James Anderson: This is what you get after being a loyal customer to this place for nearly 10+ years. I went in for the routine wash and vac I always get. My window had no damage prior to entering this place. After they finish washing and vacuuming, I notice the window is damaged and cracked. I spoke to one worker who told me to speak to the lady who works at the front desk. She tells me to speak to the individual who vacuumed the car then proceeds to tell me yes my window was cracked already prior to arrival when she does nothing but sit at the front desk for payments. The man who vacuumed my car told me I already had a damaged window while smiling the entire time to which I told him I did not. So now I must take this to small claims because clearly these people think they can damage cars and get away with it.

Went today and asked them to make sure windshield was well done not to leave streaks, (still streaky) they also didn't do the passenger seat so I went back to the beginning and asked if I could use vacuum for a moment, the young man very rudely said "this is not a self service" If I knew I was going to be treated like this I would not have left a tip. Nancy Gomez: I took my car on 5-15-2022 for a routine car wash. specifically asked them if they knew how to drive a Tesla. This was the biggest mistake I could have made. They scuffed two of my wheels as they were not careful with the car wash mechanism which guides tue car to the washing system. They took zero responsibility for their mistake and the owner said if I took him to court it was his word against mine. Stay away from this place as their service is not worth their prices.

Ferney Lopez: By far the most overrated car wash. Do not bother having your wheels clean because they will not clean them fully and leave brake dust at all times. Even if you specifically tell them to focus on the wheels. I have been there twice, but will not go again.

Horrible job done inside my car looked like it was just wiped down. I didn't get my money's worth. I wouldn't recommend this place. Amber Edwards: I used self service vacuum and a washing Bay on the second hotest day this year today .I got there at 10am.The card reader on the vacc didn't work until the third swipe. The owner did nothing but harass me keptstarring at me yelled at me for swiping 3 times until the vacc turned on. Came over to me and my vehicle hung up the vacuum when I wasn't done using it and even yelled at me to exit the bay so that someone else could use it!!! Never HAVE I ever experienced something like this. I was not load. I did not bring a bunch of trash I did not abuse Time!!! And was told if I don't like his attitude or his rules not to come back. I definitely will not be returning back here or my car which is nice🙂👍👌😎Guys a loser and just wants your money!

If you buy a card (which doesn’t work for all of the machines) then you can’t remove your card. Worst laundry place I’ve ever been to.

Danny Hebert: So I never really leave a place a bad review but my experience at this place was that bad that im bout to unload the clip so here goes I drove into the do it yourself car wash didn't see that to start it its five dollars I had three so i walked over to the change Machine and got my coins now this carwash only gives and takes one dollar coins no quarters no tokens so I got three dollar coins put them into the machine obviously it didn't start cause its the only place that cost five dollars jus to start the wash cycle anyway by the time I figured it out the machine had taken my three dollars so I went over to the change Machine all I have is twenty dollar bills so I put one in the machine cause they say it takes them it doesn't no one is around to give me change for a twenty so I go next door to the laundromat get twenty dollars in quarters go back to the change machine at the carwash and guess what it doesn't except quarters so I have to leave with my car full of soap and an ashtray full of quarters very dissapointed over the way they have the car wash set up and I don't recommend going here

I started having trouble with the ( owners & staff ) with getting a daily car wash for my vehicle & even ( THOUGH ) we paid for the ( Ultimate Car Wash ) daily.I'm entitled to as many as I would like daily & yet the services that ( I had paid for is NO LONGER OFFERED ) within any notice @ all.I wasn't informed about this change & so when I had brought my car to get it washed yesterday; I had only received a $ 1.00 wash with soap & water after the wash was finished; I had NOTICED that the car had scratches on the hood first, roof & trunk.I've explained this to the young lady who works there wasn't able to help me @ all.They had ( ABSOLUTELY NO SOAP ) with the water to clean my vehicle & I've tried leaving legal size letters for the staff to notified the owners about a couple of other things in the drive-thru car wash & it's like talking to the sky🤪🤨😬🙄🤪 totally...I'm no longer taking any of my business or vehicles to this broken down MAYANI AUTO WASH; I was told a few days ago by another customer that they do FILE SUIT against the owners of this business as it was told to me by him the other customer too.From,Russell

No foaming brush, no high pressure soap, no tire cleaner. There is no attendant to be able to refund your money. There was a phone number on google but when I called it was not connected. Very dissapounted that I lost $5 and got a wash that was no better than a heavy rain.

All I got from the touchless car wash was something like a $10 water shower. I wash my car every two weeks so it's not like it's a very dirty but this place was just a very bad service and quality. Zack Tziolis: Marcell’s did a fantastic job on this S550. Took off the old cheap Xpel wrap, got off tar that the dealer couldn’t remove, polished, and fully ceramic coated. I am impressed with the work of his team. The chrome pieces had stains from improper cleaning methods in the past but they were able to get the chrome trim to look showroom ready again. The car truly looks better than when it was bought. I would recommend bringing your vehicle here for a detail because their quality of work is unmatched in the Merrimack valley.

They got the dents and scratches out of the exterior. The interior looks amazing. The staff is great and you can tell they really like what they do. The pricing is fair. I highly recommend Marcell's if you need your car detailed.
