TD Bank: what do users think?
Petra Zion: Very nice employees but NEVER get money from the bank automate. The machine will eat your card and not spit out. It was said the automate will destroy the card. We experienced this twice in only 1 week. We were considering to change our bank to TD Bank but decided not to do so after this experience.
l v: Although the staff were very nice the wait time for customer service at a desk is a bit much. Waited just about a half hour for a replacement debit card only to leave before even getting it because it was my lunch break. With 2 open tellers available to help and neither one of them offering to help.
Venessa Womack: Theee BEST customer service! Hands down , I’m not even from the area. I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS! On anything! But when going to the bank makes ur whole day and u still leaving with only 8 dollars in your account. But STILL just had a great experience yaaaa . I loved it that much 😂🤣
Anthony Derepentigny: I went to set up a account and i had no problems i was in and out within a hour max. 10/10 for customer service the only thing i don't like about this bank is that it doesn't have a drive thu ATM but it does have a walking one so i guess its fine.
Seth: Management was very rude and disrespectful. It was not a fun visit and I don't look forward to ever going back. Terrible customer service.
Dan Perry: Management was rude and very unhelpful she should probably treat potential customers a little better with a little more compassion instead of being rude an volatile
Frank McDermott: 2 times now i tried to deposit money in this bank to my acct. a 2 min transaction that took 25 minutes due to the bank not having updated equipment and scanner, therefore i took back the cash and check and went to another bank and had no problem...went to atm to deposit a check at TDBank and it kicked it back saying my acct was wrong and ate my card...terrible service. I am going to delete my business from this bank.
Pat Rodgers: Slipped on ice outside of street level entrance, staff was apathetic. Worked with a teller who's name starts with E, who I'm presuming is new who smirked at me when I told him I fell. He and the person helping him also managed to get the name of a business I was writing a bank check for wrong despite it being written out in plain-text for them. I love TD bank and I've used them since they bought out Commerce bank where I'm from, but I won't be using this branch again. All in all, be careful at this location, they don't salt the sidewalks or care if people slip. Very disappointed in the staff at this branch, your Boston associates are more polite and friendly
Kay Hak: My first time here and the people are great! Great customer service people here are friendly they were able to help and solve my issue that I been having...esp Lorena she was so helpful she was able to resolve my issue that I been having I'm glad I came to this location way better than the one on westford st
Bombastic Lova Lova: This td bank usually has $5 in their ATM. NICE
Heather S: Good bank
Shea Trzcienski: Totally love it! There are nice employees, never a problem! :)
Jeremy Bonnevie: Close to where I am. TD takes convenience to a whole new level

RealBobbyJay: Big thank you to Sixto Dejeus, very professional and very helpful! He made my experience so much better.
Bruno D'Britto: Extremely helpful! Amanda Pitre helped me open a business account in no time. With the crazyness of starting my own non-profit, meeting with clients, going to court, etc. She was very accommodating and completed all the paperwork in no time!I had gone to two other banks prior and did not receive the service that she provided at Enterprise Bank. So, thank you!
C B: Great local bank, well run 🏦🏧
Michael Blum: The staff have always been very helpful, super fast and responsive.

Bank of America Financial Center: what do users think?
Jaime Roca: Excellent service, very friendly staff from the security guard to the manager Jose👏
Claudia Makos: What a irresponsible bank you guys have the hours online and by the phone opened till 2pm on Saturday. I'm here right now since at 12:30pm and its closed. I hope the manager or whatever who's in charge of this be holding accountable. Thus is unacceptable!
Adam Moseley: Never properly staff as noted in other reviews. In addition to only having 1 teller most of the time they also have other employees walking around the bank focused on God knows what but definitely nothing that helps get customers in and on with their business!!!
A1_978: Not very happy with the service here. I call many times no answer. When you go to the branch noones ever available!. Looking to close my account and open with another bank. Terrible customer service!
