They booked an appointment for me to drop my car off on Monday morning around 8 and they had my car ready and out the door by 11. Joe Pofcher: Really gone down hill in the past few years had to rewire everything they put in my car. Most mine blowing part was finding a 15 Amp fuse on a 12 gage power wire for 3000 watt amps ( lBefore replacing most of the work done fortunately my equipment was purchased elsewhere with warranties because three speakers and Two amps and alot of wiring and fuses it works now)
Ian Campbell: I had a set of brand new wheels and a set of tires that I wanted mounted. I shopped around and a lot of shops told me they wouldn't mount them or they quoted me insane prices. After calling around I chose Carrisma to get the work done.These guys are real pros! They were so careful with mounting and balancing and they used a high end machine to fit everything perfectly without damage. They even protected my wheels with cardboard when they loaded them into my car. It came out great! I highly recommend them!

They made it everything simple and straightforward. Everyone I talked to was amazing. Jess was so nice on the phone. She helped me reschedule without making it a hassle and was so friendly when I was paying. The gentleman at the first desk (I didn't catch his name but he said he worked there for 30+ years) was so knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to program the radio for me and make sure my phone connected without any issues. Prices are fair. They know what they are doing. Honestly, it's a bit of a long drive for me but I won't go anywhere else. I will always recommend Carrisma.

Paul Veal: I heard about this place through a friend and I never pay anyone to do that which I am capable but I just had shoulder surgery and I NEEDED my car cleaned!First off, had I known how thorough a job they were going to do cleaning the inside on my minivan, I'd have taken before pictures to show how amazing a job they actually did.My 2013 Honda Odyssey has 225k city miles on it and is used as a delivery van in Boston proper.It is perplexing how easily a crumb can find its way to an unretrievable space while eating and driving on a daily basis. Not to mention the road salt in winter, dirt and mud in the spring and sand in the summer. Stepping in and out of the van with boxes, dollies and filthy shoes 12-20 times a day, 5-6 days a week for years at a time really packs in the grime!I'm beginning to think the $100 tip I gave was actually not enough. Thank you guys!

Steven Martinez: I was quoted a few hundred for a aftermarket radio stall from another shop so I decided to do it myself. Radio wasn’t working after attempting to do it myself. The factory radio wasn’t working after I thought the new unit was broken. I called Car Audio Solution and they had great availability! They explained what happened during my install attempt and fixed the wiring issue and installed the new radio with all the accessories I needed to keep the functions of my car. I was charged less than half the price that I was quoted from the first place I went to and had my car 2 hours later. Great value for an install and a wiring issue fix. These guys are great and would recommend to anyone!!

Also had a car starter installed. A little less than 4 hours for install and he showed me how to register and use everything. The ultimate professional and great value for a great product. Dig Baddy: Ronnie is the man. I called him up and explained I bought a head unit from crutchfield and asked if he could put it in. We made an appointment and everything went better than expected.I went tonight (friday) at 3:30pm and asked if there was anyway he could get it done by tomorrow before noon because the wife made plans that I was not aware of until after the appointment was made. Ronniw told me he had it under control and by 7:30 pm friday it was done. Didnt even bother having me wait until saturday and worry about cutting it close.The install was perfect, kept all facotry steering wheel controls intact as well as the usb port and 3.5 mm jack. Super clean and professional install. I will definitely be back with other cars and I will be recommending this shop to anyone I know looking for work to be done. Im very happy with my results and am starting to see what else I can get done.Thank you Ronnie for the awesome service. I will be back!

Because of the location they could have easily overcharged but they didn't. I highly recommend MTS Customs.

Nicolas Leuci: On an absolute whim called this morning to see if they had any availability to install a remote start today or tomorrow, and by sheer luck Scott informed me they had a cancelation and they had a spot open on the day. I graciously hopped on the opportunity and told him I'd drop my truck off shortly. Scott was very nice and professional on the phone. When I arrived I met Jim who was super friendly and echoed Scott's professionalism compounding my first impression creating a lasting one. Within a few hours I was informed the job was done and my truck was all set. When I arrived to pick up I was pleasant greeted my Jim again. We settled the bill, which was priced extremely fair and very competitively, and Jim took the time to explain the workings of the starter to me as a person and with incredible respect, it was not explained condescendingly as I have unfortunately experienced at other local shops of similar focus. Install was phenomenal, super fast, and super clean. Not a chance you could tell anyone had been working on my truck. These guys are absolute Rockstars and created another very happy and loyal customer here. I will be going back for all my needs that fall under their scope. Absolute 10/10 experience. Thank you Scott and Jim, it was definitely a pleasure and you guys will certainly see the Silverado again. Keep up the phenomenal work!!

