Churk Leung: Had a few lunch here in the pass few weeks. The chicken is definitely unique and taste great. I normally order the lunch special of 8 wings with a side and a drink. Initially got all hot wings and that got a pretty good kick, now I order half and half which allows my taste buds to enjoy some other flavors. Giving it 4 stars because for the price I think they should be service 10 wings instead. But everything is excellent.

French fries were good, but wasn’t a fan of the overwhelming Parmesan taste (def recommend the plain). Given all that, the reason I take one star off is because of their drinks. The cocktail was quite unappetizing. Watered down, too much juice, and incredibly bitter aftertaste as if the pineapple had gone bad. They need some work on their drinks, but the food is good.

Andri Kyrychok: This place has some truly great chicken. You would almost say it's, good with God. No matter what you get it's gonna be great. Atmosphere and locale isn't ideal but that is not why you come here. It's your the food! Try their gyros or kabob plates. Their potato wedges are also fantastic. This is one of the great Halal chicken places around for sure!

Lilcuzz Rothwell: This restaurant is PHENOMENAL. They did my families order precisely and quickly, they were all very friendly and HOMELY, they literally handed my wife wet wipes and were SO NICE. The kitchen was SPOTLESS and so was the dining area, ALL VERY CLEAN AND WELL PUT TOGETHER. The food left us so STUFFED AND COVERED IN SAUCE, we had leftovers and it was a MORE than REASONABLE PRICE, the whole restaurant smelled DELECTABLE. EVERYTHING was FRESH, done to order, and 10 stars out of 5. The sauce was AMAZING, and the wings were definitely MAGAZINE worthy. The food came so FAST. We WILL be returning for more CRISPY wings. A lot of CRISPY wings. Thank you WINGS OVER LOWELL!

One of the things my friends and I used to do in a relatively regular basis is venture to UMass Amherst and go to The Hangar. We loved going there and to this day, it's the best place IMO to get boneless chicken tenders.After I graduated, much to my delight, there was some decent expansion and places started popping up closer to me under the title "wings over (insert city) but the food and the menu was the same. The Lowell location is the closest to me so it's the one I frequent when I'm craving those wings. It always hit the spot and Even as recently as this past may, when I had it delivered to my place of work, it was just as good as I remembered.Today I came in, and saw that they changed the menu from the traditional item names such as DC-3, DC-10, etc, to just 2 tenders, 4 tenders, etc.I wanted to order the 8 tender meal and asked her which previously named menu item it was equivalent too and she had no clue what I was talking about.I ordered garlic parm (which is one of my top 5 go to flavors) and golden BBQ (another top 5) and I could tell instantly by my first bite of each that the recipe is has changed and was not the same as it used to be. For an even better reference point, I was at the south Hadley location about a month ago and the flavor profile was different today (for the worse) than at south Hadley.I can't be certain but based on the employee's uncertainty of how the 8 tender meal compared to the previously named menu and the change in flavor, I'm of the belief that ownership has changed. Unfortunately, that is not something I particularly feel is a good thing.I will say that the food was good, but not what i remembered. Still a good place to go if you want good boneless chicken but not for me anymore as it seems as though wings over is now a different entity than the hangar locations.

So I went to the window and explained that I didn't listen and the person treated me very badly and spoke to me in front of my children very ugly. Plastic containers instead of bowls, plastic bottles of water instead of glasses, plastic utensils bundled in a plastic wrapper. Yuck! How about reducing waste and being more sustainable? Ban single-use plastic altogether and using biodegradable alternatives such as bamboo cutlery, paper cups, and cardboard packaging.

The wings we got were definitely good and the loaded fries were the perfect amount of cheesy, pulled pork full without being gross and soggy. Added the beef brisket to our combo for $7 more - also tremendous. Sides were wonderful, too - baked beans, Mac and cheese, and sweet potato fries light as a feather and dusted with honey. At first they offered a great deal through the doordash app and that's why I tried it and I fell in love with the sauce and the amount of fries. Now the fires are hard and burnt, the chicken is also hard and overcooked and there is barely sauce covering the chicken than before. Such a disappointment.

Tim Lauzon: You would expect a place that makes just one thing to make it really well. Sadly that's not the case here. I've tried the wings here several times now and like others have noted the wings are not crispy (which I think pretty much everyone wants), but instead the skin is rubbery and looks uncooked (they are fine inside). It wouldn't take much to fix this issue, but based on the fact that many reviews note this problem they must be sticking with a formula that they think works. It doesn't for me. On the upside the staff is super friendly and the food is done in record time!