Ofek Ben Ari: This location not good the line here is crazy
Mike Wahl: I prefer my nightmares to my time spent here.
CG Trull: The WORST BANK MANAGER ever ( JOSE MARTES) lack of customer service. While Engels Jimenez is very helpful. It would be beneficial for the BOA if he is a manager.
Josias Dronov: Just one teller for a line that goes around the corner! You guys are So disrespectful with us clients
Kuwar Singh: Please go another branch, this branch would take forever. Always a huge line.
Mizsmera Pichard: This is the worst bank ever I don’t get how there like 4 people in there at the customer line and only one window is open like what is going on with workers the line are crazy I don’t know why the close the one located at bridge st they were better
Chris Comas: This is the worst run bank I've ever been to. I have to come here regularly for business deposits and it couldn't be worse run. Literally only ever 1 teller working with huge lines and 3 other employees standing around watching.
ben gauthier: Horrible bank open when they feelLike it one day the didn’t open till1 pm for the day
Golnar Fotouhi: The worst behavior. When you enter there is no one asking you what you need. I sent 3 hours here for a 2-minute job. When I wanted to talk to them, they ignored me and walked.
Workshop: It’s hard to be the worst bank around- but this branch takes the cake. Always 1 teller and 20 people in line waiting. GREAT service when you want to open an account… Terrible service to customer for anything after that point. When I signed up for my business accounts here, I was promised quick service at a dedicated “business customer” window. The window exists- there is rarely someone there.
Marina Wong: I have been a bank of Boston customer and subsequently a BoA customer for many years. They were convenient and that's why we started with them. The only reason why we have kept them is they are every where. But BoA (not this one in particular but I just want to echo some of other customer's review and that's why I post here) doesn't welcome people to go to their branch (Westford, Boston and Acton branches all have told me I can do certain things at the ATM or online), phones are also often not answered. Wiring needs an appointment (unlike Enterprise Bank which I actually use for my daily banking purpose, I can just go and do the wire transfer) notarizing a doc needs an appointment. Very customer unfriendly and inefficient. The only reason that I am giving a 2 star is because when I helped my daughter open an account, someone actually took the time to explain a lot of things to her, including some financial basics. I have since moved to FL and noticed FL BoA staff are much better. Not sure why. But I am still keeping my Enterprise Bank for my daily usage and BoA is just occasionally when I really need to attend to my kids' accounts of if I have to manage any of my FL tenant banking stuff.
kella clarke: It’s @BankofAmerica saying that they 10 dollar overdraft fee is only for savings accounts and 35 for checking accounts! Don’t get played y’all I was even told they can’t reverse overdraft fees at their branch I’ll have to call costumer service! A fee that wasn’t suppose to be charged to my account and she’s trying to justify why it was. Called costumer service directly and was told that overdraft fee was not suppose to happen. This is the worse bank someone can have 🙄
Tom Pimm: Arguably the worst customer service that I've witnessed from a long time BA customer. Complete refusal to answer a phone, laden with excuses, argumentative, and rude .... should I keep going? Questioning why I wasted any time trying to reason with 2 relationship bankers who clearly have no business working in a customer service role.
Sarann K: Why do you have a branch if you're trying to make people go the App, ATM, Twitter, and FB? No one picks up the phone, the customer service phone line is totally useless. Why don't just close the branch if you cannot handle in-person transaction. If a customer wants to talk to a person, it means a customer really needs help with the things that the machine cannot do. Imagine you're not a member and want to open an account, that's gonna be a very unpleasant experience. First you would think you can call to set up an appointment, but no one will answer the phone. So you would go to the branch in person, but you would have to wait for about an hour just to be told that you need to set up an appointment and come back next day. Do Not Ruin Your Reputation By Just Trying to Cut Cost, look at a bigger picture. Have one your staff visit other banks to see that no other banks does business like the way you do.
Devy Gorshkova: The staff are very kind and helpful
John Shankhour: Terrible customer service
Free For All Booking and Management: Nobody picks up the phone