I've brought my car to two car shops in the last month, neither recommended to me what O'Reilly did. They made my day. I got several estimates and Audiowerks was right in the middle so I went with them based on recommendations like this one. They did not blink an eye when I said that I wanted to buy some of the equipment myself to keep costs down. The installation quality was top notch - no scratches, attention to detail, and most importantly everything sounds awesome. After the installation I had some questions about getting CarPlay to work. Troy patiently explained to me what I needed to do. As someone who knows very little about car stereos I am super pleased to have found these guys. Highly recommended.

Travis Rainey: I called Audiowerks for some service. They were able to schedule me on the same day. Once they opened the hood they noticed chewed wiring. Apparently some rats made a nest in my engine and chewed a brake wire into two pieces. They fixed that as well. Very pleased with the service I received from this business.

Hey at least I know what it is I can always replace the light down the road. They certainly helped me out. Good guys.

Julie Ford: My husband needed a car battery. He walks in the store a employee felt like looking at her cell phone was more important than attending to a customer. My husband asked her for a certain kind of battery, she couldn't find it, called her manager who also seemed bothered with my husband presence asking for the same item a second time. Long story short - people need to learn more customer service, how to be kind and bypass the racial judgments. He then went to auto zone in Billerica and had awesome customer service as it should be.

Dara: Store sign says free battery testing. I had battery issues on a cold winter day and needed to get it tested to see if it was still good or not. The employee told me that he doesn't have time for that. Take your business elsewhere. Only came here because my battery was bought here and still under warranty. The guys at Autozone in Chelmsford were much more helpful.

mark shaw: Tonight, at 20 minutes before closing time I stopped by for 2 heavy duty batteries. I called first and the gentleman checked on multiple items availability, even in other locations, even though he could have just said yea sure it's here and potentially waste my time driving down. The gentleman's name was Manzing I believe on name Tag and he went out of his way to have the batteries waiting for me and help me out. All this within 15 minutes of closing time. I know open is open but many employees do not always think that way but this gentleman was on the ball. The other employees were all great to deal with as well but he was the person that helped me tonight which is why I singled him out specifically. Good workers should be rewarded when they do a job perfectly because in 2022 many workers could care less if a customer is taken care of.

Rene Hernandez: I usually go to this one but never again. This is the second time they gave me the wrong oil item. Bought three 75w-90 online. Picked it up assuming they picked all three right which is their job. Three days later found out they gave me 2 of the 75w-90 oils but one was 75w-140. Useless to me so I go to return it and they say it cant be returned because I had already opened it despite telling them i didn't even use it. Didn't bother helping me out. Basically a "oh well too bad" kind of situation. Had to buy another of the right kind because i was driving around with a quart low on my transmission. I even told them to keep the wrong one they picked out because it was useless to me. So I basically paid twice for their mistake. Great customer service 👍

I sat there until 755, when an employee came out of the back entrance and said “it’s gonna be a little bit, we don’t open until 8”. I said “the door states 730, I’ve been here many times at 730” and he replied “not today” and walked across the street to get his Honey Dew donuts. Typical LowellI’ve used this specific location many times due to convenience, but there’s plenty of other options in the area

I met two guys in the cash counter. both were very polite… one with beard has more experience… He was very genuinely explaining what can go wrong in car AC, how the mechanics make money and recommended few options.. I really like the way he explained and appreciate his efforts!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 This is definitely beyond his job!! But he was trying to help and clarifying my questions, myths on big dealers… I strongly recommend this shop☝️ for any auto parts, repair consultations… Before making any big repair expense… come here, do a quick check, you will save a lot !!!
