen, have a sympathy that he took the customer's money, wasted the customer's time twice. First, for the installation that he knew will not stop or help water leaking to my truck bed whenever it rained, truck parked in the driveway and not even driving the truck. Second, insulting the customer for coming back to his business to explain that the problem of the business installing a new poor quality and fake weather strips. If I have a feeling, he will treat someone like this. I will not waste my time and gas money.He must have been in a bad mood. Maybe he did not appreciate my face, the way I look, color and my voice.The owner is so rude and full of himself that he was literally saying I do not care. Buyers beware. Spend your money here and be treated like if the business did you a favor of providing a poor quality job. You will leave feeling less important, more than a defecation.

Lionel Carbonneau: Over the last 12 Months the Lions of Central Massachusetts needed to purchase and outfit a Cargo Van that would eventually be used to provide free Eye and Ear Testing in Schools and Senior Centers. Another Lions organization had recommended the AAA organization for the required Upfit. This organization provided us with superior service at every step of the way. The Marketing Dept. quickly recommended and provided us with a reasonable detailed quote that was used for a critical Lions International Grant Application. Once the Van arrived the Service Department installed all of the critical upfits needed (Lift, Walls, Flooring and Storage Units). Later when more funds were made available to the Lions both departments quickly facilitated recommended upfits (Additional Side Door Steps and Grab bars, and Front and Back Safety Sensors). And al all times the AAA staff answered our Emails and phone calls in a quick, friendly and informative manner. Also. the Service Department addressed requested modifications. Finally, the last modification scheduled this week required our driver to stay most of the day for the Upfit. Michael Cosgrove: HORRENDOUS for bed lining a Jeep. They really should have refused to do it or not offer it.I removed everything from the interior except the driver seat and dropped it off for what was supposed to be a week. I get a call a week later saying it’s been bedlined, it’s drying, just needed final prep and pickup. Went in, not ready. I’m confused, so he tells me for sure the next day. No phone call, I just go back. Still not ready and not ready until after the weekend. They ended up having my Jeep for three and a half weeks. Finally after all these calls and getting the run around, I had a friend drive me to the shop again. They hadn’t put any of the electrical back together, ie brake lights, blinkers and power locks, back together. So I had to grab a screw driver and reinstall my electronics. A three week process for a ten minute fix.It wasn’t until I showed up an started to put my own car back together that they actually started to work on it.This place might be fine to get your truck bedlined, but as far as Jeeps, try somewhere else where they maybe know how to put brake lights on that they themselves removed.

Peter’s Afouxenides: Owners a nice guy I got the bed sprayed on my new truck. Product seems good, but the interior was covered with white dust from the windows being down in the shop, I assume from them sanding the beds prepping to spray. I brought it home saw some over spray as well as my back up camera not working because it was never reconnected underneath by the spare tire.

Renato Sampaio: Erick was friendly (a bit hard to rich him, had to leave a message in the mailbox, but as soon as he got the message he call me back) explaining the whole process to me.I dropped my car off at 10 am and pick it up at 11:45 am. I think by the whole process was quick than I expected.First step they dry out my car (was a rainy day), then they sand the whole bed, co or all areas that is not supposed to be painted, they use a special tape whith wire inside that provides a sharp edge when removing and apply 5 coats of Line X. It drys in 3 seconds between layers and the final coat in 10 seconds. After that you are good to go, and use your truck immediately, however to best results and completely cure you should wait 24 hours.Don't try to compare DIY spray bed liners with Line X. They use professional tools, such heated hoses, and big compressor running under 300 psi, in a proper chamber with heat and humidity controlled to rich the best results. Also the crew are well trained to do the job. They have full capacity to do 14 vehicles per day.Nationwide lifetime warranty, with excellent reviews brought me here.My brand new Ram 2019 Laramie, lucks sharp with Line X spray bedliner.I'm very happy with results so far, and strongly recommend North Shore Line X.

Elliot Knight: I had them do the rocker panels on my truck a few years ago. Eric was a pretty nice guy. He quoted me around 400 over the phone and billed 700 in the end, but it looked nice so I didn't complain. After I got home, I realized they had nicked a piece of the body with a right angle grinder and then fingerpainted some white touch up paint over it. I later realized they did not properly prep the lower portions of the job and the linex peeled off in places (no rust underneath, just bad adhesion) They also did not spray full thickness to the bottom of each panel, so the lower portions went rusty and I have exactly the problem I was trying to prevent only it is compounded by the fact that I have to grind off linex and touch up after welding in new body panels.

JFP Watson: Like others, I give this business 5 stars. My 1997 Dodge 2500 Diesel had the same bedliner since new. A year ago I decided to repair and upgrade the truck versus buy a new one. Last on the list was spray-in bedliner. After removing the old plastic bedliner, Dean carefully explained all the risks - with no pressure to continue with the job. Any rust was surface and removable. They were able to bang out some dents on the wheel well enough to make it look better (and without expensive body repairs to make it perfect). The end result was spectacular.
