MassHire Lowell Career Center: what do users think?
anely edwards: They never answer there phones when you call I have called three days in a row and no one answers the phone looks like I won’t be continuing my school with them if the don’t answer soon
Daniel Gilday: I have been dealing with Stephanie Lucchese, she has been so patient with me I’m not a computer wizard ! Her Professionalism is Second to none. She is an Asset to your company, I deal with all kinds of Customers in the Automotive managers side of the Business. Stephanie is a “ 10 “ . Thank You Stephanie! Never Change your Demeanor. Daniel GILDAY.
Kim Chiasson: Wasn't there for myself..However the staff was very accommodating and it was an easy in and out..the only downside was parking
Veronica Bullock: I went to register for a remote class.
Tiffany Falsini: Workers were very helpful!
Shuaib Ibraheem: An amazing place to visit if you looking for a job. With people who actually listen and want to help you
chris coughlin: Great when it's open.
Lyndon Coleman: I had a great experience at here. Monica Nou was very helpful. Highly recommend anyone to come here for workshops, looking for jobs or training to learn new job skills.
James Reynolds: the staff was very rude and didn't seem to want to help at all
Paul Trischitta: Totally fine
Jesse Leclair: Good spot to great help but definitely understaffed.
Stefanie Bishop: Staff is pleasant
Jordan the real: Very helpful
Vikki Coupal: Applied for able program for seniors Barbara Newman great staff very pleasent and resourceful
Johnny Cooper: Garbage
Lucilo Gonzalez: I go to pay my phone
Nicole Welch: Very helpful people.
Christopher Hall II: Very nice and knowledgeable staff. While Massachusetts RESEA program in itself is a rather disappointing and often encumbering requirement for most, the staff here did their best to make it as painless and helpful as possible...
kerry akashian: I had a wonderful experience at MassHire Greater Lowell. The work that is happening there is amazing. On the 3rd and 4th floors, the staff are working diligently to ensure that youth in the greater Lowell area are connected to valuable work experiences that will help them navigate their careers after they graduate from high school. Please contact them for more information or to partner.
Lindsey Gazlay: As a walk in asking for more information, they were very rude and presented themselves very unprofessionally. I was told they do not have job postings unless I go to a seminar. When I went to their website, I saw this was incorrect. I think they thought I am much younger than I actually am (regardless that shouldn't matter). On a separate occasion, 2 different workers called me on the phone to have me apply to a job that I am qualified for. They told me to go to a particular office, with certain documents- which was the wrong information, not what was required of the job, and a waste of my time. I think i'll be all set without their services. ;)
Joshua Glynn: If you really want a job these people can help you.

Next Chapter Careers, LLC: what do users think?
Jake Perkins: Becca was amazing. My resume and LinkedIn got a total makeover and I've never felt more confident about my job prospects. Highly recommend!
Molly: I began working with Becca when I wanted to switch industries and ramp up my career goals. I chose the six 1:1 counseling option and could not have been more satisfied and appreciative of the work we did together under her leadership. Becca helped me navigate and organize my thoughts, create a Linkedin profile and update my resume. I recently accepted a job that I got as a direct result of Becca's guidance. Not only is she knowledgeable about career counseling, but she's super friendly too!
Emily Staib: I was working in a job that I thought I loved but wasn't getting what I needed out of it to feel fulfilled and valued. After a few weeks of working with Becca I had a much clearer understanding of what it was that mattered most to myself beyond the standard 'salary' and could easily identify what I wanted and what I didn't want in a career. I came to her completely lost and unsure of where to go next and I can now say I have a solid plan for moving forward into my next position as well as a clear goal of what I want to carve out for myself in my extended career path. Understanding what was important to me, has helped me better communicate to my leadership what I'm looking for to help those who want to support me, help me get there so we're not all lost and confused. I can't recommend Becca and Next Chapter Careers enough!
Scott Wolf: Becca, helped me refine my resume, making it stand out from the crowd. More importantly, she helped me focus my job in a way I had never thought of. She also challenged me on assumptions I was making about jobs I was applying for, to make sure I was thinking through if I actually wanted the roles. I wound up getting an amazing job within a month of starting with Becca.
Claudine Guild: Becca helps her clients identify their joy and how to cultivate it in the right job and atmosphere. She is uniquely gifted to help ask tough questions in an incredibly supportive way about career shifts and trajectories. From the practical help of writing resumes and cover letters, to setting time-based goals, to how to authentically network with colleagues, Becca is wonderful at helping people get unstuck and moving into brighter futures. Becca is responsive, kind, intelligent, and extremely helpful. She is wonderful!
