Karen Piotte: Please I have a friend and neighbor who is ordered by the courts to work with this corporation. Their job is to help her pay her bills on time. They let her life insurance lapse several times. They are supposed to help her with transportation for her medical appointments! She has severe arthritis and had surgery scheduled today. This is the second time they have not come through for this surgery. This woman is in severe pain. I gave her money so she could get a taxi in case they didn't show up. Not only did they not show up they cancelled her surgery on her! So she loses her doctor now has to go through all those appointments again with a different doctor. She is in pain! What kind of company does this to people in need? If you have a choice don't use Vinfin! They don't care at all. I hate to think what they do to other clients that can't speak up for themselves! They deserve zero stars!

Shaun Murphy: My contact worker Clara left me stranded at my doctor's appointment on Friday September 21, 2018. I gave her 5 days notice Monday September 17, 2018. She was very unprofessional on 2 separate occasions. I gave her a list of very important issues that needed to be taken care of and she only did one of them. The very first time we met she wouldn't even get out of her car to come inside my house to explain what was going to be done to help me with my case. She was very rude when I explained that I didn't want my neighbors to know my mental health situation. I posted this to help someone that is going threw or has had these things happen to them

Mackenzie Savard: I would give 0 stars if possible! Very rude employees and started yelling when I was asking for clarification on the Kiosk street parking. So much attitude I could not believe how unprofessional they were! Will never ask for help from these people again!

AyItsNathan: Worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced. On top of that they just lied to me. I was told to follow certain steps to print a registration. I had them do it with me so I wouldn’t make a mistake. It wasn’t able to be printed. We tried again. Same problem. It cost 25 dollars each try. 50 dollars and it still didn’t work. And they just said they couldn’t help anymore after making me pay 50 dollars for nothing! I don’t know what else there is to do
Jennifer Westbrook: If 0 stars were an option I'd give them zero. They are incompetent and don't care about actually helping anyone. I have been given a parking ticket when I clearly paid the meter. Another time I sent a check more than 10 days in advance from downtown lowell to have them tell me they didn't get it on time and they don't go by the post marked date so I had to then pay the extra fine. They never even responded to my email asking what happened.
Niles (Alfie’s dad): They actually helped me out a lot over a misunderstanding with a residential pass at a garage. Special thanks to Patty for working with us. The parking garages are contracted through a private company which seems to be the cause of most of my issues.

Jen Panetta: This is the worst place i have ever been. The employees are genuinely the meanest people and have zero people skills. They all contradict themselves and are actively trying to make things harder for the public. I am appalled at how I was just spoken to by the young man in the office. No one working at that office should be employed in any public service occupation. If you want to loose brain cells this is the place to go. Absolute hell on earth in regards to the employees. Doesn't even deserve a single star.
Sumavatey Sarin: The worst service possible. Today was my third time coming here and still no residential sticker to park in front of my own home! Rude staff that don’t care to help at all. They’re here to help but instead, gives everyone a hard time. Way to bring someone’s mood down on a good day. 0/10.
Steve Callander: The worst public office I've ever had to deal with. Inconsistent information given, rude staff (older woman) and has more requirements than the RMV. It's clear that they don't want to help you get a parking sticker and want to delay the prices as much as possible in hopes that you will get as many tickets as possible.
Victoria Rosado: Staff are dishonest and rude. If you are even able to reach someone, they will each tell you information different from the other. I applied for a parking pass and they said they sent it but it’s been 3 months and I still have not received whenever I call I am sent straight to voicemail. If I could give 0 starts that would be a better option.

Me: Information is trickled down everyday you go there. Rude woman who doesn't give information but chastises you on any question asked as if you should know the parking laws and regulations in Lowell. Useless
