Patricia Grant: I would not recommend this company to anyone trying to rent or purchase a vehicle. I have been falsely accused of not having employment which is why I was denied the purchase of my vehicle. I should’ve known then that they were not a reputable company. I requested a full refund of my deposit on Friday October 28th to Rich, the salesman on the lot, after the allegations and was told that they would handle everything asap on Monday. Now here we are Monday October 31st I am making calls to him with no answers, and only getting text messages stating refunds are only provided on Fridays. Which is ironic since I asked for my refund last Friday!!!
Cristina Hernandez: Had a great experience with this store . Came in was seen right away and helped out even though the sales man billy was busy and still was able to show me two cars I loved . Ended up up buying one and in a total of 5 days I had my car financed registered and on the road . Rich was awesome as well . They communicate with you and answer all the questions you have to ask . I know very little about insurance/financing etc. I was talking to a woman (Kristina) though text for the past couple days, trying to apply for financing etc and she was as helpful as she could be answering my questions. I explained my concerns about how I was nervous about a high insurance bill and all that. I talked it over with my partner and we came to conclusion that we would be able to make it work and then all of a sudden, I got this email from “Richie” stating I “have my hands full” and to “come back in the spring” (i’m looking for a car NOW. not in the spring). basically saying he doesn’t want to do business with me or work with me to figure these things out or help calm my nerves a bit. Incredibly frustrating and really disheartening as a first time buyer. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because Kristina was really patient with me and all my questions. She was quick to respond to me etc. But I suggest she start working somewhere else, honestly. Don’t put all that into this “business”.I highly suggest, if you’re a first time buyer and have anxiety about buying your first car, DONT go to “Rich”. Kind of stinks because I know quite a few people he knows and I had faith.

John Terrence: Absolutely worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Purchased a car from them, it lasted a few years. Brought it in for some work, they called me and told me the job was done. Went to pick my vehicle up and it was in worse condition than when I dropped it off. Totally unprofessional. IF YOU EVER DARE TO LET THEM WORK ON YOUR CAR GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING BEFORE HAND! You would’ve thought that even if the vehicle wasn’t fixable they would’ve just been honest and tried to get me into a new car considering I never missed a payment when I bought from them, but their lack of common sense and logic kept them from thinking about that.

Cars there have multiple accidents, water damage, and rates that are way too high. If that's not enough for you.... THEY PUT A GPS IN YOUR CAR. You heard that right, they will TRACK YOU so they can "find you if you do not pay"... Regardless of the reason, this is a complete invasion of privacy!! Go elsewhere! This place should be shut down

Cayla McAlevey: I wouldn't buy a vehicle here if it were the last place on earth. I bought a 2011 Jeep Liberty. Bradley's did a state inspection before I pulled off the lot and passed it. Not even 24 hours later, the metal in my tire burst a hole because the axle (or something) was broken and had been long enough to grind its way through the metal. Thankfully I wasn't on the highway so I didn't get into an accident or hurt anyone else. I made them come tow (which was a problem with them) as i didn't feel comfortable driving it. WHO WOULD?! They fix the issue, I get my car back and its settled. Well the day after, I hear some sketchy noises. And after the failed inspection and popped tire who would want to risk a 45 min drive home on the highway? I called them up and asked for it to get towed and had to pretty much argue for this. Which is a disappointment in itself. PLEASE save yourself the trouble and go to Merchants Auto or anywhere else for a buy here pay here. At least Merchants backs their vehicles, and doesn't seem to sell lemons right off the bat.

