Well, the same can be said of a Building Contractor who was too busy fixing customers houses to work on his own home.I originally contacted Mike along with several other roofing firms to meet with them, understand their processes and most importantly how they kept their crews safe on the roof. Mike sent Felix his on-site manager out to meet and discuss the job. Nice working with Felix, he listens to the details to keep my wife happy about covering the emerging garden plants with 4x8 plywood.Materials were delivered a day or so before the job start. Be sure you mark where that goes. Dumpster arrives early on the day of work start with Felix helping to place the unit. The roofing crew arrived not long after that. This group of professionals kept their harnesses on and attached to roof roping. I was pleased that they did an excellent job of checking the roof decking for water damaged pieces and replacing a few that were.Shingling products were installed in a craftsmen-like manner. I was impressed with the finished appearance of the roof and roof peak venting system, as well as their clean-up of the job site. Job was finished earlier today.