Rebecca LaBrie: Becca was kind and informative from the moment I started working with her. Her career clarity program didn't just uncover what passion was but how to make it a reality. Her thoughtful guidance gave me the confidence to start reaching for my dream career!
Colleen Imler: If you are feeling lost in your professional life, unmotivated, or questioning if your current work is really what you want to spend your precious time and energy on, then you found the perfect place to start. Consider Becca as your friendly personal career guide to help you discover what you enjoy doing and what steps to take next.As a new mom, with previous career ambition desires - I felt lost. I joined the Career Clarity Program because it was time that I focused on my needs to set a path towards the career and life I wanted. I needed clarity – no pun intended!Due to the exercises and coaching sessions, when job opportunities surfaced I was able to speak confidently during the interview process about topics most important to me when looking for what’s next.I made the commitment AND investment needed to prioritize my career, to better support and “show up” for my family. Now I can do just that.I’m so grateful I found Becca. She is an expert in her field, but also friendly and approachable. I was at ease talking with her, which allowed me to be open and honest – very therapeutic! Her experience and insights prompted us to have thought-provoking conversations and ask tough questions. Best yet, I felt supported by her every step of the way.If you are considering a career coach, there isn’t anyone I’d recommend more than Becca.
Hilary L: I had an unexpected end to my 25yr+ career due to a medical issue. While I had some murky ideas, I did not know how to begin to figure out how to start over at the age of 50. I heard about Becca through a mutual acquaintance, decided to enlist her perspective, and I am so glad I did. It was a collaboration, guided by but not beholden to a course she has in place as a structure for exploration, and with conversations and emails too. I learned so much about myself and where I should go next. It's not just navel-gazing, though, she has the practical knowledge and creds to take what you discover about yourself and help you move it into reality. I cannot recommend her enough, for full-blown career change like mine, or for smaller-scale "What should I do about this?" types of problems. She truly has a passion for helping people solve those problems.
Alix Kivlin: I worked with Becca on a career shift in a new city/state in the midst of a pandemic - it was a pretty tall order and she delivered phenomenally! With Becca's expertise I shifted my game plan in my job search, what a job's fulfillment for me was professionally, and how to network more strategically. She also helped me to really hone in on what I was looking for precisely, what skills I brought to the table, what I really should be looking for in a job/company, and how to market myself. It was up to me to do the work and put in the effort, but with helpful notes and action items my drive was in high gear and I pursued every aspect. A few months later I landed my dream job along with 2 side gigs that have led to beneficial network expansion for my continued growth. Highly recommend working with this talented woman!
Hillary Locke: Becca is amazing! Her program really helped me realize my dream career and how to get there. Her exercises and biweekly Zoom sessions guided me to where I want to be. I highly recommend Becca for anyone who is "stuck" like I was!
Natalie Mundy: I was so happy when a friend referred me to Becca, because that's when things started to become much easier in my job search. She helped me to rewrite my resume and LinkedIn profile so I started getting noticed for the jobs I wanted, and made sure my interviewing skills were top notch when it was time to get convincing. I just landed my *dream* job and Becca is at the top of my list of people to thank!
Lesley Lehman: Working with Becca has been even more amazing than I expected. She has provided me with so much clarity on what kind of job I want going forward and how to get there. I have developed so much more confidence in myself and my past work experience because of Becca. She's worth every penny!
Jacqueline Kerr: Becca was a tremendous help. I reached out to her because one of her posts said "I don't wait for the oven to preheat". Who does? She described boundaries in the context of goals that made them much more achievable for me. I had no idea she would be able to provide such specific, great advice on publishing and LinkedIn. She kept me accountable and on track. If I feel overwhelm I know where to go for help. An amazing resource.
Aarin Linsky: After losing my ‘mediocre but it pays the bills’ job due to COVID, I thought- “Great! It's time to do what I really want to do! Finally I can LOVE my job! “ Then it hit me...I have no idea what I want to do. Enter Becca! Like a magical guide she helped me find out what passions I could turn into a business and then guided my next steps. The answer was right in front of me all along. You have to put in the work (and I needed to dig deep, face a few fears and experience the journey) but with Becca’s guidance the journey was easy, enjoyable and enlightening. Don’t struggle with this by yourself. She will be your greatest ally in this process. I would recommend her to everyone!