I heard from a friend Mass Saves offers an interest free heating loan. I immediately went to the Mass Saves website ( I had no heat at the time and I was starting to worry my pipes would freeze. ) On the Mass Saves website I found Align Credit Union as an approved loan supplier.I decided to email Align Credit Union to discuss my loan options. Denise Perrin contacted me right away and worked with me over the phone, which meant I didn’t need to take time off from work to go into one of their bank location. Denise helped me apply for an emergency heating loan and expedited the approval process. After my initial inquiry with Align Credit Union my heating loan was approved within 24 hours. A few days after that I couldn’t believe it, I had a check in my hand from the Align office location in Framingham. I've told so many people about the positive experience I had with the bank! I actually ran into a lot of trouble getting the paperwork I needed from the car dealer to finalize my loan. Sharon, the underwriter who was helping me, went above and beyond in the assistance she gave me. From phone calls, to emails, to staying late to finalize my loan on a Friday night so that I could pick up my check before they closed. Sharon was absolutely fantastic!! Not only did she make sure I was able to close on that car loan, but she also made it effortless to refinance my other car to save me quite a bit of money. Nancy McCarthy: I have not been happy lately with the credit union and I have been a member for 20 something years, I have recommended many people there but things just aren’t as efficient & family friendly as they used to be. The final straw was I lost a credit card and they charged me $10 for a new one which I have never been charged for a lost or stolen credit card. Not only did they charge me but they never informed me so I had this $10 charge that I had no idea what it was for & it took 2 weeks & multiple calls before someone finally was able to give me an answer. I will however say that the people that work there in the public have been nothing but professional and kind.

James Brennan: The Service that was performed was good, took a little longer than expected due to the large scope of work. There was an issue that occurred when the Mechanic while test driving my vehicle was involved in an accident where damage occurred to the passenger's side of my vehicle. There were no injuries reported. I just got my vehicle back from my Body Shop. I will be meeting with the Service Manager at Great Lowell G.M.C. to discuss this issue going forward.
Michael Cardoza: Firstly, I brought my vehicle in for an issue that I feel GM should have recalled. It took a over a week for the team to find the issue, which isn't a terrible thing as I was not comfortable driving it until they could pinpoint the issue. Also, they did not have a loaner car for the 10 days that they had my vehicle, which is insane to me. All other dealerships (especially for a $80K car) that I've been to have loaners on hand. Once the car was ready, after spending $2K on sensors that should have been recalled because they caused my vehicle to completely shut down (could have happened while driving), Greater Lowell GMC gave my Yukon Denali back with massive scratches on the drivers side door. Although they "buffed" them out, they are still there as all deep scratches are. No offer to properly fix the scratches that were not there when I handed them the vehicle.The only reason there is a mediocre rating here is because the other GMC dealership I had the vehicle at said I could bypass the sensor issue without any issues, which was not the case and frankly completely unsafe. Lowell GMC at least told me to bring it in immediately and not to drive it there as it was dangerous.

Save your life and everyone's life, don't buy a car in this place EVER . THEY SELL CAR WITH BROKEN FRAME . Not to mention what you will have to pay for maintenance on a car that is doomed ❌❌❌ because the car is broken and it can at any time break brakes, blow out tires, lose control because the car is broken at its base, you can have an accident and still be accused of a problem that was caused by selling you a car totally broken ❌ and I pay every month for it? where are the authorities that do nothing to solve this????? Justin Cataldo: Buyer beware DONT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE. Purchased a car within hours being off the lot many issues only to be denied help by Karman. Engine had many issues including needing a whole new timing chain, roof was leaking all over the place, rodent damage from engine bay all the way to the spare tire bay in the trunk, headliner had rodent holes under passenger visor, ac system chewed away by rodents, brakes shaking when claimed to be brand new prior to purchase, multiple check engine lights and the car failed inspection in mass. car has left me stranded multiple times they were no help at Karman to fix anything yelled at me hung up on me didn’t answer my calls. I had to get lawyers and they still won’t budge very unprofessional we will let the law decide this case. Buyer beware don’t ever purchase a vehicle here and if you do have it looked at by multiple shops prior to purchase. These were auction cars for a reason

Marvelous MQ: I bought a car on April 8th and was told everything was just changed on the car, new brakes, new oil change and a week after the oil light came on and the brakes are squeaking. I went to Karman on Monday April 25th to tell John about the car. He said he did the oil change and he came into the car with me to check the brakes. He told me come back Wednesday April 27th and we can bring the car to his mechanic to check the brakes out. When I got there today Wednesday he gave me attitude Infront of his customers and even yelled at me becuase I was frustrated about him not wanting to fix the brakes after he said they were brand new! I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND ANOTHER SOUL TO GO THERE. After he sat and said we’re all a bunch of honest retired guys and he did nothing but lie! Save yourself the aggravation!
